MANIFOLD SYSTEM FOR FLUID DELIVERY
The present disclosure relates to the field of fluid process systems and discloses a manifold system for fluid delivery. The system comprises a first set of Solenoid Operated Valves (SOVs), a second set of SOVs, a plurality of isolating valves, at least one first shuttle valve, and at least one redundant shuttle valve. Each set of SOVs includes at least two SOVs arranged in parallel. The SOVs together form a series-parallel redundancy. Each isolating valve is coupled to an SOV and facilitates hot swapping of that SOV. The redundant shuttle valves provide redundancy to the first shuttle valve and facilitate the flow of a fluid from each of the first set of SOVs to each of the second set of SOVs, thereby promoting system safety and availability.
Draper Head with Securing Action for a Height-Adjustable Reel
A harvester is provided with a draper head that has a frame extending substantially across a working width of the draper head. Cutting elements are arranged at a front side of the draper head and connected to the frame. Conveying surfaces and conveying members transport cut crop from the cutting elements to a discharge location of the draper head. A reel extends transversely to a working direction of the draper head across the working width of the draper head. Reel support arms are pivotably supported on the frame and support the reel. A hydraulic adjusting drive is operatively connected to the reel support arms to pivot the reel support arms to carry out a height adjustment of the reel. A hydraulic circuit is operatively connected to the hydraulic adjusting drive and has a hydraulic valve that is able to lock the hydraulic circuit.
Hydraulic system for working machine
A hydraulic system for a working machine includes a hydraulic pump to output an operation fluid, a hydraulic device to be operated by the operation fluid, an operation member to be operated, a first operation valve to regulate a pressure of the operation fluid in accordance with operation of the operation member, and a pressure supplying portion to supply a first counteracting pressure of the operation fluid against a first operation pressure, the first operation pressure being a pressure of the operation fluid regulated by the first operation valve.
FLUID RETURN APPARATUS FOR A DOUBLE-ACTING CYLINDER AND METHOD FOR OPERATING SUCH A CYLINDER
In order to reduce fluid consumption, a fluid return apparatus is provided for a double-acting cylinder having a first fluid connection for supplying fluid to a first cylinder chamber of the cylinder and a second fluid connection for supplying fluid to a second cylinder chamber at a piston rod-side of the cylinder. The fluid return apparatus comprises a first fluid passage providing fluid communication between the first fluid connection and the first cylinder chamber; a rapid venting valve comprising an inlet providing communication with the second fluid connection; an outlet providing communication with the piston-rod-side second cylinder chamber; a vent of the rapid venting valve, connected by a second fluid passage to the first fluid passage; and a non-return fitting in the second fluid passage, which prevents fluid from flowing from the first fluid passage to the rapid venting valve and an auxiliary outlet device.
PNEUMATIC TRIP VALVE
A pneumatic trip valve that may include a valve structure, a switch plate air path and an internal check valve. In various aspects, the pneumatic trip valve may be connected to a valve positioner, an actuator, or a combination thereof to control the operation of a fluid process control valve. In operation, the Pneumatic trip valve acts to put the actuator in a preset fail-safe position when the actuator loses sufficient pressure or communication from a main air supply, stored pressurized air from an actuator air reservoir, and/or an external air reservoir.
MODULAR HYDRAULIC INTENSIFICATION SYSTEM FOR DOWNHOLE EQUIPMENT FUNCTION AND CHEMICAL INJECTION SERVICES
A modular hydraulic intensification system includes a housing configured to be deployed within a subsea landing string. The modular hydraulic intensification system also includes multiple hydraulic intensifiers positioned within the housing, wherein each hydraulic intensifier includes a first chamber configured to fluidly couple to a hydraulic fluid supply and a second chamber configured to fluidly couple to one or more landing string valves within a lower portion of the subsea landing string. The modular hydraulic intensification system further includes a shuttle valve fluidly coupled to the respective second chambers of the multiple hydraulic intensifiers, wherein the shuttle valve is configured to enable flow of an output fluid across the shuttle valve from the respective second chambers of the multiple hydraulic intensifiers and to block backflow of the output fluid across the shuttle valve toward the respective second chambers of the multiple of hydraulic intensifiers.
Braking system for a dual landing gear aircraft
A braking system for use with a dual landing gear aircraft. The braking system pairs outboard brake control into an outboard brake system control unit (BSCU) and inboard brake control into a second inboard brake system control unit (BSCU). Each BSCU is designed with two independent control lanes in which the forward wheel set is paired in one control lane and the aft wheels are paired onto the other. Alternate braking is provided via an alternate brake module installed in a fore-aft wheel pairing.
ANTI-REVERSE VALVE
In an anti-reverse valve, a first communication passage that allows the first supply and discharge passage to communicate with the first pressure chamber and a second communication passage that allows the second supply and discharge passage to communicate with the second pressure chamber are provided inside the spool, a first restrictor is provided in the first communication passage, a second restrictor is provided in the second communication passage, and a first annular groove that allows the first supply and discharge passage to communicate with the drain passage when the spool is placed at the first communication position and a second annular groove that allows the second supply and discharge passage to communicate with the drain passage when the spool is placed at the second communication position are provided in an outer periphery of the spool.
Neutral valve and valve assembly including same
A neutral valve includes a spool inserted in a housing so as to be movable in a predetermined direction, the spool configured to move to a neutral position set such that a first and second port are connected to each other through a valve passage, a first offset position located at neutral position's first side in the predetermined direction and set such that second port and valve passage are disconnected from each other, and a second offset position located at neutral position's second side in the predetermined direction and set such that first port and valve passage are disconnected from each other. The spool's outer peripheral portion includes a first pressure receiving surface receiving first port's fluid pressure to be pushed toward the first side in the predetermined direction and a second pressure receiving surface receiving second port's fluid pressure to be pushed toward second side in the predetermined direction.
Prime Mover System and Methods Utilizing Balanced Flow within Bi-Directional Power Units
Systems, methods and devices are described providing a selective hydraulic or electrically powered prime mover that is a bi-directional power unit system, including movement within a device used to compress and/or expand a fluid and provide fluid movement. The use of a hydraulic power unit is involved and comprises at least a pump or other fluid moving device, a first set of selective control valves delivering pressurized fluid to the device(s), and a second set of selective control valves returning unpressurized fluid from the device(s), a reservoir comprising a compensator tank, a port for operation at ambient pressure, and a pressure measuring device measuring ambient pressure allowing for unbalanced flow to and from the device as well as thermal expansion or compression.
