Mobile tree canopy treatment system
A tree canopy treatment system includes: a supply unit configured to heat a fluid; and a treatment unit in fluid communication with the supply unit, the treatment unit configured to move independently from the supply unit. A method of treating a tree includes positioning a temperature transmitter proximate to the tree; and lowering a treatment unit over the tree and the temperature transmitter, the treatment unit configured to move independently from a supply unit, the treatment unit in fluid communication with the supply unit.
ERGONOMIC GARDENING CONTAINER
Provided is a raised-bed gardening container, including a base, a feeding tube, and a cover frame. The base may include a bottom edge; a top rim at least 36 inches above the bottom edge; an exterior sidewall extending between the bottom edge and the top rim; an interior sidewall extending from the top rim to a bottom interior, the interior sidewall and bottom interior defining an interior volume for containing a gardening media, the interior volume having a diameter of greater than approximately four feet; a feeding tube support generally centrally disposed in the base; and a gardener passage extending to the feeding tube support and having a width configured to allow a gardener to walk through the gardener passage to the feeding tube support.
Collapsible plant dome device
Collapsible plant dome device comprising a transparent canopy, a collapsible frame mounted on a central support member and comprising a plurality of support arms carrying the transparent canopy, a pair of diametrically opposed vent mesh openings disposed within a sidewall of the transparent canopy, a pair of diametrically opposed vent flaps each pivotally connected to a respective horizontal upper edge of each of the diametrically opposed vent mesh openings for covering and uncovering each of the diametrically opposed vent mesh openings in respective closed and open vent configurations, and at least one pair of tie down rings each interiorly mounted on a different one of a diametrically opposed pair of the plurality of support arms. In one embodiment, the device comprises a transparent skirt detachably coupled to an interior side of the transparent canopy for forming an imbricated transparent domed canopy and skirt plant enclosure.
VEGETATED CANOPY APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD
A system may include a support structure for providing a vegetated canopy including a soil container support and a plurality of ribs disposed along the support structure, where the plurality of ribs are structurally configured to support a vegetated canopy disposed thereon. The system may also include a modular canopy structurally configured to attach to the support structure, the modular canopy including a soil container structurally configured to engage with the soil container support, a plurality of substantially rigid external members structurally configured to engage with a rib of the support structure, and a connecting member disposed along a length of the substantially rigid external members and attaching at a substantially rigid external member to another substantially rigid external member. The plurality of substantially rigid external members and the connecting members may form a trellis structurally configured to support vegetation.
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR A CANOPY
A method includes receiving a treatment temperature from a user device; positioning a tree within a treatment region of a canopy; flowing a fluid from a hot fluid generating system to the canopy; spraying the fluid from the hot fluid generating system into the treatment region of the canopy; and selectively enabling and disabling a fluid flow from the hot fluid generating system to the canopy to maintain the treatment temperature within the treatment region of the canopy.
System And Method For Automated Plant Training
In accordance with embodiments of the invention, there are provided automated plant training systems and related methods. An automated plant training system is designed to train medium to tall plants to grow in a height restricted space by adjusting the plant's direction of growth through the use of phototropism. The device can physically control the plant's main stem, branches and foliage from excessive vertical growth.
Portable, adjustable, garden shade and weather protection panels
A unit providing garden plant protection from harmful weather conditions and extend the growing season. The unit includes a shade cloth attached to a frame creating a panel that attaches to at least two post, which are attached at opposite ends of the panel for support. Each post has a ground stake attached to the bottom end. The ground stakes allow for easily placing and securing the unit in desired locations and can easily be removed from the ground. The panel can be adjusted to different angles depending on weather protection needs. The post can be raised or lowered as needed. The posts can be detached from the panel for a simplified storage solution.
Control system for a canopy
A control system for a canopy to treat plants is disclosed. In one implementation according to examples of the present disclosure, a method comprises receiving a treatment temperature from a user device. The method further comprises flowing a fluid from a hot fluid generating system to a canopy. The method further comprises selectively enabling and disabling a fluid flow from the hot fluid generating system to the canopy to maintain the treatment temperature within the canopy.
CANOPY TREATMENT SYSTEM
A canopy treatment system to treat plants is disclosed. In one implementation according to examples of the present disclosure, a canopy treatment system comprises a hot fluid generating system configured to heat a fluid, the hot fluid generating system including a canopy valve; and a canopy in fluid communication with the hot fluid generating system, the canopy defining a treatment region, the canopy valve of the hot fluid generating system selectively positionable to control fluid flow between the hot fluid generating system and the canopy.
