SPEED CONTROLLER
A speed controller is capable of being applied to a cylinder with a short stroke with a simple structure. The speed controller includes a first flow channel and a second flow channel allowing a first port and a second port to communicate with each other, into which pressure fluid is allowed to flow, in which a first valve is arranged in the first flow channel, a second valve is arranged in the second flow channel, a third flow channel and a fourth flow channel are further included, and a third valve is arranged in the third flow channel, allowing only flowing from the first port toward a portion on the piston shaft side with respect to a piston in a cylinder chamber in the third flow channel as well as closing the first flow channel and the fourth flow channel by moving a third valve body in a direction of opening the third flow channel, and opening the first flow channel and the fourth flow channel by moving the third valve body in a direction of closing the third flow channel.
Adaptive control of hydraulic tool on remote controlled demolition robot
A remote controlled demolition robot (10) comprising a controller (17) and at least one actuator (12) controlled through a hydraulic system (400) comprising at least one valve (13a) connected to a corresponding actuator for a tool (11b) and a pump (410). The controller (17) is configured to operate in a first mode wherein the fluid flow is controlled through the at least one valve (13a), wherein said valve (13a) is a proportional valve, receive a pressure indication indicating a pressure in the hydraulic system (400) and determine if the pressure in the hydraulic system (400) is above a first mode threshold and/or if a pressure change fulfills a first mode condition, and if so operate in a second mode wherein the at least one valve (13a) is in an opened state and the fluid flow is controlled through the pump (410).
CONTROLLER UNIT AND LIQUID-PRESSURE DRIVING SYSTEM
A controller unit is included in a liquid-pressure driving system for use in a working machine configured to supply an operating liquid to an actuator to move a structural body by the actuator. The controller unit includes: a gyro sensor configured to output a signal corresponding to an operation velocity of the structural body; and a controller configured to control a flow rate of the operating liquid supplied to the actuator, based on the signal output from the gyro sensor and corresponding to the operation velocity of the structural body, wherein: the controller is attached to the structural body; and the gyro sensor is incorporated in the controller.
METHOD OF LIMITING FLOW IN RESPONSE TO SENSED PRESSURE
A method of controlling hydraulic fluid flow to an implement of a material handling vehicle includes coupling a boom arm to a vehicle frame for rotation about the vehicle frame, rotating a boom arm with respect to the vehicle frame with an actuator, coupling an attachment to the boom arm for rotation with respect to the boom arm, sensing a pressure of fluid in the actuator, communicating the sensed pressure to a control system, determining a baseline pressure of the attachment based upon the sensed pressure of the fluid in the actuator, and limiting fluid flow to the actuator with a control valve in response to the sensed pressure of the fluid in the actuator being above the baseline pressure.
HYDRAULIC DRIVE SYSTEM OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A variable displacement pump supplies hydraulic oil to turning motor via a turning control valve; pair of supply/discharge lines connect turning motor and turning control valve; a pair of make-up lines connect pair of supply/discharge lines to tank, each line having check valve; turning operation device including operating lever and outputting operation signal corresponding to inclination angle of operating lever; a flow rate adjuster adjusts tilting angle of pump; and controller controls flow rate adjuster, such that tilting angle of pump increases in accordance with increase in operation signal outputted from turning operation device. Controller: turning acceleration and at time of constant speed turning, controls flow rate adjuster such that discharge flow rate of pump changes on first regulation line; turning deceleration, controls flow rate adjuster such that discharge flow rate of pump changes on second regulation line, second regulation line having slope less than slope of first regulation line.
HYDRAULIC DRIVE SYSTEM OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A hydraulic actuator; a control valve that controls supply and discharge of hydraulic oil to and from the hydraulic actuator; a pilot operation valve connected to the operation valve by a pair of pilot lines; a proportional solenoid pressure-reducing valve provided on at least one of the pair of pilot lines; an operation detector that outputs an operation amount signal in accordance with an inclination angle of an operating lever of the pilot operation valve; and a controller that controls the proportional solenoid pressure-reducing valve such that, from immediately after a change amount per unit time in the operation amount signal outputted from the operation detector has decreased by a threshold value or more, a pilot port pressure of the control valve gradually decreases to zero due to communication of a secondary pressure port and a tank port of the proportional solenoid pressure-reducing valve with each other.
Hydraulic drive system of construction machine
A bi-directional pump connected to a motor by a pair of supply/discharge lines; a regulator changes the bi-directional pump tilting angle; and a controller controls the regulator based on a turning signal outputted from a turning operation valve. At the turning acceleration, at which the signal increases, the controller calculates a motor flow rate passing through the motor and an instruction flow rate determined based on the turning signal. If the instruction flow rate is greater than a reference flow rate obtained by adding a predetermined value to the motor flow rate, the controller controls the regulator so the bi-directional pump tilting angle is adjusted to a tilting angle realizing the reference flow rate. If the instruction flow rate is not greater than the reference flow rate, the controller controls the regulator so the bi-directional pump tilting angle is adjusted to a tilting angle realizing the instruction flow rate.
Speed controller
A speed controller capable of controlling an action speed of an external cylinder in one stroke in a step-wise manner. The speed controller includes a first flow path and a second flow path that allow a first port and a second port to be in communication with each other. The first flow path is provided with a first check valve for allowing flow from the first port to the second port. The second flow path is provided with a first needle valve, and an opening hole of the first check valve is constituted as a part of a flow path. The first needle valve adjusts the flow rate by changing an opening area of the opening hole with a tip portion fixed on a piston in the cylinder chamber. The speed controller further includes a third flow path allowing the first port and the cylinder chamber to be in communication with each other. The third flow path is provided with a second check valve for allowing flow from the first port to the cylinder chamber.
Shovel and method of driving shovel
A shovel includes a swing hydraulic motor configured to swing a rotating structure, a swing drive hydraulic circuit configured to drive the swing hydraulic motor, an assist hydraulic motor connected to an engine and configured to be supplied with hydraulic oil discharged from the swing drive hydraulic circuit, and a controller configured to control the driving of the shovel. The controller is configured to detect the load condition of the engine, and control the supply of the hydraulic oil to the assist hydraulic motor at the time of deceleration of the swing hydraulic motor, based on the detected load condition.
HYDRAULIC CYLINDER SPOOL VALVE DEVICE
A hydraulic cylinder spool valve device, which extends and retracts a cylinder rod of a hydraulic cylinder, includes: a first spool valve having a first dead band and a first opening characteristic; a second spool valve having a second dead band and a second opening characteristic; and a controller performing communication with the hydraulic cylinder by using the first spool valve and positioning the second spool of the second spool valve within the second dead band and performing communication with the hydraulic cylinder by using the second spool valve and positioning the first spool of the first spool valve within the first dead band, and adjusting a characteristic of a switching dead band between the first opening characteristic and the second opening characteristic.
