Hydraulic system, mining machine and method of controlling hydraulic actuator
A hydraulic system, mining machine and method of controlling a hydraulic actuator. The hydraulic system (HS) is provided with a control valve (23) for controlling movement direction and speed of a hydraulic actuator (HA) connected to the system. Generated force of the hydraulic actuator is controlled independently relative to the control valve by means of counterbalance valves (Cb1, Cb2) and servo valves (Sv1, Sv2) controlling their opening pressure. The counterbalance valves and the servo valves operate as a meter-out control assembly which controls flow of hydraulic fluid discharged from working pressure spaces (16a, 16b) of the hydraulic actuator. The disclosed system may be implemented to control a mining boom (3) of a mining machine (1).

HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEM
To improve operability and work efficiency while achieving reduction of the number of parts and simplification of circuit structure, in a hydraulic control system equipped with hydraulic actuators whose hydraulic power sources are both the first, second hydraulic pumps. The hydraulic control system is provided with the stick directional switching valve; the main-side, sub-side supply oil passages connecting the hydraulic pumps to the stick directional switching valve; and the stick flow rate control valve which is placed in the sub-side supply oil passage, and controls the supply flow rate from the hydraulic pump when the supply flow rate to the stick cylinder requires the supply flow rates from both the hydraulic pumps, wherein the stick directional switching valve is configured such that the discharge flow rate control is performed in the entire area of the spool stroke, and the supply flow rate control is performed at the first region of the former half of the spool stroke, but not performed at the second region of the latter half of the spool stroke.
Work machine and method for controlling the same
A work machine includes: a boom; a dipper stick attached to a distal end of the boom; a bucket attached to a distal end of the dipper stick; and a loading determination unit configured to determine that an operation of the work machine is a loading operation for loading an excavated matter into a loading target under a condition that the bucket moves across a reference level.
Fluid pressure control device
A fluid pressure control device includes a neutral passage, a control valve provided in the neutral passage, a first supply passage, and a discharge passage, the control valve has, a switching valve configured to control a flow of a working fluid to the discharge passage from the first actuator in accordance with a pressure in a pilot chamber to which a part of the working fluid supplied from the first supply passage to the first actuator is led, and a throttle portion configured to throttle the flow of the working fluid supplied to the first actuator from the first supply passage, and the pressure on an upstream side of the throttle portion is led to the pilot chamber.
Work Machine
A work machine that can keep the control accuracy of actuators irrespective of temperature variation of a hydraulic operating fluid that passes through flow rate controllers that control the flow rates of supply to the actuators is provided. For this purpose, the flow rate controllers each have a valve body that is disposed on a main hydraulic line connecting a delivery line of a hydraulic pump and the actuator and that moves according to an operation pressure from a solenoid proportional pressure reducing valve, a sampling hydraulic line that branches from the main hydraulic line, and a temperature sensor set on the sampling hydraulic line. The controller is configured to correct a command electrical signal to the solenoid proportional pressure reducing valve according to a signal from the temperature sensor.
Flow control valve and hydraulic machine including the same
A flow control valve includes a valve body having an inner circumferential surface defining a longitudinal bore to which first and second fluid passages are connected. A spool is slidably inserted into the bore to allow a flow of fluid from the first to second fluid passage. A valve regulates a flow rate of fluid flowing through the first fluid passage. A first seat surface is defined between an area in which the first fluid passage is connected to the bore and an area in which the second fluid passage is connected to the bore. When the flow of fluid from the first to second fluid passage is initiated, an area of a gap between the first seat surface and the spool on a plane taken in a transverse direction is 5%˜50%, preferably 10%˜20% of an area of an opening defined by the first seat surface.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR WORKING MACHINE
A hydraulic system for a working machine includes hydraulic actuators actuated with hydraulic fluid delivered from a hydraulic pump, and control valves each of which is shiftable among shift positions to control a flowrate of hydraulic fluid flowing to the corresponding hydraulic actuator. Each control valve includes an input port, an output port, and a flowrate reduction section. When the control valve is shifted to a reduction position, the flowrate reduction section reduces a flowrate of the hydraulic fluid entering the input port and outputs the flowrate-reduced hydraulic fluid to the output port. At least one of the control valves includes a flowrate increase section. When the control valve is shifted to an increase position, the flowrate increase section outputs the hydraulic fluid having entered the input port to the output port at a flowrate larger than that of hydraulic fluid output by the flowrate reduction section.
