To provide a post-installed anchor capable of being used repeatedly and being easily removed and recovered. A post-installed anchor to be inserted and fixed in an anchor insertion hole formed in a structure includes: a cylindrical anchor body; expandable pieces obtained by dividing the tip side of the anchor body into a plurality of pieces by a plurality of slits 16 which are formed on the tip side, leaving equal intervals in a circumferential direction and extending in the axial direction of the anchor body, the expandable pieces each having a plate-like part whose surface is formed into a flat surface and which has spring force, a fixing part formed at the tip of the expandable piece and having a larger thickness than that of the plate-like part, and an inclined part whose inner surface is gradually inclined inward toward the tip of the expandable piece; a female screw formed in an inner surface of an unexpandable part side of the anchor body; and a male screw body formed into a substantially columnar shape that can be inserted into the anchor body, having a wedge part with a truncated conical shape at its tip, having a male screw screwed with a female screw formed in the anchor body at its rear end side, and having a rotary tool engagement part at its rear end surface. The male screw body is advanced with the male screw of the male screw body screwed with the female screw of the anchor body to make the truncated conical shaped wedge part at the tip of the male screw body abut against the inclined part formed so that the inner surface thereof is gradually inclined inward toward the tip side of the expandable piece to expand the expandable piece by wedge action, pressing the outer surface of the fixing part against the hole wall of the anchor insertion hole, which thereby fixes the post-installed anchor in the anchor insertion hole, and the male screw body is retracted to close the expanded expandable piece by spring force of the plate-like part of the expandable piece for recovery and reuse.

Mounting arrangement for mounting a device, and methods for mounting and dismounting a device

A mounting arrangement for mounting a device in an opening is disclosed. The arrangement comprises an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve arranged inside the outer sleeve, and an adjustment ring arranged inside the outer sleeve. A flange is arranged at a first end of the outer sleeve, arranged to receive said device. The flange is adapted to abut an outer surface of the structure. The inner sleeve is arranged in threaded engagement with the adjustment ring or with the outer sleeve. The adjustment ring comprises a fixing wing extending outwardly through a longitudinally extending aperture in the outer sleeve, the fixing wing having an abutment portion adapted to abut an inner surface of the structure. By relative rotary motion of the inner and outer sleeve, the adjustment ring is movable along a longitudinal direction of the arrangement for adjustment to a thickness of the structure.

BLIND BOLT FASTENING DEVICE

The present invention discloses a blind bolt fastening device, and belongs to the technical field of bolts. The blind bolt fastening device includes Z-shaped gaskets, a fixed plate, elastic hinges, a screw cap, a nut, an integrated gasket and the like. The top end of the screw cap is connected to the fixed plate in a spot welding manner. A plurality of elastic hinges is uniformly mounted on the fixed plate. One end of each elastic hinge is rotatably fixed on the fixed plate. Connection points of the elastic hinges and the fixed plate do not exceed the outer edge of the fixed plate. The other end of each elastic hinge is connected to one Z-shaped gasket in a spot welding manner. In an initial state, the plurality of Z-shaped gaskets are uniformly distributed and fitted onto the outer wall of the screw cap along a circumferential direction. When needing to pass through amounting hole, the plurality of Z-shaped gaskets may be folded through the elastic hinges to the top end of the screw cap and form elastic potential energy for rebounding. The present invention realizes simple and quick single side installation of a bolt and may be widely applied to civil and architectural engineering, mechanical engineering and the like.
