A bearing seal for a rolling bearing with standard boundary dimensions that comprises a first flinger fitted into a first bearing ring and a second flinger fitted into a second bearing ring. Each flinger further comprises a correspondingly numbered sealing body. A first sealing body engages the second flinger and/or the second bearing ring, and a second sealing body engages the first flinger and/or the first bearing ring. The axial width of the bearing seal varies along the radial direction of the bearing. Starting at the first bearing ring, with a narrow width W, defined relative to the total radial size of the bearing seal L, wherein the ratio W/L is less than or equal to 0.5, the bearing seal widens toward the second bearing ring, thereby providing extra space between the rolling elements and/or cage and the bearing seal adjacent to the first bearing ring.

A sprocket assembly includes a sprocket including a center orifice and a bearing located in the center orifice with an outer part of the bearing fixed in relation to the sprocket. The sprocket assembly also includes a dust cover fixed in relation to an inner part of the bearing. An outer cover diameter of the dust cover is bigger than an outer bearing diameter of the bearing, so that an outer periphery of the dust cover extends radially past the outer part. The sprocket also includes an impeller arranged at the outer periphery of the dust cover. The impeller is fixed in relation to the sprocket.

A wheel bearing apparatus including a hub rotatably coupled to a wheel, an outer ring spaced apart from an outer side of the hub and fixed to a vehicle body, a slinger coupled to the hub, a frame coupled to the outer ring and spaced apart from the slinger, and a sealing portion provided on the frame, spaced apart from the hub, and configured to contact the slinger.
