Connector device
A connector device for connecting to one or more pipes. The connector device having one or more arms with static and flexible portions. The connector device connects pipes or other types of tubing by inserting the arms of the connector device into the openings of the tubing. A flexibility of the flexible portions enables the connector device to accommodate varying dimensions of inside diameter of pipes or tubing and to provide a friction fit.
Reduced footprint vacuum mounted carriers for vehicles
A vacuum-based carrier system for a vehicle having a pair of vacuum devices shaped and sized to mate and secure to a recreational article. Each vacuum device includes a pad shaped and sized to detachably seat with a vehicle to form a vacuum cavity. The vacuum device includes a plunger attached to the pad and in fluid communication with the vacuum cavity, and an indicator positioned on the plunger to indicate the level of vacuum pressure within the vacuum cavity. The system includes a mount to secure an article to the vehicle and support bars attached to the mount wherein one or more support bars contains a break and fold assembly configured to allow folding. A race ready embodiment with reduced footprint is also provided.
TWISTABLE AND STACKABLE SHELF AND CONNECTING DEVICE THEREOF
A twistable and stackable shelf includes storage members, an elastic member, a first supporting pipe, a second supporting pipe, a first connecting member, and a second connecting member. Each of the first and second connecting member includes an end portion defining an inserting hole and an inserting portion defining a bottom groove and fluidly connected to the inserting hole. Two ends of the elastic member are inserted into the inserting holes and extend to the bottom grooves; two hooking members are arranged in the bottom grooves. The first and second supporting pipes form a vertical arrangement through the first and second connecting members and support the plurality of the storage members in a vertical direction. Or, the first and second supporting pipes form a horizontal arrangement through the first and second connecting members, and the storage members are twisted and stacked in the vertical direction.
ONE-PIECE BONDING SPLICE FOR RAILS
A splice having a main body and one or more protrusions extending from the main body. The one or more protrusions can be operable to interfere with a rail when the main body is installed into an opening of the rail. The one or more protrusions may be operable to cut into a coating of the rail and form an electrical connection between the rail and the main body.
Stabilizing device for a telescopic handle of a piece of luggage
A stabilizing device (1) for a telescopic handle (2) having at least an outer handle element (4) and an inner handle element (5) having a device body (6) extending along a longitudinal direction (L) of the stabilizing device (1), an opening (7), and at least an inner stabilizing element (8, 8′) and an outer stabilizing element (9, 9′). The inner stabilizing element (8, 8′) and the outer stabilizing element (9, 9′) are configured such that, in an installed position, wherein the inner handle element (5) is at least partially inserted into the stabilizing device (1) and the stabilizing device (1) is at least partially inserted into the outer handle element (4), the inner stabilizing element (8, 8′) acts on the inner handle element (5) and the outer stabilizing element (9, 9′) acts on the outer handle element (4).
Strut and clip assembly for stiffening a hanger rod
A hanger-rod clip can be configured for use with a strut that at least partially surrounds a hanger rod to provide stiffness to the hanger rod. The hanger-rod clip can include a handle portion and a rod-clamping portion. The rod-clamping portion can be configured to urge the hanger rod into engagement with an internal surface of the strut as the handle portion is moved towards the strut.
Rail element for a camera slider rail system
A rail element (10, 33) for a camera slider system or, more generally, a tube joiner for a rail comprised of an expansion device (23, 30), located internally at an open end (12, 32) of a tubular body (11, 33). The expansion device is configured to fit within a male part or joiner element (16, 31) that may be inserted into the end of the tube (10, 33) and can be actuated to an expanded state where it exerts force radially outwards through the joiner (16, 31) to hold it against the open end (12, 32), thereby joining two tubular or rail element ends together.
Solar panel racking system and devices for the same
A solar panel racking system that can include end clamps, mid clamps, bottom clamps, L-foot adapter assemblies, rails, and L-foot assemblies. The solar panel racking system minimizes the use of tools by snapping many of the mounting components in place. The end clamps, mid clamps, and bottom clamps can snap over the rail sides and lock into upper detented portions of the rail sides. The upper detented portions are structured to prevent upward movement of the end clamps, mid clamps, and bottom clamps. The L-foot adapter body of the L-foot adapter assembly snaps over lower detented portions of rail sides and secures the rail to an L-foot assembly. The end clamps, mid clamps, bottom clamps, rails, and L-foot adapter assemblies are independent of the L-foot assembly, allowing a selection of L-foot assemblies to be used as appropriate with the solar panel racking system.
CONNECTOR WITH SHAFT AND CYLINDRICAL BASE EXTENDING FROM FLANGE
The connector is configured to couple a first section and a second section of an e-vaping device, and the connector includes a flange with a first end and a second end, a shaft extending from the first end of the flange, an outer shelf being formed by a portion of the first end of the flange, a cylindrical base extending from the second end of the flange, and an inner shelf within the connector, the cylindrical base and the inner shelf at least partially defining a longitudinal opening, the flange defining at least one first notch, the at least one first notch at least partially along the second end of the flange.
CONNECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONNECTING COMPONENTS WITH TOLERANCE COMPENSATION
A connection system includes at least a first part and at least a second part, both comprising a connection surface and being configured to be connected to each other. A plurality of engagement elements is protruding from the connection surface of the first part and from the connection surface of the second part. For connecting different components, the parts are positioned such that their connection surfaces are facing each other. A ductile material is positioned between the connection surfaces of the parts to be connected to each other. The parts are pressed together, wherein the engagement elements are pressed into the ductile material at required positions, thereby compensating position deviations.
