Cylinder driving apparatus
A cylinder driving apparatus includes a first passage connecting a first chamber of a cylinder to a first port of a pump; a second passage connecting a second chamber of the cylinder to a tank; a third passage connecting a second port of the pump to the tank; a throttle configured to apply resistance to a working fluid flowing through the third passage; and an operated check valve provided in the first passage to allow the working fluid to flow from the pump into the first chamber. The operated check valve is configured to allow the working fluid to flow from the first chamber into the pump in accordance with a fluid pressure of the working fluid in the third passage between the pump and the throttle.
HYDRAULIC PUMP CONTROL SYSTEM OF HYDRAULIC WORKING MACHINE
A hydraulic working machine is provided that uses a variable displacement pump and open center type flow rate control valve for a controlling a hydraulic actuator, and has a negative control throttle disposed in a center bypass oil passage to generate a negative control pressure. A hydraulic pump control system performs virtual bleed-off control for reducing the bleed-off flow rate of the center bypass oil passage, and can operate the hydraulic actuator with the same performance as an open center control. The control system includes a bypass cut valve disposed upstream from the negative control throttle to reduce flow through the center bypass oil passages, and a negative control pressure output valve that outputs a virtual negative control pressure. The control system is configured to reduce the bleed-off flow rate by operating the bypass cut valve when virtual bleed-off control is performed, and to reduce the pump flow rate by the bleed-off reduction flow rate.
ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR
This present invention relates to a remote electro-hydraulic actuator for actuating of mechanical devices, such as a valve in an internal combustion exhaust pipe. The actuator includes a multi-vane rotational assembly that flows the working fluid through strategically sized flow channels within the structure of the rotational assembly. The size of the holes are sized to help the stability of the valve and can also be provided with pressure check valves or reed valves to dampen the rotation of the valve and reduce any instabilities due to pulsations driven back via the output shaft.
Hydraulic control arrangement for a plurality of actuators
A control arrangement for supplying a plurality of hydrostatic actuators includes a pump with an output connected to a circulating line that opens into a tank. The control arrangement has a metering port and an individual pressure compensator for each actuator. The individual pressure compensators are connected in series by the circulating line. Some of the pressure medium are configured to be branched off from the circulation channel for the respective actuator by the individual pressure compensators and fed to the metering port disposed downstream of the individual pressure compensator. The pressure medium that is not required is forwarded from each individual pressure compensator into the circulating line and is fed back from the last individual pressure compensator to the tank by the circulating line. The actuators are prioritized based on the order of their individual pressure compensators and move independently of the load pressure without expensive load sensing lines.
HYDRAULIC DRIVE DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME
Provided is a hydraulic drive device, wherein the hydraulic drive device is provided with: a cylinder (101); a rod (103); a piston (102); a hydraulic pump (107); a tank (113); a valve (106) that can be switched between a positive state of connecting the hydraulic pump (107) and a head chamber (101h) and connecting a rod chamber (101r) and the tank (113), and a negative state of connecting the hydraulic pump (107) and the rod chamber (101r) and connecting the head chamber (101h) and the tank (113); and a confluence channel (114) at which, when the valve (106) is in the positive state, at least a portion of hydraulic oil going from the rod chamber (101r) to the tank (113) is merged into hydraulic oil going from the hydraulic pump (107) to the head chamber (101h).
Safe-To-Operate Hydraulic Drive
A safe hydraulic drive system and process, comprising at least one first cylinder chamber and a second, separate cylinder chamber which are connected to one another via a connecting line to form a fluid-filled hydraulic circuit, and a hydraulic drive for conveying the fluid from one cylinder chamber, via the connecting line, into the other cylinder chamber in which the connecting line is arranged. The connecting line has at least one parallel system, between the hydraulic drive and one of the two cylinder chambers, including at least one first sub-connection with at least one first stop valve and a second sub-connection with a baffle arranged therein. The connecting line, excluding the second sub-connection, has a first flow resistance and the second sub-connection has a second flow resistance due to the baffle arranged therein, which is greater than the first flow resistance for the fluid, wherein the drive system is provided with at least one open first stop valve in normal mode and with a closed first stop valve in safe mode for conveying the fluid, and a suitably high second flow resistance has been selected so that a maximum permissible speed for a piston rod is not exceeded in safe mode, even when an external force acts on the drive system in the direction of movement of the piston rod.
