SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FEEDING ANIMALS
A feeding system is provided to permit sequential entry to animals, one at a time, into a feeding station that weighs the animal, and then provides or prevents access to feed based on body weight or other criteria. It exits each animal if no feed is to be provided, or after feeding for a specified period of time. The system accommodates animals housed in groups, and allows individual animals to be fed precisely with minimal labour input. Feed consumption by individual animals is limited by the amount of time they remain in the feeding area of the station and the amount of feed provided to them. The system provides for the ongoing collection of data about the animals growth and controls and monitors feed intake and body weight.
RESTRICTIVE DUAL ANIMAL FEEDING APPARATUS
A restrictive dual animal feeder includes an elevated feeder cabinet having at least one food and water container positioned on a top surface of the cabinet and configured and sized to feed large domestic animals. At least one other food and water container located elsewhere within the cabinet is configured and sized to feed smaller domestic animals, the at least one other food and water container having an access aperture located in the cabinet that can restrict access to the larger domestic animal.
Pet feeder
A pet feeder includes an assembly base and a feeder body. The assembly base includes a base body having an annular external rim provided with a plurality of pluggable fins. The feeder body includes an annular surrounding wall and a feeding trough defined inside the surrounding wall. The surrounding wall of the feeder body is provided with several sets of slots arranged in a circumferential direction about a central axis thereof and annularly spaced from each other in the circumferential direction. Each of the several sets of slots extends a distinct depth and has a plurality of slots matching the pluggable fins of the assembly base. As such, a height of the feeding trough of the feeder body can be conveniently adjusted when one of the several sets of slots with a specific depth is coupled with the pluggable fins of the assembly base.
ANIMAL FEEDING SYSTEM
A method of feeding an animal includes placing a food container containing animal food and closed with a cover in an animal feeding system, employing the animal feeding system to open the food container and to present the food to an animal for eating and employing the animal feeding system to re-close the food container.
Pet Feeding and Watering Bowl
A pet feeding and watering bowl for protecting pet food from insects with water is provided. The pet feeding and watering bowl comprises an inner food bowl having a bottom wall surrounded by an outer wall with the inner food bowl capable of holding a predetermined amount of food. An outer water bowl is provided having a bottom wall surrounded by an outer wall with the outer water bowl completely surrounding the inner food bowl and the outer water bowl capable of holding a predetermined amount of water. The outer water bowl creates a moat around the inner food bowl using the water as a protective barrier to protect the pet food from insects.
Animal Feeding System
An animal feeding system includes a cage that may house an animal. The cage has a front wall and the front wall has an opening. A housing is removably coupled to the cage. The housing is aligned with the opening and the housing may be accessible to the animal. The housing may insertably receive a bowl thereby facilitating the animal to eat from the bowl. A door is hingedly coupled to the housing. The door is positionable in a closed position and the door may retain the bowl within the housing.

Pet food bowl with insect exclusion
The pet food bowl with integrated insect exclusion prevents crawling insects from reaching exposed pet food. The device includes two bowls. The first bowl, or lower bowl, acts as a water basin or moat. Any insect that tries to reach the upper bowl must cross the water held within the lower bowl. The water prevents the majority of insects from being able to pass, including, for example, ants. A weighted enclosure is removably positioned within the lower bowl or water basin. The weighted enclosure is optionally filled with a dense material, such as sand, rocks, or metal. This weight within the weighted enclosure helps to maintain the device in the correct position, even when a large animal, such as a dog, is pushing and pulling on the upper food bowl during eating.
