CONNECTING ELEMENT FOR CONNECTING AN INDUCTION COIL TO A COIL CARRIER OF AN INDUCTION COOKING HOB
The present invention relates to a connecting element (10) for connecting an induction coil (24) to a coil carrier (26) of an induction cooking hob. The connecting element (10) is made of an elastic material and formed as a single-piece part. The connecting element (10) includes a first snap-fit portion (12) connectable to a cut-out of the induction coil (24), so that the snap-fit portion (12) and the cut-out form a snap-in mechanism. The connecting element (10) includes a spring portion (14) arrangeable between the induction coil (24) and the coil carrier (26), so that the spring portion (14) provides a distance between the induction coil (24) and the coil carrier (26). The connecting element (10) includes at least one groove (16) enclosing at least partially the connecting element (10). The groove (16) is engageable with the cut-out of the induction coil (24). The connecting element (10) includes a second snap-fit portion (18) extending opposite to the first snap-fit portion (12). The second snap-fit portion (18) is connectable to a cut-out (32) of the coil carrier (26), so that the second snap-fit portion (18) and the cut-out (32) form a snap-in mechanism.
FASTENING CLIP ASSEMBLY
A fastening clip assembly is configured to secure to a component, and may include four retaining legs that are configured to directly contact portions of the component to provide four points of contact with the component, and a central pedestal including a central beam and two angled retaining beams extending from the central beam. The two angled retaining beams are configured to exert a triangular retaining force into the component.
FASTENING CLIP ASSEMBLY
A fastening clip assembly 100 is configured to securely connect to a component 200, and may include at least one engagement member 110 that is configured to securely engage a portion of the component. The engagement member(s) may include an angle-compensating surface 132 that is configured to allow the fastening clip assembly to securely connect to the component over a range of angles.
Fitting element
A fitting element includes a first fitting section for connection with a spacer element, and a second arresting section for arresting with a circuit board. A central section is arranged between the fitting section and the arresting section and serves for forming a first stop for the spacer element, and a second stop for the circuit board. The fitting element is connected with an associated spacer element for forming a fitting device. The spacer element is fitted to a first circuit board. A second circuit board is then arrested with the fitting element. In this way two circuit boards can be connected with each other in a simple, flexible and automated way.
Clip and pillar garnish fixing structure
The clip includes a first engagement hook and a second engagement hook. The first engagement hook engages the body when the clip is in a normal fitting with the body. The second engagement hook prevents the clip from being disengaged from the body when the first engagement hook has been disengaged from the body. When the first engagement hook is disengaged from the body, a member is lifted away from surrounding members to such an extent as can be recognized by sight. Therefore, a state that the clip is not in the normal fitting state with the body is noticeable. Even if the clip is coupled to the body in the non-fitting state or half-fitting state, the second engagement hook prevents the clip from being disengaged from the body.
Fastening element for insertion into an opening of a vehicle body part and method for assembly of such a fastening element
A fastening element (1) for insertion into an opening (50) of a part (51), in particular a vehicle body part, wherein the fastening element (1) has a head region (2), a flange region (3), which is connected to the head region (2) via a first shaft region (4), and a second shaft region (5), which continues from the flange region (3) on the side opposite the head region (2) and is formed such that, in the inserted state of the fastening element (1) in the opening (50), it extends through the opening (50), at least in certain regions, and forms a snap connection with the part (51), in particular vehicle body part, wherein at least one indicator element (6) is associated with the fastening element (1) for, in particular, acoustically and/or visually signaling an assembly state of the fastening element (1).
FIXTURE
A fixture includes two mounted portions and an interposing portion. At least the one mounted portion includes a strut portion, a check portion, and an abutment portion. The strut portion is insertable into a mounting hole provided in a mounting target. The check portion is caught on the mounting target on an outlet side of the mounting hole. The abutment portion abuts on the mounting target on an inlet side of the mounting hole. When any one of the mounting target or the fixture vibrates, the check portion and the abutment portion deform to suppress a vibration in a direction parallel to an insertion direction. When any one of the mounting target or the fixture vibrates, the interposing portion deforms to suppress a vibration in a direction parallel to a plane orthogonal to the insertion direction.
TETHER CLIP AND STRUCTURE FOR COUPLING THE TETHER CLIP TO A PILLAR GARNISH
A tether has a pair of guide plates. The pair of guide plates has two sides. A distance between points located on the two sides increases, as the points on the two sides approach a tip of the tether. The tether may have elastic branches. The pair of guide plates may have protrusions protruding toward an anchor. The tether may be made long by curving a tether intermediate portion. The tether may have a second guide plate and a third guide plate. When a pillar garnish is moved in a direction away from a pillar, the two sides of the guide plates are brought into contact with a rim portion of a tether housing portion defining the tether inserting aperture, thereby preventing the tether from rotating about a center axis line of the clip and the anchor to pass through the tether inserting aperture. When a bottom wall of the tether housing portion comes to a tether portion located between the guide plates and the anchor, the elastic branches and the protrusions prevent rotation of the tether. The second and third guide plates also prevent rotation of the tether.
Mounting structure and clip
A mounting structure has: a first member in which a first through-hole is formed; a second member in which a second through-hole is formed; and a clip having a first shaft portion, a first anchor portion that is anchored on an edge portion of the first through-hole, a second shaft portion whose axial center is eccentric with respect to an axial center of the first shaft portion, and a second anchor portion that is anchored on an edge portion of the second through-hole, wherein a cross-sectional shape of a portion, which is disposed at an inner side of the first-through hole, of the first shaft portion is a polygonal shape, and a length along a longest diagonal line of the polygonal shape, or a length of a longest side of the polygonal shape, is longer than a minimum opening length of the first through-hole.
Method of connecting two components as well as a component connection
A method of connecting a first component having a first hole with a second component having a second hole includes the acts of placing together the two components so that the holes are situated above one another, and fixing the two components on one another. The fixing occurs by pushing a connection element projecting beyond the two components through the two components, the connection element having at least one clamping head which projects beyond a side of the first component facing away from the second component, and clipping a clamping element onto the clamping head, so that the clamping element is supported on a side of the first component facing away from the second component and exercises a clamping force onto the connection element which clamps together the two components.
