FOAM FORMULA AND DISPENSING APPARATUS
A liquid foam composition and a foam dispenser. The liquid foam composition includes a combination of water, a surfactant, and a emulsifier. The foam dispenser includes a container containing the liquid foam composition. The foam dispenser further includes a foam dispensing pump having mesh within a liquid passage, a closure securing the foam dispensing pump assembly within the container, and a nozzle operably connected to the foam dispensing pump and extending from the closure. The nozzle is fluidly connected to the liquid passage.
FOAMING DAIRY COMPOSITIONS
The present invention relates to a product comprising: —a container (1) having a volume Vc, sealed by a sealing (6), and —a dairy composition (2), having a volume Vd, which is comprised in the sealed container, characterized in that the dairy composition comprises caseinomacropeptide (CMP) and 0.60<Vd/Vc<0.72. The dairy composition is preferably a fermented dairy composition. Preferably the dairy composition or fermented dairy composition comprises CMP at a concentration of at least 0.3%. Further claimed is a fermented dairy composition comprising CMP as well as the use of CMP as a foaming agent in fermented dairy compositions.
FOAMING DAIRY COMPOSITIONS
The present invention relates to a product comprising: —a container (1) having a volume Vc, sealed by a sealing (6), and —a dairy composition (2), having a volume Vd, which is comprised in the sealed container, characterized in that the dairy composition comprises caseinomacropeptide (CMP) and 0.60<Vd/Vc<0.72. The dairy composition is preferably a fermented dairy composition. Preferably the dairy composition or fermented dairy composition comprises CMP at a concentration of at least 0.3%. Agitation means agitates the liquid to produce the foam, and the agitation means comprises an electric motor (762) and a battery (760) for energising the electric motor (762). A carrier (672) receives the cartridge (610) and has a carrier foam inlet (680) for fluid communication with the foam outlet (654) of the cartridge (610). A carrier foam outlet (682) dispenses the foam to a user.

PLANT-BASED MILK WHIPPABLE EMULSION
Disclosed herein are plant-based whippable topping emulsions. In particular, described herein are plant-based emulsions that do not contain any of the eight major food allergens. In addition to plant-based products, the emulsions may generally contain vegetable oil and one or more other components such as surfactants, sugar, stabilizers, thickeners, and flavoring. Also disclosed herein are methods of making and methods of using the plant-based milk whippable topping emulsions.
