CONNECTOR, FRAME UNIT AND BUNK BED FRAME HAVING SAME
A frame unit includes first and second bars spaced apart from each other, third bars disposed between the first and second bars, and connectors removably connecting the third bars with the first and second bars. A connector includes a body fixedly connected with the first or second bar, a casing defining an interior to receive an end of a third bar, and a slot allowing insertion of the end of the third bar into the casing. The interior defined by the casing has narrow and wide sides corresponding to the narrow and wide sides of the end of the third bar. As such, when the end of the third bar is inserted into the casing, the end of the third bar is prevented from any translational movement within the casing. The connectors allow quick and easy connection of bars, and in the meantime enhance the stability of the frame unit.
A CONNECTING ELEMENT, A MECHANICAL JOINT AND USE OF TWO CONNECTING ELEMENTS IN A MECHANICAL JOINT
A connecting element for a mechanical joint includes a base part, and a connector part protruding from the base part. The connector part includes a protrusion portion, and a contacting portion extending from the protrusion portion to a direction of the first end of the base part such that a gap is formed between the contacting portion and the front surface of the base part and such that a bottom of the gap is formed by the protrusion portion. The contacting portion includes a front surface which is parallel to the portion of the front surface of the base part in the area of the gap and a back surface facing toward the front surface of the base part.

CONNECTOR AND FRAME STRUCTURE USING SAME
A connector and a frame structure using the same, wherein the connector at least comprises a socket, a bolt and an expansion bolt; the socket comprises a connection end, and a slot, which extends along a length direction of the socket from an end surface of the connection end, is provided on the socket; the bolt comprises a bolt main body that is adapted to the slot, a front end of the bolt main body is provided with at least two expansion arms, and the bolt main body is internally provided with an expansion channel which traverses the bolt main body along a length direction; and the expansion bolt comprises an expansion bolt main body that matches the expansion channel, a front end of the expansion bolt main body is provided with an acting end that interacts with the expansion arm, and the socket and the bolt are tightly connected by means of an expansion force that is generated by the acting end opening the expansion arms. The aforementioned connector achieves quick disassembly and assembly, and also has the advantages of reliable connection, convenient disassembly and assembly and long service life.
Shelving unit with load capacity increasing tie clips
A shelving unit includes front and rear shelf supporting beams, each beam including an upper shelf supporting flange that defines a shelf seat and a lower flange spaced from the upper flange, a shelf configured to be positioned in the seat defined by the front and rear shelf support beams, and at least one tie clip configured to be connected to the shelving unit between the shelf and the lower flange of at least one of the front and rear shelf supporting beams. A method of assembling a shelving unit is also disclosed.
BEARING STRUCTURE FOR SHELVING
The bearing structure for shelving comprises: a vertical upright comprising a first metal section provided with at least a first longitudinal side and with at least a second longitudinal side, the first longitudinal side and the second longitudinal side being flat, continuous and transverse to each other; a longitudinal cross-piece; an angular bracket to be interposed between the vertical upright and the longitudinal cross-piece and comprising a first longitudinal face and a second longitudinal face, the first longitudinal face and the second longitudinal face being flat, contiguous and transverse to each other; wherein it comprises first connecting means arranged on the first longitudinal side and the first longitudinal face, and second connecting means, arranged on the second longitudinal side and the second longitudinal face, the first connecting means and the second connecting means coupling the angular bracket to the vertical upright.
POST COUPLERS
A post coupler has one or more positive post stops therein limiting extension of an end of a post section in or over the coupler beyond the stop. The stops may be freely extended tabs or stop embossments from or in the coupler flanges. Outside wrap, inside wrap and hidden post couplers are disclosed, as well as assembly methods.

Frame construction for a rack system
A frame construction, in particular for a rack system, includes two vertical columns each in the form of a rectangular hollow profiled column element having a longitudinal groove, the two groove legs of which lying opposite each other each have on the inside two longitudinal ribs, between which a hole pattern strip is inserted into the hollow profiled column element. A plurality of horizontal crossbeams, which are fastened to the two columns, each are in the form of a rectangular hollow profiled crossbeam element. Crossbeam connectors are fastened to the end faces of the hollow profiled crossbeam element. The crossbeam connectors each engage, with at least one pin, in one of the holes of the hole pattern strips.
Shelving system and bracket
A shelving system (11) and a bracket (10) for a shelving system comprising, the bracket (10) comprising a first end portion (19), an intermediate portion (18) and second end portion (20). The intermediate portion (18) comprises a flexible wall portion being moveable from an open position, in which the flexile wall portion is planar, to a closed position, in which the flexible wall portion is arcuate.
