HYDRAULIC VALVE WITH PRESSURE LIMITER FUNCTION

A hydraulic system includes first and second valve assemblies connected to a common pump. The first valve assembly includes a main valve housed inside a manifold. A pressure compensator valve maintains a constant pressure drop across a variable orifice of the main valve. A pressure limiter valve is in communication with the main valve and the pressure compensator valve, and allows an actuator connected to the first valve assembly to operate independently of the second valve assembly so that fluid flow to a work port of the first valve assembly is not interrupted by operation of the second valve assembly.

A device for controlling an outlet flap of a baler in at least one manual and one automatic mode includes an outlet flap drive, a first and a second pressure line via which the outlet flap drive is selectively charged with pressure, a first pressure measuring apparatus operatively connected to the first pressure line, and a second pressure measuring apparatus operatively connected to the second pressure line. A distributor valve is connected to the first and second pressure lines downstream of the first and second pressure measuring apparatus. The distributor valve is disposable in a first pass-through position, a second pass-through position, and a shut-off position. In an automatic mode, the distributor valve is disposed in a predetermined position dependent on a pressure difference between the pressures in the first and second pressure lines.

A manipulator includes an articulated boom configured to be folded out. The articulated boom includes a turntable that can be rotated about a vertical axis, a plurality of boom segments, electrically-actuated proportional valves, and a remote control. The boom segments are pivotable via respective drive assemblies. The electrically-actuated proportional valves are respectively arranged directly on or in proximity to the respective drive assemblies to be controlled. The remote control includes at least one control lever configured to be displaced in a plurality of actuating directions. The manipulator further includes an electronic controller configured to actuate the drive assemblies via a travel command. The travel command indicates a desired movement of the boom tip. The travel command is generated in response to displacement of the control lever into at least one of the plurality of actuating directions. And, the travel command causes actuation of the respective electrically-actuated proportional valves.

Hydraulic control valve with controlled flow and valve safety disable

An example valve includes: a valve body defining a bore, an inlet port, an outlet port, and a signal cavity; a spool movable in the bore to shift between a first position and an intermediate position, where the spool has a first end and a second end, where the outlet port is fluidly connected to the second end, where the valve body defines a spring cavity adjacent the first end of the spool to house a spring, where the first end is subjected to a load-sense pressure signal, and where when the spool is in the first position, the spool disconnects the inlet port from the outlet port and connects the inlet port to the signal cavity; and a valve actuator that, when activated, connects the signal cavity to the second end of the spool to move the spool in the bore from the first position to the intermediate position.

Fluid circuit

A fluid circuit includes a pressure fluid source, a switching valve, and a cylinder device having first and second chambers and partitioned by a piston. A first accumulator is configured to communicate with the second chamber when pressure fluid is supplied to the first chamber and to accumulate part of the pressure fluid from the second chamber. A pressure booster is connected in hydraulically parallel to the first accumulator, the pressure booster communicative with the second chamber when the pressure fluid is supplied to the first chamber to boost pressure of the pressure fluid by using part of the pressure fluid from the second chamber. A second accumulator accumulates the pressure fluid whose pressure is boosted by the pressure booster.

Suspension compliance to reduce frame loading

A harvesting system includes a header pivotally attached to a combine. The header includes a center section to which a left wing and right wing are pivotally attached. A suspension system of the harvesting system includes first and second engageable states that enable dynamic wing behavior and reduce structural load. The first state corresponds to a harvesting configuration of the header in which the wings are allowed to pivot to allow the header to follow changes in terrain. The second state corresponds to a configuration in which the header is elevated relative to the ground. In the second state, the ability of the wings to pivot is minimized as compared to the first state, which allows the header to be maintained in a substantially flat configuration while minimizing the amount of dynamic load imparted by the header on the combine during non-harvesting transport of the header.

A device for controlling an outlet flap of a baler in at least one manual and one automatic mode includes an outlet flap drive, a first and a second pressure line via which the outlet flap drive is selectively charged with pressure, a first pressure measuring means operatively connected to the first pressure line and, a second pressure measuring means operatively connected to the second pressure line. The first and second pressure measuring means determine a pressure in each respective pressure line. A distributor valve is connected to the first and second pressure lines downstream of the first and second pressure measuring means. The distributor valve is disposable in a first pass-through position, a second pass-through position, and a shut-off position. In an automatic mode, the distributor valve is disposed in a predetermined position dependent on a pressure difference between the pressures in the first and second pressure lines.
