Pressure fluid is configured to be conducted out of the second fluid line via the first orifice and into the tank. The first valve is acted upon in the closing direction of the first orifice by a first spring and acted upon in the opposite direction by the pressure at a control point. The control point is connected fluidically to the tank via a first throttle device, connected via a second throttle device to the first fluid line, and connected to the first fluid line via a third throttle device and a second valve.

SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING THE SUPPLY OF HYDRAULIC FLUID TO A WORK VEHICLE IMPLEMENT
In one aspect, a system for controlling the supply of hydraulic fluid to an implement may include a pump, a control valve coupled to the pump and first and second fluid lines provided in flow communication with output ports of the control valve. The system may also include a pressure control valve configured to regulate a pressure of the hydraulic fluid being supplied to the control valve such that the hydraulic fluid is supplied to the control valve at a first pressure for raising at least one ground-engaging component of the implement and a second pressure for lowering the ground-engaging component(s). Moreover, the system may include a bypass line in fluid communication with the pressure control valve such that fluid diverted through the bypass line actuates the pressure control valve to adjust the fluid pressure of the hydraulic fluid supplied to the control valve between the first and second pressures.
PILOT RELIEF VALVE
A pilot relief valve is provided, including: a sleeve, a valve body, a piston, an adjusting member, a support base, a blocking member and an elastic member, all disposed inside the sleeve. The support base includes a head portion and a rod portion, the head portion includes an exhaust channel penetrating the first surface, the rod portion includes an air intake channel communicating with the exhaust channel. The blocking member is disposed on the head portion. As such, the air in the sleeve is discharged through the inside of the support base, and the hydraulic oil fills the sleeve to maintain pressure balance so that the support base and the blocking member will not thrust, the perforation of the valve body and the outlet of the tipping valve remains unblocked, and the pressure of the hydraulic oil is stable when the hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic cylinder.
FORKLIFT TRUCK
A forklift truck includes a carriage that moves up and down by a mast assembly in a multi-stage structure including an outer mast, a first inner mast accommodated in the outer mast, and a second inner mast accommodated in the first inner mast. The forklift truck includes a first lift cylinder configured to move the first inner mast up and down; a second lift cylinder configured to move the second inner mast up and down and having a pressure reception area less than a pressure reception area of the first lift cylinder. A first lift hydraulic line supplies hydraulic oil to the first lift cylinder. A second lift hydraulic line supplies hydraulic oil to the second lift cylinder. A pressure regulating valve is provided to increase a pressure of the hydraulic oil to a pressure capable of driving the second lift cylinder.
GAS CYLINDER
A gas cylinder includes supply passages for supplying, to an accommodation chamber, a part of gas supplied to a second port. When the pressure in a first pressure chamber is equal to or lower than a prescribed pressure, a valve element closes a discharge flow passage by the biasing force of a spring member and the pressure in the accommodation chamber. When the pressure in the first pressure chamber exceeds the prescribed pressure, the valve element is moved by the pressure in the first pressure chamber, against the biasing force and the pressure in the accommodation chamber, to thereby open the discharge flow passage.
Device for controlling a pressing force of a current collector having a relay valve
A device for controlling a required pressing force from a current collector of a vehicle on an overhead line, a method for using such a device and a power car having at least one such device, utilize a pilot control circuit, a working pressure control circuit and an adjustment device including a relay valve. The pilot control circuit adjusts a pilot control pressure and the relay valve uses a pilot control pressure to control a power pressure to provide a required working pressure for the pressing force of the current collector.
ACTUATOR OVERPRESSURISING ASSEMBLY
An actuator pressure intensifying assembly includes a mode valve and a gear motor assembly, the mode valve arranged to receive, at an input port, a supply pressure and to provide, at an output port, a control pressure to an actuator, the mode valve further configured to move, in response to the supply pressure exceeding a predetermined activation threshold, from a first mode in which the supply pressure flows directly from the input port to the output port in a first fluid flow path, and a second mode in which the supply pressure flows from the input port to the output port in a second fluid flow path which includes the gear motor assembly between the input port and the output port which intensifies the supply pressure such that the control pressure is higher than the supply pressure.
