A device for riveting and a hydropneumatic device for pressure transmission, including a working piston and a transmitter piston in the form of a double-acting cylinder for transmitting pressure to the working piston, wherein a working stroke of the working piston in a working direction includes a first stroke and a subsequent second stroke, wherein the first stroke is controlled by means of pneumatic pressure acting on the working piston and the second stroke is controlled by means of pneumatic pressure acting on the transmitter piston, and wherein hydraulic fluid is displaced by the transmitter piston and the displaced hydraulic fluid effects the second stroke of the working piston. Regulation means having an actuating device are provided for regulating the pneumatic pressure on both sides of the double-acting cylinder of the transmitter piston such that the second stroke of the working piston is predefined by way of the regulation.

A balancing valve includes four ports. While the pressures at a pair of balancing ports of a hydraulic balancing valve are equal, the valve maintains two other ports in a closed position. Upon a pressure differential between the balancing ports, fluid communication can occur between one of the balancing ports and either of the other ports based upon the direction of the pressure differential. A hydraulic ride control system utilizes the balancing valve together with other control valves to provide ride control functionality.
Open center hydraulic system and valve
An open center hydraulic system (100) includes a tank configured to hold hydraulic fluid, a pump configured to provide pressurized hydraulic fluid from the tank, and a shunt valve configured to adapt a first opening area between a first input port and a first output port of the shunt valve dependent on a first control signal. The first input port is coupled to the pump, and the first output port is coupled to the tank. A first actuator valve is coupled to the first input port and configured to adapt a second opening area of the first actuator valve dependent on a second control signal. A hydraulic valve control unit is configured to determine a first opening area value and a second opening area value based on user input data and a predetermined relation dependent on the user input data, sending the first control signal, indicative of the first opening area value and sending the second control signal indicative of the second opening area value.

A working machine includes a prime mover, a hydraulic pump driven by power of the prime mover, a cooler including a cooling fan rotated by either the power of the prime mover or hydraulic fluid delivered from the hydraulic pump, and a controller configured or programmed to perform a reduction control for reducing a target fan rotation speed that is a target rotation speed of the cooling fan in response to reduction of an actual prime mover rotation speed that is an actual rotation speed of the prime mover, and to perform, after the reduction control, a restoration control for restoring the target fan rotation speed. The controller is configured or programmed to make a difference between a reduction rate of the target fan rotation speed in the reduction control and an increase rate of the target fan rotation speed in the restoration control.

Dynamic open center hydraulic system control
A hydraulic valve control unit is for an open center hydraulic system including a pump, a shunt valve and one or more actuator valves coupled to the shunt valve. Each actuator valve controls a corresponding actuator's position. The hydraulic system may include a fluid pressure source in fluid communication with a supply line, a return line in fluid communication with a tank, a hydraulic function having a workport, a first control valve having a first proportional solenoid, a second control valve having a second proportional solenoid, and a controller. The controller being configured to selectively energize the first proportional solenoid, the second proportional solenoid, or the first proportional solenoid and the second proportional solenoid to control a system pressure differential, defined between the return line and the workport, within a range that is defined by a sum of a first predefined range defined by the first control valve and a second predefined range defined by the second control valve.
