The netting support system (100) further comprises a guiding arrangement (120) for the insect netting, wherein the guiding arrangement (120) comprises a stretchable wire (121) connected to at least one net connection (132, 134) fixed to the insect netting (110). The stretchable wire (121) maintains the insect netting (110) in the accordion-style configuration when the insect netting (110) spans the ventilation opening.

According to the invention, a solar cell module is provided, which is connected to the flat element, such that, with light irradiation on the solar cell module, light energy can be converted into electrical energy, wherein a quick-closure mechanism comprising zip-closure mechanism with a zip-closure unit are provided, in order to detachably arrange a solar cell module on the flat element using the zip closure mechanism.

A ventilation port maintains the humidity range within a sealed or partially sealed enclosure maintaining a level of atmospheric moisture such as a greenhouse. The port is comprised of a polymer blend film made of a hydrophilic component serving as the water-absorbing material and substrate component serving as the mechanical backbone. The film is designed to bend and open the port when the humidity within the enclosure exceeds a predetermined level outside the humidity range, allowing for the venting of excess humidity. Once the humidity falls back within the desired range, the film returns to its original state and closes the port. A humidity sensing device is also disclosed including the film with a piezoresistive material layer, electrodes in electrical communication with the layer, and an electrical measurement device to measure resistivity or capacitance. The strain of the layer due to changes in humidity results in changes in its electrical properties, allowing the device to indicate corresponding humidity levels.

A method of applying a foil on an inclined roof structure having a ridge beam, a gutter, a plurality of parallel roof bars interconnecting the beam and the gutter and a ventilation opening frame which surrounds an opening that is located between the beam, the gutter and two neighboring bars, comprises: supplying a window frame that fits inside the ventilation opening frame, introducing the window frame within and holding the window frame at a fixed position with respect to the ventilation opening frame, laying a foil onto the roof structure such that it extends at least from the beam to the gutter and covers at least the neighboring roof bars, fixing the foil to the window frame and the ventilation opening frame along respective circumferential edges thereof, cutting the foil between the window frame and the ventilation opening frame, hence forming the window frame including the foil.
