TREE PROCESSING SYSTEM
A tree processing system may comprise a tree processing head and a controller. The tree processing head may include a header frame, a motor, a saw bar, an arm, an actuator and a sensor. The motor is coupled to the header frame and the saw bar is coupled to the motor. The saw bar cuts a tree when the saw bar is driven by the motor. The actuator is coupled to the saw bar and is used to move the saw bar from a home position to a first position and to a second position. The controller is coupled to the sensor and is used to determine whether the second position is reached. When the second position is reached, the controller transmits a resting signal to the tree processing head to perform a resting operation.

EXCAVATING ASSEMBLY AND TREE FELLING HEAD INCLUDING SAME
The present disclosure concerns a tree felling head for mounting to a tree-cutting carrier, the tree felling head comprising a bottom saw housing defining a saw-receiving cavity and comprising a peripheral border at least partially bordering the saw-receiving cavity; and an excavating assembly comprising a scraping portion extending outwardly past the peripheral border at least along a section thereof. It also concerns such an excavating assembly.
SAW TEETH MOUNTED RADIALLY BY SCREWED JOINT ON SAW DISKS, USED IN FELLER-BUNCHER HEADERS, COUPLED TO FOREST TRACTORS
Improvements made in the configuration of the metal tooth with cutting blades for forest wood. The present patent application is related to the mechanical engineering field; in the forest cutting segment. configuration applied to a metal tooth (1), of sharp cutting edges (2) in its upper structures, formed of a fine concave ring layer (3) made by welding of a composition of tungsten carbide and cobalt, extremely abrasion-resistant; provided with wearing face surface (4), made of carbon steel of low abrasion resistance, proper of the support body, teeth, which wear more intensively when in contact with the soil and the wood, providing maintenance, formation of sharp edge, always cutting.

MANAGING LANDBASES AND MACHINE OPERATIONS PERFORMED THEREON
A method for management of a land base includes interfacing a machine or equipment to a computer running a geographical information system (GIS) application such that the computer is configured to monitor the operations performed by the equipment or machine on the land base and store the operations as map points, lines, or polygons on at least one data layer within the GIS application. The method further includes displaying the GIS application to the operator at the point and time of performing the operations.
