Fuel compositions from light tight oils and high sulfur fuel oils
Methods are provided to prepare a low sulfur fuel from hydrocarbon sources, such as light tight oil and high sulfur fuel oil, often less desired by conventional refiners, who split crude into a wide range of differing products and may prefer presence of wide ranges (C3 or C5 to C20 or higher) of hydrocarbons. These fuels can be produced by separating feeds into untreated and treated streams, and then recombining them. Such fuels can also be formulated by combinations of light, middle and heavy range constituents in a selected manner as claimed. Not only low in sulfur, the fuels of this invention are also low in nitrogen and essentially metals free. Fuel use applications include on-board large marine transport vessels but also on-shore for large land based combustion gas turbines, boilers, fired heaters and transport vehicles and trains.

Heat insulating vessel for low temperature liquefied gas pump
A heat insulating vessel for a low temperature liquefied gas pump, which includes an inner tank configured to accommodate low temperature liquefied gas, an outer tank provided externally around the inner tank, and a low temperature liquefied gas pump disposed inside the inner tank. The outer tank has an outer tank upper part that is an upper end portion thereof, and an outer tank body other than the outer tank upper part. A lid structure having a heat-insulated structure detachably fitted into an upper part of the inner tank. The pump is fixed to the lid structure, and a suction pipe and a discharge pipe are insertedly fixed to the lid structure. A vacuum insulating layer is provided between the inner tank and the outer tank. With this heat insulating vessel for the low temperature liquefied gas pump, adiabaticity of the lid structure and maintainability of the pump are increased.

A pump cartridge comprising an external housing including a lateral wall, a first fin extending from a first side of the lateral wall, and a second fin extending from a second side of the lateral wall. The second side of the lateral wall may be opposite the first side of the lateral wall, such that the fins are on opposite sides of the lateral wall. The pump cartridge may be part of a pumping system further comprised of a chassis comprising a pump basin including an interior side wall, a first tab extending inwardly from the interior side wall, and a second tab extending inwardly from the interior side wall and opposed to the first tab. The first fin of the cartridge is reversibly engageable with the first tab of the chassis and the second fin of the cartridge is reversibly engageable with the second tab of the chassis.
Transparent sump pump tank cover
A transparent sump pump tank cover configured to seal overtop a sump pump tank, hole, pit, or reservoir includes a transparent material making up the body of the cover. A pair of apertures are disposed on the cover. The pair of apertures extended through the cover and are configured to receive pipes therethrough. A third aperture is disposed on the cover. The third aperture extends through the cover and configured to receive electrical cords therethrough. A fourth aperture may be disposed on the cover. The fourth aperture extends through the cover and is configured to receive a vacuum hose for removing fluid from the sump pump tank, hole, pit, or reservoir. The transparent sump pump tank cover allows individuals to visually inspect the sump pump system for faults and easily remove fluid for further inspection without removing the cover.

PUMP ARRANGEMENT
A pump arrangement for a drum or container pump, the pump arrangement including a pump housing; a drive shaft support tube received in the pump housing; and a drive shaft rotatably supported in the drive shaft support tube at a rotor side bearing and at a pump arrangement coupling, wherein the drive shaft runs freely between the rotor side bearing and the pump arrangement coupling, wherein the drive shaft runs through the at least one support ring that is fixed relative to the pump housing and that has an inner diameter that is greater than an outer diameter of the drive shaft and that is arranged between the rotor side bearing and the pump arrangement coupling.
THRUST BOX AND SKID FOR A HORIZONTALLY MOUNTED SUBMERSIBLE PUMP
A thrust box with improved cooling comprises a case having an interior, a first passageway and an opposing second passageway. A shaft passes through the case and the first and second passageway. A thrust runner is secured to the shaft and a pump ring is attached to the thrust runner. Advantageously, the pump ring facilitates oil rate circulation and cooling among other benefits.
