SAFETY VALVE FOR HYDRAULIC OR PNEUMATIC TOOL
20210364097 · 2021-11-25 · ·

Provided is a safety valve (10) comprising a body (12) which defines an incoming fluid passage (14) and a return fluid passage (20). The incoming fluid passage (14) generally enables a fluid to pass from a fluid reservoir (18) through the body (12) to the tool head (16). The return fluid passage (20) generally enables a fluid to return from the tool head (16) through the body back to the fluid reservoir (18). The body (12) further comprises a diverter (22) which is displaceable between an active position and an inactive position. When the diverter (22) is in the active position, the diverter (22) redirects the fluid via a shunting passage (24) from the incoming fluid passage (14) to the return passage (20) to prevent operation of the tool head (16).

A pneumatic control device includes a base seat unit, a cylinder unit and a time-delay unit. The cylinder unit is mounted the base seat unit, and is able to drive rotational movement. The time-delay unit is mounted to the base seat unit, and includes sequentially interconnected delay switch, flow-limiting valve, pressure accumulator and a control valve. The delay switch is operable to move between an action position whereat the cylinder unit drives the rotational movement, and a non-action position. When the delay switch is moved to the non-action position, the cylinder unit keeps driving the rotational movement for a period of time and then stops.

Damped float response on an agricultural harvester

A header assembly for an agricultural harvesting machine having a traction unit comprises a cutter, a main frame that supports the cutter, a float cylinder configured to be coupled between the main frame and the traction unit, an accumulator, and fluidic circuitry that fluidically couples the accumulator to the float cylinder. The fluidic circuitry is configured to provide a first flow of pressurized fluid under pressure to the float cylinder, so the float cylinder exerts a float force on the main frame, and, based on a control input that corresponds to a lifting operation of the header assembly, provide a restricted flow of fluid, that is restricted relative to the first flow, between the float cylinder and the accumulator.

An agricultural harvester includes a controller configured to receive at least one wing angle signal indicative of an angle at least one wing with respect to a center section of a header. The controller is also configured to receive a wing height position signal indicative of a distance between the at least one wing and a soil surface, determine whether the angle of the at least one wing exceeds an angle limit threshold based at least in part on the wing angle signal, and output a tilt signal to a tilt actuator in response to determining the angle of the wing exceeds the angle limit threshold. The tilt signal is indicative of instructions to maintain the distance between the at least one wing and the soil surface within a target distance threshold.

To achieve the improvement of recovery efficiency from a rod end oil chamber to a head end oil chamber during extending operation of a stick cylinder, and at the same time, to prevent an operation speed of the stick cylinder from being impaired when recovery is impossible, as well as to achieve the reduction of the number of parts, in a construction machine equipped with a stick. It is configured such that a first region Y1 at which a discharge valve passage 14g is opened while being throttled and a second region Y2 at which the discharge valve passage 14g is wider opened than at the first region Y1 are provided, in an operating position of a stick control valve 14 during extending operation of the stick cylinder, and if recovery from the rod end oil chamber 9b to the head end oil chamber 9a during extending operation of the stick cylinder 9 is possible, the stick control valve 14 is caused to be positioned at the first region Y1, and if the recovery is impossible, positioned at the region Y2.

Connector for hydrodynamic applications equipped with at least one detection sensor

A hydraulic connector for hydraulic circuits includes a female coupling and a male coupling which are configured to directly couple with and decouple from each other. The female and male couplings do not include inner spaces to accommodate a first sensor. A mutual connection of the female and male couplings facilitates flow of a fluid between the female and male couplings. At least either the male or female coupling includes a first hollow element which is applied directly to an external surface of the male or female coupling to define an inner space. Either the male or female coupling includes the first sensor positioned in the inner space formed by the first hollow element. The first sensor is configured to detect and transmit electronic signals corresponding to working and/or operating parameters and/or values of the connector to a receiver.

Flow rate controller and drive device equipped with same

In a flow rate controller and a drive device, a housing is provided therein with a first flow passage, a second flow passage adjacent to the first flow passage, a first throttle valve provided to the first flow passage, and a second throttle valve provided to the second flow passage.
