A pet waste station with pet training features is disclosed. The waste station may include a turf surface and a urine collection funnel for channeling urine into disposable absorbing pads. The pads may be placed in a drawer beneath the funnel, allowing easy removal and replacement of the drawer. Odor control may include a compartment for deodorizers or other air fresheners. A sensor may be provided to activate one or more positive reinforcement rewards when the pet successfully urinates in the waste station, including dispensing of an edible treat and/or playing of an audio snippet, such as an owner's voice praising the pet.

Easy Clean Animal Litter Box

An animal litter box is designed for convenient cleaning. An animal leaves waste that generally comprises clumps and fecal material inside or on top of animal litter. A flexible and lift-able tray is immersed in the animal litter. To clean the litter box, the tray is lifted up which strains the pet waste out of the animal litter. The tray is rotated further so the animal waste is conveniently discharged into a waste bag. The tray is returned to position for re-use by rotating the litter box so as to drain the animal litter away from the tray's normal position. The litter box is rotated back to normal position, and the tray and litter then are repositioned into a re-usable litter box.

A hood is movably coupled to the enclosure in registration with the doorway so as to be movable between a canopy position and a chute position. In the canopy position the hood extends outwardly from the enclosure to form a canopy over the doorway, and in the chute position the hood forms a guide ramp for guiding particulate material such as kitty litter through the doorway into the interior volume.
