Furthermore, the actuating drive comprises a cylinder with a piston, a piston rod and a first piston chamber, a valve with a first position and a second position, which valve can be moved by a first hydraulic actuator into the first position and by a second hydraulic actuator into the second position, wherein the second position controls a greater volumetric flow of the hydraulic fluid than the first position, a sink, a main line which connects a first piston chamber of the cylinder to the sink and in which the hydraulic machine is arranged, an auxiliary line which connects the first piston chamber to the sink and in which the valve is arranged, a first control line to the first hydraulic actuator, and a second control line to the second hydraulic actuator. A hydraulic resistor is arranged in the main line in series with the hydraulic machine, the first control line is connected to the main line, and the second control line is connected between the hydraulic resistor and the first piston chamber.
PRESSURE BOOSTER AND CYLINDER APPARATUS PROVIDED WITH SAME
A pressure booster constituting a cylinder apparatus is provided with a first piston and a second piston that are coupled to each other by a rod. A connection member provided to the second piston is configured so as to be displaceable from a connection position to a blocking position as a result of the connection member making contact with a cylinder body when the second piston is displaced in a direction where a boosting chamber contracts, and so as to be displaceable from the blocking position to the connection position as a result of the connection member making contact with the cylinder body when the second piston is displaced in a direction where the boosting chamber expands.
Air cylinder, head cover, and rod cover
An air cylinder in which a flow rate controller is built in, has a head cover and a rod cover. A pilot air adjustment unit guides exhaust air to a switch valve of the flow rate controller as pilot air, and the switch valve is switched by an increase in the pressure of the pilot air.
Liquid-pressure driving system
A liquid-pressure driving system includes: a pump connected to an actuator through two pressure liquid passages; pressurizing mechanisms interposed on the passages and applying pressure to the operating oil returning from the actuator; a low pressure selector valve connected to parts of the passages and introducing to a cooling passage the operating liquid having lower pressure between the operating liquids flowing through the two pressure liquid passages; a restrictor mechanism interposed on the cooling passage; a cooler apparatus interposed on the cooling passage downstream of the restrictor mechanism, the cooler apparatus cooling the operating liquid flowing through the cooling passage; and a pressure liquid returning mechanism connected to parts of the two pressure liquid passages, each of the parts being at one side of the corresponding pressurizing mechanism close to the pump, the pressure liquid returning mechanism returning the cooled operating liquid to the two pressure liquid passages.
Apparatus for controlling a hydraulic machine
An apparatus for controlling a hydraulic machine, for example a turbine, pump or pump turbine, using variable-speed driven fixed displacement pumps. The apparatus includes a device for carrying out an emergency shut-off that is characterized by low energy consumption and high efficiency while guaranteeing all the operation-relevant and safety-relevant requirements of a hydraulic machine.
AIR DRYER WITH PREFILTRATION STAGE BYPASS
A bypass for an air dryer having an inlet, a prefiltration stage having a drain valve to purge contaminants, a pair of inlet valves in communication with the prefiltration stage to control the flow of compressed air through the desiccant towers, and an outlet coupled to the pair of desiccant towers. The bypass may be a bypass valve that is normally open to the outlet when the air dryer is unpowered and pilotable to be a closed to allow air to flow to the prefiltration stage when the air dryer is powered. The bypass may be a three-way valve that is normally coupled to the outlet and that may be piloted to connect to the prefiltration stage when the dryer is powered. The bypass may also be a check valve that opens in response to pressure in the inlet to allow compressed air to flow directly to the outlet.
Work machine having hydraulics for energy recovery
The present invention relates to a work machine having at least one hydraulic actuator for actuating a piece of working equipment and having a first displacement unit that is driven by a drive assembly of the work machine and that feeds the hydraulic actuator with hydraulic medium from a hydraulic tank, wherein at least one second displacement unit is provided that is driven by the drive assembly and that feeds the hydraulic actuator and/or further hydraulic consumers with hydraulic medium from a hydraulic tank in the working mode and that is drivable during a recovery mode by the hydraulic volume displaced by the at least one hydraulic actuator or by a hydraulic consumer to feed kinetic energy back to the drive assembly.
Hydraulic circuit
A hydraulic circuit includes: a direction switching valve, which is in a state where a bottom oil path is connected to a first tank oil path and where a bypass oil path is connected to a second tank oil path when a pump oil path is connected to a rod oil path and when the rod oil path is connected to the bypass oil path when the pump oil path is connected to the bottom oil path, and a pilot operation control valve which allows flows of oil in both directions between the direction switching valve and the bottom oil path when the pump oil path is connected to the rod oil path and allows only a flow of oil from the direction switching valve to the bottom oil path when the pump oil path is connected to the bottom oil path by the direction switching valve.
