In the radial direction, the first and second opposing surfaces are each disposed on a more outer circumference side than a second raceway surface.
TORQUE TRANSMITTING SYSTEM WITH CONCENTRICALLY ARRANGED ROLLING BEARINGS, DRIVE UNIT, AND DRIVE ASSEMBLY
A torque transmitting system, a drive unit, and a drive assembly are provided. The torque transmitting system includes a torque transmitting element and a support element which supports it via rotary bearings. The torque transmitting element has a first connection device for coupling to a first assembly in a rotationally fixed manner and a second connection device for coupling to a second assembly. One of the two elements forms a substantially hollow cylindrical shoulder, and the respective other element forms the outer cylindrical face and, correspondingly thereto, the inner face of a hollow cylinder radially outwards. The shoulder is arranged between the outer face and the inner face in a radial direction. A first rotary bearing is arranged between the outer face and the shoulder, and a second rotary bearing is arranged between the shoulder and the inner face. By using the torque transmitting system, less axial installation space is.
Rotary Bearing and Gearbox
A rotary bearing (50), especially for harmonic gearing, comprising an outer bearing ring (1b) and an inner bearing ring (1a) arranged therein; whereby the inner bearing ring (1a) and the outer bearing ring (1b) are each provided with at least one receptacle (10, 11) through which, when the two receptacles (10, 11) are in a corresponding position with respect to one another, rolling elements (8) can be inserted through a receptacle opening (22) formed by the two receptacles (10, 11) into an anti-friction bearing between the bearing surface (7) of the inner bearing ring (1a) and the bearing surface (9) of the outer bearing ring (1b), wherein a guide ring (20) for the rolling elements (8) is arranged in at least one of the two receptacles (10, 11) between the receptacle opening (22) and the rolling elements (8).
Double-row rolling-element bearing unit having preloading element
A double-row rolling-element bearing unit of a medical pump, preferably syringe pump, has a bearing core forming a first inner running surface for first rolling elements, which first inner running surface faces in an axial direction, and forms a second inner running surface for second rolling elements, which second inner running surface is arranged oppositely to the first inner running surface in the axial direction. The pump has a bearing bush, which can be mounted on a housing portion and forms a first outer running surface, which lies opposite the first inner running surface, and the pump has a bearing pan, which forms a second outer running surface, which lies opposite the second inner running surface. At least one preloading element couples the bearing pan to the bearing bush with a defined preload to join the double-row rolling-element bearing unit as a unit.
Gear tooth chamfer for an annular gear
A bearing including a bearing ring having an annular base and a plurality of gear teeth integrally formed with the annular base. Each gear tooth of the plurality of gear teeth includes a first flank surface extending substantially radially from the annular base, a top land surface extending substantially in the axial direction, and a chamfered surface between the top land surface and first flank surface. The chamfered surface includes a first arc with a first radius in a range of 0.1 to 0.15 times the gear module of the bearing ring. The first arc has a point of tangency with the first flank surface. The chamfered surface has length P extending in the radial direction between the point of tangency and the top land surface, and P is in the range of 0.1 to 0.15 times the gear module of the bearing ring.
BEARING UNIT WITH SENSORIZED INNER RING
A bearing unit for a marble cutting machine, comprising a radially outer ring, rotatable about an axis of rotation (X) of the bearing unit and provided with a radially outer flange portion; a stationary radially inner ring having a raceway and a through hole; a row of rolling bodies interposed between the radially outer ring and the radially inner ring; a seat formed in the radially inner ring and shaped as a portion of a circular crown; and a sensor fit in the seat, wherein a ratio between an internal diameter (D) of the through hole and an axial thickness (t) of the radially inner ring is between 6.7 and 11.1.
RETENTION CONFIGURATION FOR FACE SPLINE INTERFACE
A wheel bearing assembly is disclosed that a bearing ring defining a first splined portion, a joint element including a second splined portion configured to matingly engage with the first splined portion, and a first retention assembly arranged radially outward from the first and second splined portions. The first retention assembly is configured to axially retain the bearing ring with the joint element.
ELECTRIC ACTUATOR
One aspect of an electric actuator of the present invention includes: a motor having a motor shaft rotatable about a motor axis; a transmission mechanism coupled to one side in the axial direction of the motor shaft; an output shaft extending in the axial direction of the motor shaft and to which rotation of the motor shaft is transmitted via the transmission mechanism; and a rolling member group including three or more rolling members arranged to surround the motor axis.
