Manual override assembly
A manual override assembly for a hydraulic power source operates to override an actuator of a hydraulic power source. The assembly includes a lever arm and connecting rods. The lever arm pivotally moves relative to a valve body of the hydraulic power source. The lever arm is connected to valve spools via the connecting rods, respectively. Each spool has a bore with an off-set opening for inserting one end of the connecting rod.
Waterproof manifold electromagnetic valve
A manifold includes multiple first valve mount portions, on each of which three electromagnetic valves are arranged side by side, or a plurality of second valve mount portions, on each of which two electromagnetic valves are arranged side by side, or includes at least one of the first valve mount portions and at least one of the second valve mount portions. Waterproof covers are attached to the valve mount portions of the manifold to each cover the three or two electromagnetic valves mounted on the valve mount portion. Thus, a waterproof manifold electromagnetic valve is formed.
Dual Architecture for an Electro-Hydraulic Drive System
An example hydraulic system includes a hydraulic actuator; a pump driven by an electric motor and having an inlet port and an outlet port; a boost flow line configured to provide boost fluid flow or receive excess fluid flow; a reservoir fluid line fluidly coupled to a reservoir; and a valve assembly configured to operate in a plurality of states to allow the pump to operate in a closed-circuit configuration in which fluid discharged from the hydraulic actuator is provided to the inlet port of the pump or an open-circuit configuration in which fluid discharged from the hydraulic actuator is provided to the reservoir.
Hydraulic control valve with duplicate workports and integrated actuator oscillation control features
An example valve assembly includes a first workport fluidly coupled to a first actuator; a second workport fluidly coupled to the first actuator; a third workport fluidly coupled to a second actuator, wherein the third workport is fluidly coupled to the first workport via a first fluid passage; a fourth workport fluidly coupled to the second actuator, wherein the fourth workport is fluidly coupled to the second workport via a second fluid passage; and a spool axially movable in a bore within the valve assembly, wherein when the spool is shifted axially in a first axial direction, pressurized fluid is provided to the first workport and to the third workport via the first fluid passage, and when the spool is shifted axially in a second axial direction opposite the first axial direction, pressurized fluid is provided to the second workport and to the fourth workport via the second fluid passage.
Generator motor flow control valve
A flow control manifold apparatus includes a housing defining a first flow path from a flow input port to flow output port and a second flow path from a return inlet port to a return outlet port. A first flow regulating valve is placed inline the first flow path and an excess flow path fluidly couples the first flow path to the second flow path. An excess pressure valve is placed inline the excess flow path and is in a closed orientation when the first flow regulating valve is open so that all of the fluid exits through the flow output port. The excess pressure valve is then in a partially open orientation when the first flow regulating valve is partially closed so that a first portion of the fluid exits through the flow output port and a second portion of the fluid exits through the return outlet port.
Dynamic open center hydraulic system control
A hydraulic valve control unit is for an open center hydraulic system including a pump, a shunt valve and one or more actuator valves coupled to the shunt valve. Each actuator valve controls a corresponding actuator's position. The hydraulic valve control unit has a processor and a memory, containing instructions executable by the processor, and is configured to obtain user input data indicative of a desired actuator's position, determining opening area values of the one or more actuator valves using a predetermined relation dependent on the user input data, determining an opening area value of the shunt valve using the predetermined relation dependent on the user input data, controlling the shunt valve based on the opening area value of the shunt valve, and controlling the one or more actuator valves based on the opening area values of the one or more actuator valves.

Control module for hydraulic system
There is provided a control module for a hydraulic system. The module comprises a tank and a plurality of valves. The tank is configured to store hydraulic fluid and is substantially cylindrical. The plurality of valves fluidly connect with the tank and are configured to control distribution of hydraulic fluid from the tank to one or more components of the system. The plurality of valves are spaced around a circumference of the tank. One or more passages fluidly connect the tank with at least one of the plurality of valves and/or a first of the plurality of valves with a second of the plurality of valves.
WATERPROOF SOLENOID VALVE
A waterproof cover includes an operation unit for pressing a manual button of a solenoid valve main body. The operation unit includes a flexible cap, a pin guide interposed between the cap and the solenoid valve main body, and an operation pin that is inserted in guide hole of the pin guide so as to be displaced freely. The cap includes a flexible pressing portion for a pressing operation. One end of the operation pin is in contact with or close to the pressing portion, and the other end of the operation pin is in contact with the manual button.
