HEAD BEARING ASSEMBLY FOR A DENTAL OR SURGICAL HANDPIECE AND DENTAL OR SURGICAL HANDPIECE COMPRISING SUCH A HEAD BEARING ASSEMBLY
The disclosure relates to a head bearing assembly for a dental or surgical handpiece, comprising an outer sleeve, in which at least four radial bearings are arranged, which enclose an axis of rotation and each have their own bearing outer ring or a common bearing outer rings, wherein the bearing outer rings are surrounded radially on the outside by the outer sleeve in the circumferential direction about the axis of rotation, and each radial bearing has at least one or exactly one rolling element row with rolling elements which are arranged one behind the other in the circumferential direction and rolling in the respective bearing outer ring.
The head bearing assembly according to the disclosure is characterized in that the at least four radial bearings have a common, integral bearing inner ring on which the rolling elements are arranged in rolling contact.
ANGULAR BALL BEARING AND WHEEL BEARING APPARATUS
A cage of an angular ball bearing includes, with respect to a plurality of balls arranged between an outer member and an inner member, an annular portion positioned on one side in an axial direction of the angular ball bearing, and a plurality of pillar portions provided to extend from the annular portion to the other side in the axial direction. The pillar portions include a first flat surface portion contactable with the balls on one side in a circumferential direction of the angular ball bearing, and a second flat surface portion contactable with the balls on the other side in the circumferential direction and parallel to the first flat surface portion.
SEALING DEVICE AND SEALING STRUCTURE
A sealing device for sealing a gap between inner and outer members includes a mounted part attached to a cylindrical end of the outer member; at least one lip disposed radial inside the mounted part and extending toward the inner member; an annular part covering an end surface of the end of the outer member; and an annular flange formed from an elastic material connected to the annular part and disposed radial outside the end of the outer member. The inner member includes an inner portion disposed radial inside the outer member; a flange extending radially outward from the inner portion; and a through-hole formed in the flange for inserting a screw for securing the inner member to another member. The outer edge of the flange of the sealing device is disposed radial outside a portion of the through-hole that is the closest to the central axis.
VEHICLE POWER DEVICE AND WHEEL BEARING WITH GENERATOR
Provided is a vehicle power device including: an inner ring as a fixed ring, an outer ring as a rotary ring which is an outer ring rotation, and a bracket a knuckle for fixing an inboard side end portion of the inner ring removably with the electric motor disposed. The electric motor is of an outer rotor motor type, and the bracket includes a bracket base portion and a bracket cylindrical portion, the bracket base portion for being attached to the knuckle and fixed to the inner ring, the bracket cylindrical portion which extends from the bracket base portion toward an outboard side is located on an outer periphery of the outer ring via a radial gap and is provided with a stator disposed on an outer peripheral surface. The rotor of the electric motor is removably attached to the wheel mounting flange via a rotor casing.
VEHICLE POWER DEVICE AND VEHICLE BEARING WITH POWER GENERATOR
Provided is a vehicle power device (1) including: a wheel bearing (2); and a driving motor (3) that can rotationally drive an outer ring (4) as a rotary ring. The vehicle power device further includes a bracket (24) attached to a knuckle (8) of a vehicle. The bracket (24) includes a bracket base portion (24a) and a bracket cylindrical portion (24b), the bracket base portion interposed between the knuckle (8) and an inner ring (5) wherein the inner ring (5) is removably fixed, the bracket cylindrical portion (24b) extending from the bracket base portion (24a) toward an outboard side. The driving motor (3) includes a stator (18) removably attached to an inner periphery of the bracket cylindrical portion (24b) and a rotor (19) attached to the outer ring (4) on an inner periphery of the stator (18).
CATHETER PUMP MOTOR ASSEMBLY INCLUDING LUBRICATED ROTOR CHAMBER
A catheter pump system includes a shaft assembly, an impeller coupled to a distal portion of the shaft assembly, and a motor assembly coupled to a proximal portion of the shaft assembly. The motor assembly is configured to drive the impeller via the shaft assembly. The motor assembly includes a rotor, a stator disposed radially outward of the rotor, and a rotor chamber disposed radially between the stator and the rotor. The rotor chamber at least partially encloses the rotor. The rotor chamber is at least partially filled with a lubricant to reduce a friction of the rotor during rotation thereof.
CATHETER PUMP MOTOR ASSEMBLY INCLUDING LUBRICATED ROTOR CHAMBER
A catheter pump system includes a shaft assembly, an impeller coupled to a distal portion of the shaft assembly, and a motor assembly coupled to a proximal portion of the shaft assembly. A pulley device for a tensioner roller or winding roller of a transmission element, providing a pulley, and a bearing. The bearing includes a rotating outer ring mounted to the pulley, a fixed inner ring, and at least one row of rolling elements arranged between the rings. The inner ring of the bearing has at least one end portion protruding axially with respect to the outer ring. The pulley is provided with at least one pulley element that is C-shaped in axial section. One of the at least one pulley elements is provided with a lateral portion extending substantially radially to pass into the immediate vicinity of an outer surface of the axially protruding end portion of the inner ring.

A preload inspection method with which a preload value can be calculated more accurately. The preload inspection method for a wheel bearing device provided with an outer member having an outside raceway surface, an inner member having an inside raceway surface, and rolling bodies, is provided with: a power calculation step in which the outer member or the inner member is rotated in a relative manner and the power is calculated; a preload value calculation step in which a preload value is calculated on the basis of the power calculated in the power calculation step; and a pass/fail I determination step is made on the basis of whether the preload value calculated in the preload value calculation step is within a permissible range.
