Adapter plate for HF structures
What is provided is an adapter plate for HF structures, which is set up for being disposed between a back of a circuit board and a reflector, wherein the adapter plate is electrically conductive, and the adapter plate has an opening or a cavity at every location where an element is passed through the circuit board to the side of the adapter plate, wherein at least one element is passed through the circuit board exclusively for ground contacting.
BIDIRECTIONAL TAPERED THREAD TECHNOLOGY FOR COMBINING TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CONE PAIR AND HELIX
The present invention belongs to the technical field of device access, and relates to a bidirectional tapered thread technology for combining technical characteristics of a cone pair and a helix, so as to solve the problems of poor self-positioning and self-locking performance of existing threads, wherein an internal thread (6) is a bidirectional tapered hole (41) (non-entity space) in an inner surface of a cylindrical body (2); an external thread (9) is a bidirectional truncated cone body (71) (material entity) on an outer surface of a columnar body (3); and a complete unit thread is a helical bidirectional tapered body in an olive-like shape (93) and in a dumbbell-like (94), and can assimilate the traditional thread matched with the complete unit thread into a special truncated cone body (7) or special tapered hole (4).
Connector systems and methods for connecting sections of products and products using such systems and methods
Connector systems for, for example, polymeric solid foam products and products using such systems are disclosed. The connector systems may comprise a pair of hollow coupling members embedded in adjacent foam bodies, such as sections of a surfboard or paddleboard. When axially aligned, the coupling members may be connected together by a connector member that extends into each coupling member. The coupling members have internal projections. The connector member has bent connector channels along which the projections can travel when the connector member is rotated about its axis and in so doing the foam bodies may be connected together or disconnected.
Support member
The present disclosure reduces the manufacturing costs of a support member with a portion made from resin that supports a conductive member. The support member is equipped with: a resin main body portion that has a support surface for supporting a conductive member such as an electric wire; and a metal plate that has a through-hole for a bolt and is for attachment to a device. The main body portion has a receptacle portion into which the plate is press-fitted and fixed.
Interlocking frame for computer numerical control (CNC)
The present invention relates to a modular frame for CNC machining, comprising: a first side panel and a second side panel, each side panel for with an elongated base with a notch at either end and a vertical extension from the base with a notch at the distal end of the vertical extension; a first crossbeam and a second crossbeam, each crossbeam having a notch at either end, the notches on the crossbeam oriented in an opposing direction to the notches on the side panels; and a gantry beam, the gantry beam having a notch at either end, the notches on the gantry beam oriented in an opposing direction to the notches on the side panels, wherein the side panels, crossbeams and gantry beam are user-assembled into the modular frame via alignment and engagement of the respective notches on the crossbeams and gantry beam with the notches on the side panels, and wherein user assembly of the modular frame is performed without the use of tools.
Fixture
A fixture according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes a shaft portion, a first fixing portion, a spacer, and a second fixing portion. A connection portion passing through the inside of the spacer and being connected to both the shaft portion and the second fixing portion is provided inside the spacer. The shaft portion includes a first hard resin portion, a second hard resin portion, and a soft resin portion. A soft resin portion is interposed between the first hard resin portion and the second hard resin portion so that vibration transmitted from either the first hard resin portion or the second hard resin portion to the other can be dampened.
CONNECTOR FOR BUTT-CONNECTING TWO COMPONENTS
A connector for butt-connecting two chipboard components having two connector parts, which, mutually rotated through 90, can be pushed together, into one another, into a locked assembly position and are in the form of U-shaped brackets having two outer bracket arms, which respectively have a rear plug-in portion for insertion into a circular drill hole of one component and an expandable front plug-in portion, forming the free bracket end, for insertion into a circular drill hole of the other component. A middle bracket arm is for expansion of the two front plug-in portions of the respectively other bracket in the assembly position. At least one locking portion for the mutual locking of the two brackets in the assembly position is provided. The outer sides of the rear plug-in portions are each configured, at least approximately, as partial lateral surfaces of the same circular cylinder.
MODULAR PROTECTIVE HOUSING FOR A CONTROL UNIT
The present disclosure relates to a protective module for a modular protective housing. The protective module includes a base plate having a peripheral edge defined by a first edge region, a second edge region, a third edge region opposite the first, and a fourth edge region opposite the second, wherein a first connecting element is arranged on the first edge region, wherein a second connecting element is arranged on the second edge region; wherein a third connecting element is arranged on the third edge region and configured such that the third connecting element is connectable to the first connecting element of another protective module, and wherein a fourth connecting element is arranged on the fourth edge region and configured such that the fourth connecting element is connectable to the second interconnecting element of a further protective module.
BOX LATCH
The present invention provides a box latch. The box latch is provided with two wedge-shaped pins symmetrically arranged around its center, and the two wedge-shaped pins are movable into a wedge-shaped notch formed by mating parts of two spliced adjacent boxes and mating with the wedge-shaped pin to lock the two adjacent boxes. The two wedge-shaped pins are symmetrically arranged around its center such that only one box latch is required to lock two adjacent boxes together, reducing the number of splicing steps and box latches, further saving manpower and material resources. In addition, the wedge-shaped pin and the wedge-shaped notch are shaped and configured to mate with each other such that self-locking occurs when they are locked, thus providing a stable connection of the boxes.
Mounting assembly for a pickup truck box
A vehicle includes a truck bed having a sidewall extending upward from a floor panel, and an anchor plate secured to an internal surface of the sidewall. The vehicle further includes a mounting assembly removably secured to the anchor plate. The mounting assembly includes a planar plate defining an array of holes, and an attachment member secured to the plate. The attachment member defines a T-mount for engaging the anchor plate and a handle defining a cavity.
