METHOD OF GENERATING PLANTS HAVING WHITE FOLIAGE
The disclosure relates to a method for the generation of plants, such as Euphorbia pulcherrima, having a dysfunctional glutathione S-transferase (GST), and the seeds, plant parts or plant cells derived therefrom. The disclosure further relates to a molecular marker capable of identifying a dysfunctional GST gene, to isolated DNA encoding such a dysfunctional GST gene and to the use of such DNA for the preparation of a molecular marker and for use in methods of targeted mutagenesis to inactivate the GST gene to generate plants with a white foliage phenotype.

A new and distinct cultivar of Guzmania plant named CROWN characterized by a solid growth habit; funnel-form rosette plant, measuring about 42 cm in height (above the pot when flowering), numerous green color foliage (measuring about 50 to 60 cm in length and about 9 cm in width), and superior floral bract production. Bracts have a unique red inflorescence (RHS 44A), branched head inflorescence (measuring about 10 cm in height and about 10 cm in diameter), and long-lasting habit. The new variety is a Guzmania, typically produced as an indoor ornamental plant.
<i>Echeveria </i>plant named ‘TSAECH1910’
A new and distinct Echeveria plant named TSAECH1910 which is characterized by an abundance of narrowly oblanceolate, dark yellow-green foliage that is tightly held in a compact stemless rosette, foliage that becomes progressively suffused with dark greyed-purple on the abaxial surface, foliage that is distally margined and tipped with dark greyed-purple on the adaxial surface, and the stability of these characteristics from generation to generation.
<i>Jamesbrittenia </i>plant named ‘DJAMGOL’
A new and distinct cultivar of Jamesbrittenia plant named DJAMGOL is disclosed, characterized by stable, bright yellow flowers, and semi-erect habit. Plants are less sensitive to foliar disease. The new variety is a Jamesbrittenia, normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.

<i>Heuchera </i>plant named ‘Happy Flames’
A new cultivar of Heuchera named Happy Flames that is characterized by its leaves that are green-yellow in color with red veins with the red veins more prominent in spring, its high sun tolerance, its vigorous growth habit, its dense plant habit and its flowers that are white in color.
