Cartridge-based fan apparatus
A cartridge-based fan apparatus includes a cartridge component, wherein the cartridge component includes at least an airflow driver and at least a first spindle secured to a rotary device, a cartridge housing unit, wherein the cartridge housing unit includes a cartridge insertion chamber, a motor, and a drive element that mechanically couples the motor to the spindle when the cartridge is inserted in the cartridge insertion chamber, and a securing mechanism that secures the cartridge component in the cartridge insertion chamber.
COOLING FAN
A cooling fan includes: a fan housing mounted on a mounting bracket; a rotary shaft rotatably supported by the fan housing; a rotor fixed to the rotary shaft; a stator fixed to the fan housing and disposed at a predetermined gap from the rotor; an impeller connected to the rotor so as to rotate therewith; and a separation prevention member formed in the mounting bracket so as to prevent the impeller from being separated from the fan housing. the separation prevention bar comprises: a pair of vertical bars formed at opposite edges of the air passage portion in a vertical direction to the mounting bracket and a horizontal bar connecting upper portions of the vertical bars, thereby providing a gap between the impeller and the horizontal bar so that the separation prevention bar does not interfere with rotation of the impeller.
INTEGRATED DIFFUSER GRILLE FOR AXIAL FAN
An integrated diffuser grille for a coil unit includes a hub, a stack diffuser wall, a plurality of radial spokes extending between the hub and the stack diffuser wall, and a plurality of partial spokes extending inwardly from the stack diffuser wall. A radial length of the partial spokes is less than a radial length of the spokes. A plurality of circumferential elements is connected to the plurality of radial spokes between the hub and the stack diffuser wall. At least one circumferential element is connected to the plurality of partial spokes and at least one circumferential element has a non-uniform configuration about a circumference of the plurality of circumferential elements. A cross-section of the plurality of radial spokes has an airfoil-shape and at least one of a spoke pitch angle, camber angle, and chord of the airfoil-shape varies over a radial length of the plurality of spokes.
Blower device for a respirator
A blower device for a respiratory protection system comprises a fan for generating an airflow, further comprises at least one filter element which is configured to be flown through by the airflow, comprises a housing unit accommodating the fan and the at least one filter element and comprises an air conveying channel, which accommodates the filter element and is configured for guiding an airflow between the filter element and the fan, wherein the air conveying channel is configured for a deflection of an airflow between the fan and the filter element,
wherein the air conveying channel is embodied separately from the housing unit and the at least one filter element is fixedly integrated in the air conveying channel.
PORTABLE AIR PURIFIER
The present disclosure relates to a portable air purifier. The portable air purifier includes: a fan case having a narrow width portion at the front thereof and a wide width portion at the rear thereof, the narrow width portion including a space the radiuswise width of which is less than the radiuswise width of the wide width portion, and a fan blade protruding centrifugally further than the space formed inside the narrow width portion while being disposed at the wide width portion.
BLOWER
A blower is disclosed. The blower of the present disclosure comprises: a fan generating flow of air; a lower body providing an internal space in which the fan is installed, and having a suction hole through which air passes; an upper body being an upper body, which is installed over the lower body and forms a channel that communicates with the internal space of the lower body, and having a space formed through the upper body in a front-rear direction; a slit formed to pass through the upper body and discharging air flowing through the channel of the upper body to an outside of the upper body; and a vane or a door movably installed inside the upper body, and adjusting a flow direction of the air passing through the slit.
CEILING FAN AND SURROUNDING DEVICE THEREOF
A ceiling fan and a surrounding device thereof are provided. The ceiling fan includes a main body, a bracket set connected to the main body, and a surrounding device connected to the bracket set. The main body includes a main shaft, a motor, and a plurality of ceiling fan blades. The bracket set includes a plurality of brackets, and each of the brackets has one end connected to the main shaft. The surrounding device is connected to another end of each of the brackets that is relatively far away from the main shaft, and the surrounding device is roundly arranged around and spaced apart from an end of each of the ceiling fan blades that is relatively far away from the motor. The surrounding device includes at least one functional component that is configured to disinfect or sterilize air or to provide lighting.
Window Fan
A dual window fan having a rectangular body adapted to engage a window, two fan heads pivotably engaging the body independently of each other about a vertical pivot axis from aiming directly outwardly normal to the body to aiming inwardly through a pivot angle of at least 225 angular degrees.
DIRECTING AIR STREAMS AT A TARGET
A method of a fan system directing an air stream at a target can include receiving, with a controller, a first image from an image capture sensor and analyzing the first image from the image capture sensor to determine a first location of the target. The method can also include receiving a second image from the image capture sensor and analyzing the second image from the image capture sensor to determine a second location of the target. The method can also include comparing the first location of the target and the second location of the target and sending a signal to a first motor to rotate a housing about a first axis respective to a base to direct an air stream exiting an outlet of a channel at the target.
FAN MOUNTING ASSEMBLY SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A mounting assembly for a fan of a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a frame configured to couple to the HVAC system. The frame includes a support rail having a flange. The mounting assembly includes a first guide rail coupled to the frame and having a first lip extending at an oblique angle relative to the flange. The mounting assembly also includes a second guide rail coupled to the frame and having a second lip extending at the oblique angle relative to the flange. The first and second lips are configured to support and guide translation of a chassis of the fan toward the support rail such that the chassis of the fan engages with the flange. The flange is configured to support the fan offset from the first and second lips in an installed configuration of the fan with the mounting assembly.
