PUMP DEVICE
A pump device, in particular an immersible pump device, includes at least one heat exchanger unit which is in at least one operation state configured for a heat exchange between a cooling fluid and a liquid that is to be pumped and which includes at least one cooling duct and at least one shaft receptacle having an axial direction, wherein a cross section surface area of the cooling duct changes by maximally 200% at least over a major portion of a course of the cooling duct.
Electric submersible pumping unit
An electric submersible pump assembly with integral heat exchanger, high-speed self-aligning bearings, and dual bearing thrust chamber is described. The described pump assembly, modules, and components may be used for operating an electric submersible pump at high speeds as well as over a wide range of speeds and flowrates without replacing downhole equipment. The described pump assembly may be shorter than comparable pump assemblies and may be assembled offsite, thereby leading to faster and easier installation with less down time. By operating over a wide range of speeds, the disclosed pump assembly allows the operator to reduce overall inventory, reduce down time for the well, and avoid other complications associated with replacing a pump assembly or other downhole components.
Thrust bearing system and method for operating the same
A fluid machine and method of operating the same includes a pump portion having a pump impeller chamber, a pump inlet and a pump outlet, a turbine portion having a turbine impeller chamber, a turbine inlet and a turbine outlet and a shaft extending between the pump impeller chamber and the turbine impeller chamber. The fluid machine also includes a first bearing and a second bearing spaced apart to form a balance disk chamber. A balance disk is coupled to the shaft and is disposed within the balance disk chamber and a turbine impeller coupled to the impeller end of the shaft disposed within the impeller chamber. A first thrust bearing is formed between the balance disk and the first bearing. The thrust bearing receives fluid from at least one of the pump outlet or the turbine inlet.
Methods and Systems For Cooling A Pressurized Fluid With A Reduced-Pressure Fluid
Systems and methods for reducing the pressure of a first pressurized fluid, thereby reducing the temperature of the pressurized fluid, and utilization of the reduced-pressure and temperature fluid to cool a second fluid. Such an approach can enable a reduction in the size and weight of a hydraulic system, utilize waste energy in a system, and/or minimize electrical power requirements of a system, among other benefits.
COMPRESSOR
A compressor 1 includes a casing 2 that covers a rotating shaft 4 and an impeller 6 and is provided with a diffuser 66 for guiding the working fluid discharged from the impeller 6 to an outside in a radial direction, a heat exchanger 71 that is cools at least a portion of the working fluid compressed by the impeller 6, a cooling fluid supplying unit 7 that supplies the working fluid cooled by the heat exchanger 71 into the casing 2 as a cooling fluid for cooling a motor 5 disposed in the casing 2, and a cooling fluid circulating unit 8 that discharges the cooling fluid that has passed through the motor 5 to an outside of the casing 2, and supplies the discharged cooling fluid downstream of an outlet 6o of a first impeller 6A and upstream of the diffuser 66.
PROCESS FLUID LUBRICATED PUMP AND SEAWATER INJECTION SYSTEM
A process fluid lubricated pump includes a pump having a pump shaft extending from a drive end to a non-drive end to rotate about an axial direction, a first pump section having a first set of impellers fixedly mounted on the pump shaft to increase the pressure of the process fluid, a drive to exert a torque on the drive end of the pump shaft to drive the rotation of the pump shaft, a first balance drum fixedly connected to the pump shaft between the pump and the drive end of the pump shaft, the first balance drum defining a first front side facing the pump and a first back side, and a second balance drum fixedly connected to the pump shaft between the pump and the non-drive end of the pump shaft, the second balance drum defining a second front side facing the pump and a second back side.
Energy-saving and endurable auto electric water pump
A kind of an energy-saving and endurable auto electric water pump, including fixed support, electrical connector, rear cover of motor, controller assembly, motor assembly, isolation sleeve, impeller assembly and pump head housing, and the said fixed support and said electrical connector are set on the outer end surface of the rear cover of the motor, the controller assembly is mounted on the inner end face of the rear cover of the motor, and rear cover of the motor is mounted together with the motor assembly, the said impeller assembly is installed together with the isolation sleeve through rotating axis, while the water-cooling mechanism is set on the controller assembly. In the present invention, the water cooling mechanism is set on the controller of the electric water pump, which can effectively reduce the temperature of the controller and improve the service life of the pump.
