VENTILATED SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE SEAT
A ventilated system for a vehicle seat. The ventilated system includes a ventilator fan, a fan housing and a fixing member. The fan housing covers the ventilator fan, and the fixing member is adapted to be secured in or on a trim part of the vehicle seat. The fan housing or the fixing member includes a concentric ring element having a wall portion and an engaging element. The fixing member or the fan housing has an engaging portion adapted to engage with the engaging element of the concentric ring element. While engaging, the wall portion of the concentric ring element forms a wall around the airflow to avoid any air leakage from/in-between the engaging portion of the fixing member and fan housing.
Rotor hanging tool, rotor support jig, rotor lifting method, and rotary machine disassembly method
A rotor hanging tool includes a beam extending in parallel to an axial direction above a rotor main body, a pair of ring support portions disposed at an interval in the axial direction, connected to the beam, and attachable to and detachable from a support ring, a pair of rotor support portions disposed at an interval in the axial direction, connected to the beam, attachable to and detachable from the rotor main body at positions different from the ring support portions in the axial direction, and respectively supporting the rotor main body from below, and a vertical position adjustment unit for adjusting a position of each of the rotor support portions in a vertical direction with respect to the beam.
Compressor joint
A compressor housing for a turbocharger may include an outer volute having an outer volute inner surface with a clamp groove defined therein, and an inner volute having an inner volute outer surface and an axially facing surface. The inner volute is inserted into the outer volute through the outer volute inner surface with the inner volute outer surface facing the outer volute inner surface. The inner volute is positioned with the axially facing surface disposed axially inward of the clamp groove. A clamp plate includes a radially outward portion inserted into the clamp groove and a radially inward portion extending downward past the inner volute outer surface. The clamp groove and the axially facing surface engage the clamp plate to retain the inner volute within the outer volute when an axial load is applied to the inner volute.
Easily dismountable heat pump and method of manufacturing a heat pump
A heat pump includes a housing; a liquefier and an evaporator arranged inside the housing; and a compressor interposed between the evaporator and the liquefier in terms of fluid flow, the compressor having a motor, an impeller connected to the motor, and a diffusor, the diffusor having a diffusor portion extending between the motor and the impeller, the diffusor portion having at least two parts, a first part of the diffusor portion being connected to the housing and a second part of the diffusor portion being connected to the motor, wherein the first part of the diffusor portion has an opening, wherein the second part of the diffusor portion is configured to close the opening, and wherein the opening is dimensioned such that the impeller is removable from the housing through the opening.
Centrifugal turbo-compressor having a gas flow path including a relaxation chamber
The centrifugal turbo-compressor (2) includes a hermetic casing (3); a drive shaft (6) having a longitudinal axis and rotatably arranged within the hermetic casing (3); a compression stage including an impeller (17) connected to the drive shaft (6); a gas suction inlet (42); and a gas flow path (P) fluidly connected to the gas suction inlet (42) and configured to supply the compression stage with a gas flow. The gas flow path (P) includes a relaxation chamber (46) at least partially surrounding the drive shaft (6), the gas suction inlet (42) emerging substantially radially into the relaxation chamber (46); and a plurality of inlet flow guide channels (51) fluidly connected to the relaxation chamber (46) and angularly distributed around the longitudinal axis of the drive shaft (6), the inlet flow guide channels (51) extending radially towards the drive shaft (6) and being axially offset from the gas suction inlet (42) and the relaxation chamber (46).
BLOWER
A blower may include a first case and a second case provided above the first case and having a first tower and a second tower that have a passage therebetween. A display assembly is received in the second case at a position that does not interfere with air flowing in the passage. An inner surface of the second tower and an outer surface of a diffuser define a space in which the display assembly is received.
Reinforced blower housing component for arrangement on a gas blower
The disclosure relates to a blower housing component with a housing body and a mounting flange extending radially outward from the housing body, at which mounting flange multiple mounting points are arranged for mounting the blower housing component, which mounting points are evenly spaced in the circumferential direction, wherein radial ribs extending radially in a straight line along the mounting flange are formed between the housing body and the mounting points, and wherein the radial ribs are intersected by tangential ribs extending along the mounting flange, which tangential ribs extend tangentially to the housing body between two of the mounting points, respectively, and connect the two mounting points, respectively.
CUTTING TOOL AND METHOD FOR MACHINING WORKPIECE
A tool (T) is provided with: a shaft-like tool body (11) having a first end portion (11a) extending along a central axis line (Ot) and attached to a main shaft, and a second end portion (11b) on an opposite side to the first end portion (11a); and a fore end portion (12) connected to the second end portion (11b) of the shaft-like tool body (11). The fore-end portion (12) includes a central portion (13) including a fore-end face (17) of the tool (T), and a plurality of blade portions (14) protruding radially outward from the central portion (13). A cutting blade of each blade portion (14) includes a main cutting blade (15) adjacent to the fore-end face (17).
