Flange mount cylinder sensor

Cylinder sensor assembly includes a sensor with pressure pipe extending from the first sensor axial face of a sensor body, an annular face seal adapted to be disposed between the first sensor axial face and an endcap external axial face, and a sensor retention assembly. The sensor retention assembly includes a plurality of fasteners and a retainer body having a retainer distal face, a plurality of through holes and an internal chamber with a radially-extending flange extending into the internal chamber with the internal chamber open to the retainer distal face. The sensor body is disposed within the internal chamber adjacent the radially-extending flange.

WORKING MACHINE

A working machine, in which a detection device for detecting a swing position of a supported member is prevented from being damaged, includes a support member pivotally supporting the supported member via a pivot, and a cylinder telescopically moved by extension and contraction movement of its piston rod with respect to its cylinder tube by hydraulic fluid flowing through a fluid passage formed in the piston rod. The cylinder tube is pivotally supported by a first end portion of the support member, and the piston rod is pivotally supported by a second end portion of the support member. The detection device for detecting a telescopic movement state of the cylinder is provided between the cylinder and the support member.

Sensor assembly, sensor bracket, and tube ring for a vibratory conduit

A sensor assembly (100, 300) for a vibratory conduit (130a, 330) is provided. The sensor assembly (100, 300) includes a sensor bracket (110, 310) having an outer surface (112, 312) substantially symmetric about an axis (S) and including a complementary portion (112c, 312c). The sensor assembly (100, 300) also includes a tube ring (120, 220, 320) having an outer surface (122, 222, 322) including a complementary portion (122c, 222c, 322c) affixed to the complementary portion (112c, 312c) of the sensor bracket (110, 310). The axis (S) of the sensor bracket (110, 310) is external of the vibratory conduit (130a, 330) when the tube ring (120, 220, 320) is affixed to the vibratory conduit (130a, 330).

Monitoring device

An air cylinder includes a tubular cylinder and a piston which is moved by pressure of a fluid supplied to a chamber provided inside the cylinder. A monitoring device includes a heat flux sensor and a detection part. The heat flux sensor is provided to the cylinder and detects heat flux that flows between inside and outside of the cylinder due to compression or expansion of the fluid in the chamber caused in accordance with the movement of the piston. The detection part detects the moving state of the piston based on the output signal of the heat flux sensor.

Fluidic cylinder

A fluidic cylinder has a cylinder tube having a cylinder chamber defined in an interior thereof has a pair of cover members attached to respective ends of the cylinder tube. A piston is disposed displaceably along the cylinder chamber, and a piston rod is connected to the piston. The piston and the cylinder tube are formed with rectangular shapes in cross section, the piston includes a wear ring which is in sliding contact with an inner wall surface of the cylinder tube, and a magnet is incorporated in the wear ring. At least one of the cover members includes bolt holes therein, the bolt holes extending in at least two or more directions including a direction in which the piston is displaced, and fastening bolts are selectively inserted into the bolt holes to fix the at least one of the cover members with respect to another member.

In a hydrostatic pressure cylinder, a holding member which holds a magnet is mounted on a piston unit to rotate together with a cylinder tube. The cylinder tube is capable of rotating with respect to a rod cover and a head cover. It is thereby possible to change an attachment position of a magnetic sensor by rotating the cylinder tube.

An actuator assembly for moving a valve between an open position and a closed position includes an actuator housing forming at least a portion of a chamber. The actuator assembly also includes a support plate arranged within the actuator housing. The actuator assembly further includes a diaphragm coupled to the actuator housing and the support plate, the diaphragm expanding and contracting in response to a working fluid within the chamber. The actuator assembly also includes an indicator rod extending through the chamber and out of the actuator housing, the indicator rod being removably coupled to the support plate, wherein the indicator rod is arranged within an opening formed in the support plate, the indicator rod secured to the support plate via a coupling mechanism that releases the indicator rod in response to a pressure from the working fluid between the diaphragm and the support plate.

A fluid pressure cylinder is provided with a cylinder tube having a sliding hole internally; a piston unit disposed along the sliding hole so as to be capable of moving back and forth, and a piston rod projected in the axial direction from the piston unit. The piston unit can shorten the axial dimension of a piston body by mounting a wear ring to an outer circumferential section of a ring-shaped magnet attached to an outer circumferential section of the piston body.
