Position detecting sensor
09696186 · 2017-07-04 · ·

A position detecting sensor is mounted in a sensor attachment groove that opens on a side surface of an actuator and extends in an axial direction of the actuator. The position detecting sensor includes a housing that houses a sensor main body, and a guide member inserted into the sensor attachment groove. The guide member is of a shape such that, when the guide member is inserted into the sensor attachment groove, the guide member is required to be rotated in one direction around an axis parallel with the axis of the actuator and then rotated in a direction opposite to the one direction. After the guide member has been inserted into the sensor attachment groove, attachment thereof to the sensor attachment groove is completed by application of a fastener.

A position detecting sensor is mounted in a sensor attachment groove formed in a cylinder device and having a wide portion and a narrow portion. Mounting members each include a mounting member main body positioned in the wide portion having a width dimension larger than a groove width of the narrow portion, and an extension extending from the mounting member main body and positioned in the narrow portion. The housing and the mounting members are connected by connecting bolts, whereby a portion of the cylinder device is retained between the housing and the mounting members.

Proximity switch actuation mechanism

An actuation mechanism for an electromagnetic switch for a hydraulic cylinder includes a housing adapted to be inserted into a cylinder head. A rod is slidably engaged in the housing and is adapted to move between a first position and a second position. A biasing element, which may be located inside or outside of the housing biases the rod into the first position.

SENSOR MOUNTING DEVICE FOR HYDRAULIC CYLINDER

A fitting band includes an annular portion wound and attached around an outer periphery of a cylinder tube, a pair of sensor holding portions that are formed at both ends of the annular portion and that pinches a position sensor, the pair of sensor holding portions being fastened from both sides with a fastening screw, the sensor holding portions being formed by providing reinforcing plates on outer surfaces of reinforcing plate attaching portions at end portions of the band main body in a superposed manner, tip edges of the reinforcing plate attaching portions being formed in straight lines, inclined portions being formed in distal end portions of the reinforcing plates, the tip edges of the reinforcing plate attaching portions extending along folding lines of the inclined portions.

The invention relates to a piston-cylinder unit. A piston motion sensor is arranged in a transverse bore of a cylinder head of the piston-cylinder unit. According to the invention, a positioning and/or alignment element is supported in the transverse bore on a floor, on which in turn the piston motion sensor is supported. The positioning and/or alignment element predetermines the axial position of the piston motion sensor in the transverse bore. In addition, the positioning and/or alignment element can predetermine the alignment of the piston motion sensor.

The piston-cylinder unit can be used, for example, for a work machine, construction machine, agricultural machine, a maritime machine, a wheeled loader, a digger, a dump truck, a crane, a forklift or a lifting platform.

The invention relates to a piston-cylinder unit. A piston motion sensor is arranged in a transverse bore of a cylinder head of the piston-cylinder unit. According to the invention, the transverse bore is separated from a pressure chamber which pressurises a piston of the piston-cylinder unit. This separation can be achieved by a collimator arranged in the beam path of a sensor signal being sealed off from a sensor signal channel by means of a sealing element. The seal can be used to enable the housing of the piston movement sensor to be detached from the transverse bore without the fluid escaping from the pressure chamber into the environment.

The piston-cylinder unit can be used, for example, for a working machine, construction machine, agricultural machine, maritime machine, wheel loader, digger, dump truck, crane, forklift or lifting platform.

The invention relates to a piston-cylinder unit. The piston-cylinder unit has a piston motion sensor which is arranged in a transverse hole of a cylinder head having a longitudinal axis. According to the invention, the piston motion sensor is detachably connected to a housing plug through a sensor cable. The housing plug is L-shaped. One leg of the housing plug extends in the transverse hole of the cylinder head, while another leg extends lying externally from the cylinder head. The invention enables the operation of the piston-cylinder unit with housing plugs of different types.

The piston-cylinder unit according to the invention finds, for example, use for a work machine, construction machine, agricultural machine, maritime machine, wheel loader, excavator, dumper, crane, forklift or lifting platform.
