Structure for fastening vehicle components with steps adjustable
A structure for fastening vehicle components with adjustable steps includes a weld nut configured to be fixed to a vehicle floor panel, an inner bolt positioned above and fixedly inserted into the weld nut, and an assembly bolt inserted through the inner bolt and fastened to one end of the weld nut, wherein the inner bolt is configured to move in a height direction for step adjustment.
Stud locking tool
A stud locking tool is equipped with a first clip and a second clip for sandwiching a mounting member. The mounting member is mounted in a member to be mounted by locking the stud. The first clip has a hollow inner cylindrical portion inserted into a mounting hole of the mounting member. A first flange is located at one end of the inner cylinder portion, and a locking claw is formed inside the inner cylindrical portion and engages with a thread of the stud. The second clip has a hollow outer cylinder portion sized to surround the inner cylinder portion of the first clip. A second flange is located at one end of the outer cylinder portion. An engagement claw extends from the outer cylinder portion and engages the first clip. An inclined surface adjacent to the outer cylinder portion includes a stud guiding surface.
Universal adapter plate assembly
An improved universal zero-moment support and adapter plate assembly is shown and described. In one embodiment, the assembly comprises an adjustable zero-moment support configured together with an off-axis adjustment. In other embodiments, an adapter and support assembly includes an external fitting, an adapter plate and an adjustable zero-moment support.
Tolerance compensation fastening apparatuses with extended tolerance compensation and simpler and quicker fastening
A tolerance compensation fastening apparatus (1) for fastening a first vehicle component (200) to a second vehicle component (300) by way of a bolt (100), the fastening apparatus being set up to compensate for a tolerance within a tolerance compensation range. A fastening system including such a fastening apparatus, as well as to a method for fastening a first vehicle component to a second vehicle component by way of a bolt.
Adjustable mount for engine accessory
An adjustable mount for an aircraft engine accessory. A first bracket adapted to be coupled to the engine accessory has a first bore with a first annular bushing with a threaded radially inner surface extending through the first bore. A second bracket operatively coupled to the engine at mounting location has a second bore with a second annular bushing with a threaded radially inner surface extending through the second bore. A threaded stud extends axially through the first and second bushings and is engaged with their threaded inner surfaces. Rotation of the first and/or second bushings varies the relative axial positions of the first and second bushings on the stud, thereby adjusting an axial gap between first and second brackets. First and second nuts fastened to first and second ends of the threaded stud axially retain the mount together with the axial gap between the first and second brackets fixed.
Extendible protective element for use in a child safety seat
An extendible protective element (10) for use in a child safety seat is disclosed. The extendible protective element comprises a first thread component comprising a first external thread and a first internal thread, and a second thread component comprising a second external thread, wherein the first thread component is rotatably connected to the second thread component via the first internal thread of the first thread component and the second external thread of the second thread component.
FIXING MECHANISM
A fixing mechanism for fixing a first panel to a second panel, having a first plate with a first longitudinal guide, the first guide comprising a first aperture at a first end of the first guide connected to a second aperture at a second end of the first guide via a longitudinal slot, the first aperture is greater than the second aperture; a second plate having a second guide complementary to the first guide, a retaining portion, an interlocking member configured to fasten the second plate to the first plate via the first and second guides and also to fasten the first and second plates to the first panel. The first plate and the second plate are fastened to the second panel via a second fastening means. The fixing mechanism advantageously provides a means for securely fixing two panels together, such as furniture panels, using minimal components.
LOCKABLE ADJUSTABLE STANDOFF
The present invention is an adjustable connector with hidden threads for securing and adjusting a glass panel to a structure. The connector has an internally threaded retainer mounted on a fastener which is secured by a fastener and receives an externally threaded telescope. A nut shape lock installed inside the telescope to lock the telescope. By turning the lock, it moves towards the fastener and locks the telescope by pushing the fastener. The lock is a security feature to hold the adjustable standoff in adjusted position and prevents unscrewing the telescope once the cap is uninstalled. The telescope and retainer are threaded internally which are not exposed.
Anchoring system for attaching equipment to a building foundation
An anchoring system for attaching equipment to a building foundation. The system includes an insert attached to the foundation by an adhesive, wherein the insert includes a flange that is positioned on a top surface of the foundation. The system also includes a washer element having a recessed portion for receiving the flange, wherein the washer also contacts the top surface. In addition, the system includes a rod element having a reference element, wherein the rod element is threadably engaged with the insert and the washer and wherein when the reference element is aligned with a reference plane indicative of level equipment, the washer is tightened against the top surface to preload the rod element to minimize deflection of the equipment.
Tolerance Compensation Fastening Assembly
The present disclosure provides a tolerance compensation fastening assembly for fastening a first component to a second component which comprises a first compensation element and a second compensation element. The first compensation element comprises a first support portion which is provided with a first receiving hole that receives a shank of a fastener, and is connectable to the first component and movable relative to the first component in a longitudinal direction. The second compensation element comprises a second support portion which is provided with a second receiving hole that receives the shank of the fastener and is connectable to the first component and movable relative to the first component in at least one transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The first support portion and the second support portion are subjected to an axial fastening force applied by the fastener, and are at least partially made of metal.
