BALL SPLINE DEVICE, AUTOMATED GUIDED VEHICLE AND STEREOSCOPIC WAREHOUSE SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a ball spline device, an automated guided vehicle and a stereoscopic warehouse system. The ball spline device includes: a spline shaft, an outer side wall of which is provided with a raceway groove extending along an axial direction, the raceway groove includes a first groove section and a second groove section communicated along the axial direction, a width of the second groove section being greater than the width of the first groove section; a spline nut coaxially, sleeved outside the spline shaft; and a first rolling body, movably disposed in the raceway groove along the axial direction to achieve relative movement of the spline nut and the spline shaft. When the spline nut is in a first position, the first rolling body is in the first groove section, and cooperates with the first groove section in a constrained manner to cause synchronous rotation of the spline nut and the spline shaft; and when the spline nut is in a second position, the first rolling body is in the second groove section, so that there is a predetermined gap in a circumferential direction between the spline shaft and the spline nut.
CLAMPER MECHANISM FOR MOTION GUIDE DEVICE
A clamper mechanism for a motion guide device includes a clamper block having tapered faces, clamper rolling elements arranged between the tapered faces and both left and right side faces of a track member, and a clamper rolling element holder attached to the clamper block with an interposition of an elastic member. When an elastic force exerted by the elastic member acts in a direction in which the clamper block and the clamper rolling element holder are separated from each other, the clamper rolling elements bite the tapered faces to bring the clamper block into a state restrained to the track member. When an external force against the elastic force exerted by the elastic member acts, the clamper rolling elements are brought into a free state within the tapered faces to bring the clamper block into a state not restrained to the track member to exert a stable clamping force.
Linear motion guide
The invention relates to a carriage of a linear motion guide for arranging on a rail of the linear motion guide, said carriage having an at least substantially U-shaped cross-section and having at least one substantially U-shaped base body (15) which is supplemented with plastic components, wherein the carriage, in both legs of the U-shape, is in each case connected to at least one self-contained rolling body housing (7) which is kept open towards the rail in order to guide as precisely as possible on the rail and nevertheless being easy to assemble. According to the invention, at least parts of inner and outer boundary surfaces of a return channel (10) and both deflection channels (11) of one of the rolling body housings in the respective leg are formed by means of a one-piece plastic component in both legs of the carriage.
Linear motion guide unit and method of manufacturing the same
The present invention relates to a linear motion guide unit manufactured at low cost by forming at least a slider from a single metal plate, and reduced in sliding resistance of rolling elements as well as a method of manufacturing the same. The linear motion guide unit includes a guide rail, and the slider formed from a single metal plate. The guide rail has a bottom part, and a pair of longitudinal side parts standing from opposite sides of the bottom part, extending longitudinally in a mutually facing manner, and having respective raceway grooves in which the rolling elements roll. The slider includes an upper part, a pair of mutually facing sleeve parts extending downward from opposite sides of the upper part and having respective raceway grooves and return passages, and end cap parts formed respectively at opposite ends of the upper part and having turnaround grooves.
Linear guideway with embedded sensor
A linear guideway with an embedded sensor includes a track, a slider, a plurality of rolling members, and a sensing module. The track extends in a first direction and has a first recess. The slider can move in the first direction and include a second recess, a channel, at least one hole, and a deforming region. The channel is formed by coupling the first recess and the second recess, and extends in the first direction. The hole extends from the surface of the slider along the insertion axis and into the slider. The rolling members are disposed in the channel.
