A trellising system comprises a dual layer structure, including an outer layer and an inner layer. The system includes at least one core structure-group, a plurality of main wires, and an anchorage structure. The core structure-group comprises a plurality of growing units. The main wires, which extend along an entire length of a row constituted by the core structure-groups, include an upper sheet wire, an upper trellis wire, and optionally an overhead conveyor wire. One terminal end of each of the main wires is attached to the anchorage structure. The outer layer makes an outer support sub-system to support a plurality of sheet materials. The inner layer makes a trellis support sub-system to support plant growth.

GRIPPING ARRANGEMENT

A gripping arrangement (10) comprises a wound portion (12) disposable around a main support (100), and a holding formation (14, 16) for holding a force applying arrangement (22). A force applied to the holding formation (14, 16) in a first direction to extend the wound portion (12) in said first direction can effect a contracting movement on the wound portion (12) in a second direction transverse to the first direction.

MULTI-STORY HORIZONTAL TRELLISING SYSTEMS

Vertical trellising agriculture is used in indoor and outdoor applications. Drawbacks of vertical trellising are known in the art, and usually concerns aspects related difficulties in compactization of the modules and cascading the production, especially in indoor controlled environments, where typical yields are up to about 350 Kg/m.sup.2 floor. The present invention discloses multi-story horizontal trellising systems and modules thereof; and provides a modular vertically stackable trellising means with greater yields per square meter floor.

GRID TRELLISING SYSTEM FOR GRAPE VINES AND RELATED METHODS
20250374871 · 2025-12-11 ·

A trellis and DOV grape growing system utilized for grape vines, featuring an overhead training wire system that allows for the positioning of canes in a multi-quadrant arrangement. The canes are supported by posts positioned along adjacent rows of vines. The system includes a network of training wires which allow the canes to be directed in multi-axial directions from each vine. The trellis system allows the grapes to desiccate under solar warmth while on the vine, thus forming raisins. The DOV grapes may then be efficiently harvested by a vehicle having a canopy-shaking apparatus passing under the trellis canopy.
