A device is configured to be mounted to a planar mounting panel, including, for example, a wall or ceiling of a home or other building. The device includes a housing, a fastener, a dogleg tab and a friction inducing member. The housing is configured to be received in an aperture in the mounting panel and includes a housing aperture. The fastener is disposed in the housing aperture. The dogleg tab is operatively coupled to one end of the fastener. The dogleg tab is configured to be disposed in a retracted position and to be disposed in an engagement position, in which engagement position the dogleg tab is disposed to engage an inside surface of the mounting panel. The friction inducing member is fixedly attached to the housing adjacent the housing aperture and friction-fit to the fastener.

A clamp includes a first clamp body portion arranged for removable coupling about a generally cylindrical support structure to a second clamp body portion. The first clamp body portion includes a first clamp structure containing a first generally semi-spherical floating bushing, the first generally semi-spherical floating bushing coupled to the first clamp structure. Systems and methods directed to a steering column clamp for securing a steering column to a steerer tube are provided. The steering column clamp may include an internal clamp portion having longitudinal slot disposed at least partially between a first end of the internal clamp portion and a second end of the internal clamp portion. The steering column clamp may include a tightening mechanism, when engaged, causes the internal clamp portion to compress about a steerer tube placed in a first end of the internal clamp portion. The steering column claim may also include an exterior wall portion at least partially enclosing the internal clamp portion such that a hollow portion is between the internal clamp portion and an internal surface of the exterior wall portion of the steering column clamp.

A vehicle air vent clamping device is disclosed. The vehicle air vent clamping device includes a base, a supporting arm, a hook for hooking a blade of a vehicle air vent, and an adjustment mechanism for driving the hook to move. The rear end of the supporting arm is connected to the base, and a blocking portion is disposed at the front end of the supporting arm. The hook can be located on the supporting arm in a front-rear movement manner, and when the hook moves to the position of the blocking portion, the hook is hidden in the blocking portion. The adjustment mechanism is connected between the base and the hook.

A load indicator apparatus which is compact, portable and detachably mounted on the tie-rod. The load indicator apparatus includes a first reference fixture configured for attachment at a first position on the tie-rod, a second fixture configured for attachment at a second position on the tie-rod and an elongation gauge extending between the first reference fixture and the second fixture and configured to measure displacement of the second fixture relative to the first reference fixture during elongation of the tie-rod. A displacement transducer is connected to the second fixture to measure a capacitance value proportional to the loading acting on the tie-rod and transfers it to a load monitoring unit which translates the measured capacitance into a visual load reading and an electronic load output value.

A cost-effective anchor member formed of sheet metal for use with a compression style fastener device for securing equipment such as hog penning and gates to a slatted floor, the anchor member having an elongated body with a curved center section and opposed inclined sections extending upwardly and outwardly from the center section, and a cutout formed in the curved center section in which an internally threaded attachment member is secured against rotating, wherein in use the anchor member is positioned extending laterally against the underside of the slatted floor with spaced apart contact locations supporting the anchor member and providing improved stability.

The present invention relates to an integrated bracket for fixing a sprinkler reducer, and more particularly, to an integrated bracket for fixing a sprinkler reducer, in which left and right portions of a bar-shaped steel frame structure for a sprinkler bracket are vertically bent, tightening/coupling parts are provided at two opposite ends of the steel frame structure, and a fixing unit having a new structure and serving as a middle bracket is integrated with a central portion of the steel frame structure, such that the single bar-shaped steel frame structure may perform a function of fixing the sprinkler reducer and coupling a ceiling steel frame.

A bonding clamp includes a top bracket including opposing side walls defining a channel therebetween. The top bracket has an aperture through a central portion thereof. Systems and methods for optically measuring a position of a measurement surface relative to a reference position. The system is a wireless network comprising a centrally located data acquisition computer and a multiplicity of remotely located sensor modules mounted at different locations within wireless communication range of a central receiver. Each sensor module is mounted to a clamp that is made specific to a control surface location and embedded with an RFID tag to denote clamp location. The optical components of the sensor modules are selected to enable indication of the linear position of a measurement surface relative to a reference position and then broadcast the measurement results. The broadcast results are received by the central receiver and processed by the data acquisition computer, which hosts human interface software that displays measurement data.
