Blower unit for a handheld blower apparatus
A blower unit for a portable handheld blower apparatus has a housing section and a tubular receiving space, formed in the housing section, with a first axial end and a second axial end and with a longitudinal center axis. Arranged in the receiving space of the housing section is an axial blower for generating a blower air flow, the axial blower being driven by a drive motor. The receiving space has an intake opening at its first axial end and a discharge opening at its second axial end. In order to reduce operating noise, an air guide plate is arranged at an axial distance in front of the intake opening, the air guide plate having external dimensions that are greater than the external dimensions of the intake opening. An annular gap that supplies intake air is formed between the air guide plate and an outer periphery of the housing section.
Diffuser pipe with stiffening rib
A diffuser pipe includes a tubular body defining a pipe center axis extending therethrough. The tubular body includes a first portion extending in a first direction from an inlet of the tubular body, a second portion extending in a second direction transverse to the first direction and terminating at a pipe outlet, and a bend portion fluidly linking the first portion and the second portion. A stiffening rib extends outwardly from an outer surface of the first portion of the tubular body.
Reversible fan
Provided is a reversible fan that produces a current of air in both of a normal direction and a reverse direction, the reversible fan including: an impeller configured to be rotatable about a rotation axis; a motor configured to rotate the impeller; a base portion supporting the motor; a tubular frame housing the impeller, the motor, and the base portion; a spoke extending from an inner peripheral surface of the frame toward the rotation axis, the spoke supporting the base portion; and a holding portion configured to hold at least a part of a lead wire provided along the spoke to apply power to the motor, wherein the holding portion is provided with a housing space opening in the reverse direction and extending along the spoke.
HOUSING FOR A VENTILATOR AND VENTILATOR WITH A CORRESPONDING HOUSING
A housing for a fan, in an embodiment for an axial or diagonal fan, with the fan including an impeller and at least one flow-through region, wherein immediately downstream of the impeller or the blades of the impeller in an outer region of the housing and thus in the flow-through region, multiple individual, free-standing guide elements are provided. A fan includes a corresponding housing.
SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND APPARATUS FOR BLOWING OUT BIRTHDAY CANDLES
Methods and apparatus for blowing out birthday candles are presented. The apparatus may include a rotor comprising at least two blades and attachable to a wind-up launcher for imparting a rotational impulse to the rotor. Each blade of the rotor may include a blade scoop extending from a central hub of the rotor to an outer safety ring positioned around an outer circumference of the rotor and coupled to each of the central hub and the outer safety ring. The blade scoop may have a convex shaped leading edge. The blade may also include a blade overhang for pushing air from the blade scoop out from the rotor. The blade overhang may have a trailing edge positioned below the central hub, with a portion of the blade forming the trailing edge having a tangent that is angled between 30 and 60 degrees below a plane of the outer safety ring.
Aircraft including a ducted rear thruster with an input stator having movable flaps
An aircraft including a fuselage and a propulsion assembly. The propulsion assembly includes at least one fan rotor placed behind the fuselage as an extension thereof along a longitudinal axis, and a nacelle which forms a fairing of the at least one fan rotor through which at least one air flow passes. The aircraft comprises a plurality of stator radial arms mounted upstream of the at least one fan rotor and extending between the fuselage and the nacelle. The radial arms comprise at least one variable-pitch movable portion configured to axially divert the air flow.
DIAGONAL FAN
A diagonal fan is disclosed and includes a frame and an impeller. The frame includes an inlet, an outlet, an accommodation space and a guiding wall. The inlet and the outlet are communicated through the accommodation space. The guiding wall is extended along an axial direction to the accommodation space. The impeller is accommodated within the accommodation space and includes a conical section shell. When the impeller is rotated, an airflow flowing is generated. The outer diameter of the hub of the impeller is expended gradually in a direction from the inlet toward the outlet, so that the flowing direction of the airflow is expended gradually around the peripheral of the impeller. A gap having a spacing distance is substantially maintained to form a backflow channel. A backflow is transported through an intake section, a horizontal section and an exhaust section of the backflow channel, and converged with the airflow.
PRE-DIFFUSER FOR A GAS TURBINE ENGINE
A hot fairing structure for a pre-diffuser includes a ring-strut-ring structure that comprises a multiple of hollow struts and a multiple of inlets to a respective diffusion passage, one of the multiple of inlets formed between each one of the multiple of hollow struts located between two diffusion passages.
BLOWER
A blower has: a fan generating an air flow in an axial direction of a rotary shaft; a tubular motor holder 30 formed in a tubular shape and holding the motor radially inside thereof; and a fan case part accommodating the motor, the motor holder, and the fan and forming an air flow path. A first rectification parts that is integrally formed is provided on an inside portion of the fan case part. The first rectification part is formed in a rib shape by a first to fourth blade, weakens a rotational component of a flow of air discharged from the fan, and guides the air to smoothly flow in the axial direction. The motor holder is configured so as to have an axial length smaller than the motor.
FAN FRAME WITH IMPROVED HEAT DISSIPATION PERFORMANCE AND HEAT DISSIPATION FAN HAVING THE SAME
A fan frame with an improved heat dissipation performance includes a frame body, a plurality of stationary blades, and a central base. The frame body defines a flow channel, the central base is arranged within the flow channel and divides the flow channel into flowing zones. Each of the flowing zone includes a high-pressure zone and a low-pressure zone. The central base defines first slot, second slot and receiving groove between the first slot and the second slot, the first slot communicates the high-pressure zone and the receiving groove, the second slot communicates the low-pressure zone and the receiving groove.
