The directional control valves are arranged in tandem in the center bypass oil passage and configured to supply the hydraulic actuators with the hydraulic oil from the center bypass oil passage. At least a directional control valve other than the most downstream directional control valve in the center bypass oil passage among the directional control valves opens the center bypass oil passage. The bleed-off valve is connected to part of the center bypass oil passage upstream of at least one of the directional control valves.
Hydraulic fluid warm-up using ride control circuit
In accordance with an example embodiment, a hydraulic system may include a pump, reservoir, accumulator, hydraulic cylinder, ride control valve assembly, and controller. The ride control valve assembly may include a charging valve, discharging valve, and a head ride control valve. The controller may open the head ride control valve when a ride control feature has been activated, or open the charging valve if the ride control feature has not been activated and a hydraulic fluid warmup is to be performed.
Hydraulic distributor with valve device with active discharge in load sensing circuits
A distributor (3) of the closed-center, load sensing type, connected to a variable displacement pump (1) comprises a valve device (10, 110), composed of a logic element, which is pilot-operated and configured to bring a high-pressure channel (2) into communication with a low-pressure channel (4), the connection being usually opened by the combined action of an equivalent pressure generated by an elastic member (12) and a counter-pressure which is generated, under operative conditions, in the low-pressure channel (4). The connection is closed in a switching position and it is pilot-operated to a closure position by the combined action of a high-pressure signal (P) and a load sensing signal (LS).

Electrically controllable hydraulic system for a vehicle transmission and method for controlling the same An electrically controllable hydraulic system (1) for a vehicle transmission comprises a pressure pump system (4a, 4b) and a subsystem (1A) comprising a transmission element (2) and an electrically controlled hydraulic pressure controlling module (1B) including a hydraulic valve element (15) for controlling a hydraulic pressure for actuating the transmission element (2) and an electromagnetically controllable operating element (21) for operating the hydraulic valve element (15). The subsystem (1A) and the pressure controlling module (1B) have a first and a second cut-off frequency (f1, f2) with f2>f1. The hydraulic system includes a driver circuit (32) for driving the pressure controlling module (1B) that comprises a full bridge circuit and a control circuit (42) for simultaneously controlling both switching elements of the driver circuit with a duty cycle according to an input value of the input signal (lset) dithered with a frequency (f.sub.dith) in the range (f1, f2).
PNEUMATIC VALVE POSITIONER WITH FEEDBACK CONTROLLED FLOW BOOSTER
A pneumatically controlled flow booster includes a booster valve plug position sensor that enables control of the flow booster in a feedback loop, for example by a pneumatic valve positioner, thereby providing accurate, high speed, high flow control of both small and large actuator adjustments. Embodiments can accurately control a surge suppression valve over extended valve adjustment ranges and can fully open a surge suppression valve during a trip. The flow booster valve can include a spool and sleeve valve and/or a poppet valve. Embodiments provide bimodal flow boosting, whereby the output flow is less dependent on the valve plug position in a first position range, and more strongly dependent on the valve plug position in a second range.
Hydraulic device and control method of hydraulic device
A hydraulic device is provided. Working fluid stored in a fluid storage portion is supplied by a fluid supply portion to a power output portion. The fluid supply portion is driven by a brushless motor. A bypass flow path portion can be switched between a first state of supplying the working fluid from the fluid supply portion to the fluid storage portion and a second state of blocking the fluid supply portion from the fluid storage portion. A control to switch the bypass flow path portion from the first state to the second state after the brushless motor is started and a control to switch the bypass flow path portion from the second state to the first state when the brushless motor is stopped is performed. Backflow of the working fluid from the power output portion to the bypass flow path portion is prevented by a backflow prevention valve.
Construction machine
Flow control over a hydraulic pump and flow dividing control of a plurality of directional control valves associated with actuators can stably be exercised even in a case in which differential pressures across the directional control valves are quite low, an abrupt change in a flow rate of the hydraulic fluid supplied to each actuator is prevented and excellent combined operability is realized even in an abrupt change in a demanded flow rate at a time of transition from a combined operation to a sole operation, and realizing excellent combined operability, and a meter-in loss in each directional control valve is reduced to realize high energy efficiency. Demanded flow rates of the directional control valves are calculated from input amounts of operation levers, openings of flow control valves are controlled using the demanded flow rates, a meter-in pressure loss of a predetermined directional control valve is calculated from the demanded flow rates and meter-in opening areas of the directional control valves, and a set pressure of an unloading valve is controlled using a value of the meter-in pressure loss.
