SYSTEM AND DEVICE FOR ANTICIPATING AND CORRECTING FOR OVER-CENTER TRANSITIONS IN MOBILE HYDRAULIC MACHINE
A mobile hydraulic system includes a hydraulic actuator coupled to a load, and a control unit coupled to the load and/or to the hydraulic actuator. The control unit is adapted to anticipate an over-center transition of the load relative to a gravity vector prior to the over-center transition through the use of sensors configured with accelerometers, gyroscopes and magnetometers. In some examples, the over-center transition is from an overrunning driving of the load to a passive driving of the load. In some examples, the over-center transition is from a passive driving of the load to an overrunning driving of the load. In some examples, the control unit is adapted to control change in a metered flow through one or more ports of the associated actuator to minimize and/or prevent one or more hydraulic effects of the anticipated over-center transition. In some examples, the control unit controls the metered flow by causing one or more actuators (e.g., a solenoid) to shift one or more valve positions to change the flow through one or more ports of the associated actuator.
CONTROL SYSTEM OF HYBRID CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A control system of a hybrid construction machine includes fluid pressure pumps, a regeneration motor, a rotating electric motor coupled to the regeneration motor, a storage battery configured to store electric power generated by the rotating electric motor, an assist pump provided coaxially to the regeneration motor to be driven by the rotating electric motor, the assist pump being configured to supply a working fluid to a fluid pressure actuator, and load adjusting units configured to change a load of the assist pump in accordance with a state of the storage battery.
CONTROL SYSTEM OF HYBRID CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A control system of a hybrid construction machine includes fluid pressure pumps configured to supply a working fluid to a fluid pressure actuator, a regeneration unit having a regeneration motor for regeneration to be rotated by the working fluid discharged from a load side pressure chamber of the fluid pressure actuator, a rotating electric motor coupled to the regeneration motor, and a storage battery configured to store electric power generated by the rotating electric motor, and a variable throttle configured to bleed a portion of the working fluid obtained by excluding a flow rate of the working fluid guided to the regeneration motor from the working fluid discharged from the load side pressure chamber.
Hydraulic system
A hydraulic system includes: a cylinder in which an interior of a tube is divided by a piston into a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber; a first bidirectional pump connected to the first pressure chamber by a first supply/discharge line; a second bidirectional pump connected to the second pressure chamber by a second supply/discharge line and coupled to the first bidirectional pump in a manner enabling torque to be transmitted between the first and second bidirectional pumps; a relay line connecting the first and second bidirectional pumps such that a hydraulic liquid discharged from one of the first and second bidirectional pumps is introduced into the other of the first and second bidirectional pumps; and an electric motor that drives the first or second bidirectional pump. At least one of the first and second bidirectional pumps is a variable displacement pump whose delivery capacity per rotation is freely variable.

A fluid pressure control device includes a switching valve configured to operate in conjunction with the control valve by the pilot pressure led through the pilot valve to switch work of the operation check valve. The switching valve includes a pilot chamber to which the pilot pressure is led, a spool that moves in accordance with the pilot pressure of the pilot chamber, a bias member that biases the spool in the valve closing direction, a collar detachably installed in the pilot chamber, and a piston slidably inserted into the collar, the piston being configured to receive the pilot pressure on a back surface thereof and give thrust force to the spool against bias force of the bias member.
Hydraulic Drive System for Work Machine
When hydraulic fluid discharged from a hydraulic actuator is to be recovered for driving a different hydraulic actuator, the recovery frequency is increased to achieve further energy saving. To this end, a pressure increasing circuit 36 is provided in which a communication pressure increasing valve 12 is disposed in a communication passage 26 that connects a bottom side line 23 of and a rod side line 24 a boom cylinder 4. A recovery control valve 11 is controlled such that, when a first operation unit 5 is operated in a boom lowering direction (own weight falling direction of the boom) and a second operation unit 6 is operated simultaneously, only if the pressure at the bottom side of the boom cylinder 4 is higher than the pressure at the arm cylinder side that is a recovery destination of hydraulic fluid, the recovery control valve 11 is opened to recover the flow rate discharged from the bottom side of the boom cylinder 4 to the arm cylinder side.

A hydraulic system is provided, the hydraulic system including a hydraulic load defining a first chamber and a second chamber. Additionally, the hydraulic system includes a pressure source, a fluid storage vessel, a load sense line, and a spool valve. The spool valve fluidly connects the fluid storage vessel to one of the first or second chambers and fluidly connects the pressure source to the other of the first or second chambers. A bypass line is also provided defining a flow path between the hydraulic load and the fluid storage vessel that bypasses the spool valve. Fluid flow may encounter less resistance through the bypass line, such that the hydraulic system may run more efficiently and with a reduced risk for cavitation in the hydraulic load.
