PORTABLE SELF-STANDING HAMMOCK FRAME WITH SHORTENED HAMMOCK AND METHOD FOR SUSPENDING SHORTENED HAMMOCK ON A FRAME
The present invention is generally directed to an end cap for use on a self-standing structural frame, for example, a self-standing framed hammock. The hammock includes: two end bars that connect the x-shaped frames; and at least one panel of fabric suspended between the two end bars of the x-shape; wherein the panel of fabric is gathered and distributed along an end bar that is fixed to the end caps, and wherein the panel of fabric has foam padding to cover the end bar. Wherein the corner end caps have the ability to attach additional frame parts and/or accessories to the frame, and wherein the feet are extended to have two points of ground contact and extend the width of the base footprint of the frame.
LOCKABLE RELATIVE ROTATION DEVICE
A lockable relative rotation device can comprise a first body including an outwardly extending inner flange having a first side, and a first interface feature associated with the first side of the inner flange. The lockable relative rotation device can also comprise a second body operable to rotate relative to the first body about an axis and to translate relative to the first body in first and second directions parallel to the axis. The second body can include an inwardly extending outer flange disposed proximate the first side of the inner flange, and a second interface feature associated with the outer flange. The first and second interface features can be operable to selectively engage and disengage one another upon relative translation of the first and second bodies in the first and second directions, respectively. When the first and second interface features are engaged, the first and second bodies can be maintained in a fixed rotational relationship with one another about the axis and, when the first and second interface features are disengaged, the first and second bodies can be free to rotate relative to one another about the axis. Additionally, the lockable relative rotation device can comprise a locking mechanism associated with the first body. The locking mechanism can have a barrier selectively movable in the first direction to maintain engagement of the first and second interface features, and movable in the second direction to facilitate disengagement of the first and second interface features.
DOUBLE-SIDED OPEN-TYPE CONDUIT BOX FOR WIRING ELECTRIC WIRES
Present invention relates to a double-sided open-type conduit box for wiring electric wires, capable of facilitating wiring work by a simple structure and simultaneously providing convenience in manufacturing and assembling the box. According to the present invention, provided is a double-sided open-type conduit box for wiring electric wires, comprising: a box body in which inlet and an outlet, rough which a cable goes in and out, are formed at both sides of an inner space of a predetermined size, and wherein first and second openings are formed to open one side and the other side of the inner space; first and second covers configured to open and close the openings respectively; and guide wheels mounted in the inner space and rolled to guide the progress of the cable; and wheel coupling portions formed to mount the guide wheels.
UNIVERSAL CLAMPING AND CONNECTION SYSTEM
A clamping and connection system configured to be pivotally attached to two pieces of equipment such as an IV pole and a hospital bed. The clamping and connection system includes a clamping portion and an attachment portion. The system is configured to be rotatable around the attachment portion to allow optimal placement of the pole while in transport and connected to the bed.
STEERING JOINT CAPABLE OF FREELY ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
The invention discloses a steering joint for connecting a bottom pipe and a supporting pipe, which comprises a base, a rotary seat and a locking piece. The base comprises a sleeve portion connected with the bottom pipe and a first pivoting plate comprising a guide groove. The rotary seat comprises a clamp for clamping the supporting pipe and a second pivoting plate comprising a through hole. The first pivoting plate and the second pivoting plate are pivoted together at a pivoting point, when the first pivoting plate and the second pivoting plate rotate relatively, the through hole is kept align to the guide groove. The locking piece penetrates through the through hole and the guide groove and clamps and fixes the first pivoting plate and the second pivoting plate. Through that a certain distance exists between the locking piece and the pivoting point, the load carrying capacity is increased.
Hybrid tension/transverse compression structural joint
A structural joint includes a first compression element and a second compression element. The first and second compression elements each define an exterior profile geometry tailored to accommodate a set of loading conditions. A first structural member with a distal end portion is disposed adjacent the first compression element and a first gap is defined therebetween, and a second structural member with a distal end portion is disposed adjacent the second compression element and a second gap is defined therebetween. A first adhesive fills the first gap and a second adhesive fills the second gap. A joint cover body extends over the distal end portions of the first and second structural members.
Portable self-standing hammock frame with shortened hammock and method for suspending shortened hammock on a frame
The present invention is generally directed to self-standing structural frames including a fabric that is suspended on the frames. In one aspect, the present invention provides a self-standing framed hammock.
METHOD OF ATTACHING A BRACE MEMBER TO A MOUNTING BRACKET
A method of attaching a brace member to a mounting bracket includes providing a fitting comprising a fitting body, a first jaw, and a second jaw, the fitting body defining a top contact surface and a bottom contact surface, the second jaw disposed between the top contact surface and the bottom contact surface; abutting a top side of a peripheral edge of the brace member against the top contact surface and abutting a bottom side of the peripheral edge against the bottom contact surface; coupling the fitting to the brace member; extending a fastener through a lateral body opening of the fitting body, the lateral body opening oriented perpendicular to the first jaw and the second jaw; and attaching the fitting to the mounting bracket with the fastener.
Bar gripping assembly
A bar gripping assembly is configured to join a bar to a marine accessory on a marine craft. The bar gripping assembly has a single piece housing having an upper housing portion and a lower housing portion. A marine accessory is formed as part of the upper housing portion. A first wall slot and a second wall slot are arranged through the lower housing portion. A hollow portion adjacent to a weakened wall on the lower housing portion that has a lower portion opening and an upper portion. A strap is arranged through the first wall slot, the second wall slot, and around the lower portion opening. The strap compresses the lower housing portion against the bar to join the marine accessory to the marine craft.
