CONNECTION STRUCTURE FOR WATER INPUT/OUTPUT PORTS OF BOOSTER PUMP
A connection structure for water input/output ports of a booster pump, that is used to connect to an outside pipeline through the water input/output ports of the booster pump, comprising: a fixing tube, formed integrally with an outer shell of the booster pump, and having a window hole on a side wall of the fixing tube; an insertion tube, with one end of the insertion tube connected to an outside pipeline, with one other end of the insertion tube inserted in the fixing tube, while a fastening slot is provided on a side wall of the insertion tube; and a fastening pin, inserted into the fixing tube to act in cooperation with the fastening slot, and when the insertion tube is inserted in the fixing tube, the fastening pin fixes and restricts the position of the insertion tube.
Fluid pump assembly
A fluid pump assembly is provided. The pump has a pair of units magnetically coupled to each other. The first unit contains a drive motor and a magnetic assembly. The second unit contains a magnetic assembly and a blade of a propeller/impeller for imparting movement to a fluid. As the first unit is activated by the drive motor, a magnetic flux is created which in turn rotates the magnetic assembly in the second unit, driving the blade.
PUMP CASING AND MAGNET PUMP INCLUDING THE SAME
A pump casing defines an inner space including an inlet into which a fluid is introduced, a flow path through which the fluid is introduced from the inlet and discharged to the outside, and an arrangement space in which an impeller rotated about a predetermined central axis is disposed so as to guide flow of the fluid. The pump casing includes a suction casing which forms the inlet, a volute casing which forms the flow path, and the introduced fluid is discharged to the outside by the impeller. The volute casing forms the arrangement space in which the impeller is disposed, and the pump casing further includes a fluid guide device which is disposed in the inner space to guide movement of the fluid which is moved from the inlet toward the arrangement space.
PUMP UNIT FOR A CENTRIFUGAL PUMP AND A CENTRIFUGAL PUMP
A pump unit for a centrifugal pump includes a pump housing with an inlet and with an outlet for a fluid to be conveyed, and a rotor arranged in the pump housing to convey the fluid, the rotor configured to be rotated about an axial direction, the pump unit capable of non-contact magnetic levitation of the rotor and non-contact magnetic drive of the rotor by a stator. The pump housing has a cover part and a bottom part to enclose the cover part, the bottom part having a cylindrical cup to receive the rotor, the cylindrical cup configured to be inserted into the cup-shaped recess of the stator. Both the inlet and the outlet of the pump housing are arranged at the cover part.
CENTRIFIGAL AND INERTIAL PUMP ASSEMBLY
A pump assembly includes a shell having an inner surface defining an internal chamber, and a pumping frame moveable within the internal chamber. The shell and the pumping frame collectively defining a fluid circuit having a pair of arcuate segments. The pumping frame is configured to induce fluid movement along the fluid circuit in response to movement of the pumping frame relative to the shell. Fluid movement along the pair of arcuate segments generating a centrifugal force in a prescribed direction capable of independently moving the pump assembly.
Electric water pump and manufacturing method for thereof
An electric water pump of which productivity, maintainability, and use convenience may be improved by simplifying a production process through a change in a structure, and a method of manufacturing the same. The electric water pump includes: a pump housing accepting a motor therein; an acceptor having a cylindrical shape of which one side is opened and formed at one side of the pump housing; a control substrate installed in the acceptor; an external terminal formed of a conductor and penetrating through the acceptor to electrically connect the control substrate to an external power supply; and an internal terminal formed of a conductor and penetrating through the pump housing and the acceptor to electrically connect the motor and the control substrate to each other.
COOLANT PLUG-IN PUMP WITH SEALING WASHER TO MINIMIZE THE SEALING GAP
A plug-in coolant pump for motor vehicles includes an impeller surrounded by a pump housing. The impeller can be driven about a longitudinal axis extending through the pump housing by a pump shaft. A seal is provided between the pump shaft and the pump housing to seal the coolant-carrying pump housing, wherein the pump housing includes retaining domes on which a sealing disc is fastened which sets a sealing gap between a pump inlet with a pressure slope and the open impeller.
Method and installation for the treatment of liquid food products
A method for treating liquid food products after direct heating comprises a first cooling of the liquid food product occurring on a floor of the infuser vessel up to an outlet opening. A second cooling of the liquid food product occurs in a tubular section connecting directly to the outlet opening. A third cooling of the liquid food product occurs in a housing cover of a pump housing of a centrifugal pump. At least one flushing operation of the pump housing and of an impeller via a rear impeller gap is performed, wherein the at least flushing operation occurs via a front impeller gap located between the housing cover and the impeller. Volume flows of the at least one flushing operation are greater than equalization flows within the pump housing.
Canned motor device
A canned motor device includes a fixed seat, a motor unit, and a rear cover protector and a leakproof member. The rear cover protector has a main body portion disposed between a case body and a stator of the motor unit and sleeved around a cylindrical portion of the case body, and an extended portion connected to the main body portion, perpendicular to an axis, fluid-tightly abutting against a flange portion of the case body, and having an outer periphery that surrounds the axis and that has an outline larger than that of an annular periphery of the flange portion of the case body. The leakproof member is mounted between the flange portion of the case body and the extended portion of the rear cover protector.
MAGNETIC DRIVE AND HYBRID PUMP INCLUDING THE SAME
A The hybrid pump includes an impeller, a magnetic drive configured to control rotation of the impeller, a drive shaft combined with the magnetic drive and a motor. The drive shaft rotates in response to rotation of an axis of the motor, the magnetic drive rotates when the drive shaft rotates, the impeller rotates in response to rotation of the magnetic drive, a drive body of the magnetic drive is formed of plastic, and the drive shaft is formed of metal.
