The lifting mechanism is able to control at least one of the height and the posture by using a hydraulic drive. The work vehicle includes an oil-temperature acquirer to acquire an oil temperature to be used for the hydraulic drive, a maximum oil amount setter to set a maximum oil amount according to the oil temperature acquired by the oil-temperature acquirer, the maximum oil amount being a maximum value of a supply amount of oil used to drive the hydraulic drive, and a hydraulic drive controller to control the hydraulic drive below the maximum oil amount set by the maximum oil amount setter.
SERVO CONTROL OF A LIFT APPARATUS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
Disclosed herein are embodiments of a lift apparatus and systems containing a support and at least one lift apparatus for moving a substrate between the support and a transfer plane, using a servo-control system. Further disclosed herein are methods for servo control of a lift apparatus and lifting a substrate off of a support or lowering the substrate onto the support.

Working system for an application of force onto a workpiece, with a pneumatic actuator having an actuator housing designed to be fixed to a manipulator and a moveable element designed to couple an end effector and movably received on the actuator housing, and with a controller having a valve arrangement for a compressed air supply to the pneumatic actuator, has a position sensor system for determining a spatial position of the pneumatic actuator and for providing position-dependent electrical position sensor signals, and a processing system for processing the position sensor signals and for providing control signals to the valve arrangement, the processing system being designed for controlling a pneumatic supply to the pneumatic actuator as a function of the position sensor signals.
Valve system in an injection molding system
An injection molding apparatus including: a valve pin driven by an actuator, the valve pin extending axially through at least a portion of the channel length of the fluid flow channel, the fluid flow channel and the valve pin being configured or adapted such that the valve pin is movable axially upstream and downstream between an upstream position where the downstream flow of the injection fluid is restricted by a bulbous protrusion (B) of the pin being axially aligned (AL) with the throat (T) of the channel, an intermediate position where downstream flow of injection fluid is unrestricted (WG) and a fully downstream position where downstream flow of injection fluid is stopped at both the gate and at the throat.
ADJUSTABLE RIDE CONTROL SYSTEM
An adjustable ride control circuit and method that includes a head valve that controls flow between a boom cylinder head intake and an accumulator, and a rod float valve that controls flow between a boom cylinder rod intake and tank, where the rod float valve is electronically adjustable and proportionally controls flow restriction. A controller controls ride control activation, and adjustment of the head and rod float valves. When ride control is activated, the head valve allows flow between the head intake and the accumulator, and the controller automatically adjusts the rod float valve. When ride control is deactivated, the head valve blocks flow between the head intake and the accumulator, and the rod float valve blocks flow between the rod intake and tank. An enable valve can control positioning of the head valve. A flow selector can select manual or automatic adjustment of the rod float valve.
Proporational flow control valve and pilot-operated check valve integrated therewith
An example valve includes: a first port fluidly coupled to a chamber of an actuator; a second port fluidly coupled to a reservoir; a third port configured to provide an output pilot fluid signal and receive an input pilot fluid signal; a fourth port fluidly coupled to a source of fluid; a main poppet configured to be subjected to a first fluid force of fluid received at the first port acting on the main poppet in a proximal direction to cause the main poppet to be seated at a main poppet seat to block fluid flow to and from the first port; a piston configured to move axially to contact the main poppet; and a spool that is axially movable between a first position and a second position to operate the valve in either a pilot-operated check valve mode of operation or a proportional flow control mode of operation.
Boom lift system
A boom lift system includes a primary conduit, a pump-motor arrangement having a motor operable to drive a pump to move a fluid through the primary conduit, first and second actuators in fluid communication with the primary conduit and actuatable in response to first and second user input to perform hydraulic function via the fluid, a valve arrangement configured to control flow of the fluid from the primary conduit to the first and second actuators, and a controller programmed to selectively actuate the valve arrangement in response to the first and second user inputs. When the controller receives both of the inputs, the valve arrangement is actuated by the controller to vary the flow rate of fluid to each of the first and second actuators. When the controller receives only one of the first input or the second input, the controller varies a flow rate output of the pump.
SERVO VALVE
A first flow path area at a position where one of multiple openings of a sleeve and one of multiple grooves of a spool overlap with each other is different in size from a second flow path area at a position where another one of the openings of the sleeve and another one of the grooves of the spool overlap with each other. The one opening and the one groove form a flow path for connecting one of one pressure chamber and the other pressure chamber to a fluid supply source, due to displacement of the spool. The other opening and the other groove form a flow path for connecting another one of the other pressure chamber and the one pressure chamber to a fluid discharge port, due to the displacement of the spool.
ELECTROHYDRAULIC CONTROL DEVICE FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE AND METHOD THEREOF
An electro-hydraulic control apparatus for construction machinery includes a control valve installed in a hydraulic line between a hydraulic pump and an actuator to control operations of the actuator according to a displacement amount of a spool therein, a spool displacement adjusting valve configured to output a secondary pressure in proportion to an inputted pressure command signal to the spool of the control valve to control the displacement amount of the spool of the control valve, a pressure sensor to detect the secondary pressure outputted from the spool displacement adjusting valve, and a controller configured to output the pressure command signal to the spool displacement adjusting valve according to a manipulation signal of the construction machinery, and to correct the pressure command signal when a pressure difference between the detected secondary pressure and a design pressure predetermined by the pressure command signal is out of a preset allowable range.
SOLENOID FLOW CONTROL VALVE
A solenoid flow control valve includes: an inlet passage that allows an inlet port to communicate with a pilot pressure chamber; an outlet passage that allows the pilot pressure chamber to communicate with an outlet port; a fixed restrictor provided on the outlet passage; a pilot spool that closes the inlet passage when a solenoid is in a non-excitation state, whereas when solenoid is in an excitation state, opens inlet passage at an opening degree corresponding to an input current value to generate a pilot pressure corresponding to the input current value in pilot pressure chamber, the pilot spool opening a bypass passage when input current value is less and closes bypass passage when input current value is greater than or equal to the predetermined value; and a main spool that controls a flow rate from inlet to outlet port in accordance with the pilot pressure chamber's pilot pressure.
