FASTENER
A fastener for fastening pipes or electrical conduit can be installed with the optional use of nails or screws. The fastener includes sharp teeth or spikes which can be hammered into an external surface, such as wood or masonry. The teeth or spikes are positioned, oriented, and otherwise configured to best suit the intended application. Installation can be accomplished using only the fastener itself and force exceeding a minimal threshold.
COVERED OPENING FASTENER
Implementations of a covered opening fastener are provided. In some implementations, the covered opening fastener comprises a shelf and a shaft or one or more spikes.
In some implementations, a method for using the covered opening fastener comprises attaching the covered opening fastener to an edge portion of a first object, such as a first roofing part, and driving the covered opening fastener into and/or through a second object, such as a second roofing part, to thereby attach the first object and the second object together by the covered opening fastener without forming an opening through the first object.
ADHESIVE BACKED POSITIONING AIDS AND ANCHORING ASSEMBLIES TO ENHANCE OBJECT MOUNTING EXPERIENCE
Wall anchors and positioning aids disclosed herein grant a user the ability to temporary hang or otherwise mount heavyweight objects, while also allowing for adjustment of at least one of the location and orientation of the assembly via the direct manipulation of the object.
WALL ANCHORS AND RELATED WALL MOUNT SYSTEMS
An anchor assembly for anchoring an object on a wall includes a first anchor component and second anchor component, each anchor component pivotable relative to the assembly and having a back side and a front side, and each anchor component having at least one curved wall penetrating retainer extending therefrom. The anchor assembly has an install orientation in the wall in which the wall penetrating retainer of each anchor component is inserted within the wall for a jaw-type grip of the wall.
Wall anchors and assemblies for heavyweight objects
Wall anchors and assemblies of the present disclosure include a plate, one more prongs, and a load bearing structure. The prongs are typically integral with a side edge of the plate and are typically curved in an upward towards the top edge of the plate.
System and Method for Additive Manufacturing of a Three-Dimensional Object
A method for additive manufacturing of a three-dimensional object includes: a) identifying a set of sequentially extending planar cross-sectional shapes of the three-dimensional object; b) cutting a metal sheet into a plurality of planar metal pieces, each metal piece cut to a metal piece shape corresponding to a respective one of the cross-sectional shapes, wherein the metal sheet has a first face with a first plurality of barbs extending therefrom, and an opposed second face with a second plurality of barbs extending therefrom; c) cutting a substrate sheet into a plurality of planar substrate pieces, each substrate sheet cut to a substrate piece shape corresponding to a respective one of the cross-sectional shapes; and d) positioning the metal pieces and the substrate pieces in facing relation in an alternating pattern and in sequential order, and pressing the metal pieces and substrate pieces together to force the barbs to penetrate the substrate pieces.

KITS, ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS FOR SUSPENDING OBJECTS FROM CEILINGS
Arrangements for suspending one or more items from a ceiling. Such arrangements may use a base plate along with prong-bearing insert plates that are attached to the ceiling. At least one item may be connected to a load-bearing connector of the base plate, so that a load that is applied to the base plate as a result of the mass of the item produces a force vector that is at least generally aligned with a normal axis of the base plate.
