A carrier vehicle is equipped with the motor further including a lead wire extending from the stator. The shaft includes a shaft portion and a flange portion that overhangs to a radially outer side from one side of the shaft portion in the axial direction. The flange portion includes an opening through which the lead wire passes. The opening includes a notch connected to an outer side surface of the flange portion. The opening of the motor is positioned above the center axis.

A modular motor assembly structure is disclosed and configured to couple with a drive shaft of an application device. The drive shaft includes a receiving slot. The modular motor assembly includes a main body and a combination key. The main body includes a shaft hole and a key groove. The shaft hole includes an opening and a central axis. The key groove is disposed on a side wall around the shaft hole and parallel to a central axis of the shaft hole. The combination key has a front end and a rear end. When one end of the drive shaft is inserted into the shaft hole along the central axis of the shaft hole, the combination key is at least partially accommodated in the receiving slot, and the front end faces the key groove. The combination key has a continuously increasing thickness from the front end to the rear end.

Elastic shaft coupling

An elastic body of an elastic shaft coupling includes a connection portion disposed around a center axis of the elastic shaft coupling, and a plurality of rotation transmission portion of substantially columnar shapes provided for the connection portion along the circumferential direction of the elastic shaft coupling, and extending from the connection portion along the center axis. Outer circumferential portions of the rotation transmission portions are in surface contact with a first hub main body portion and first protrusion portions of a first hub, and a second hub main body portion and second protrusion portions of a second hub.

Vane pump

A vane pump having an electric drive unit with a drive shaft, a pump chamber, a rotor arranged in the pump chamber so as to rotate about a rotational axis, and a driver that has at least one driver pin and is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the drive shaft, wherein, in an operating state of the vane pump, the driver pin, by way of a contact surface of the driver pin designed as a section of a lateral surface, engages in a torque-transmitting manner with a contact surface of the rotor delimiting a rotor recess designed to correspond to the driver pin. In order to improve a vane pump, it is proposed that the contact surface of the rotor is designed and arranged in such a manner that the rotational axis lies in the contact surface when this contact surface is hypothetically extended toward the rotational axis.

ADJUSTABLE RIGID SPACER COUPLING

Technologies are described for devices and methods for adjusting a position of impellers within a bowl assembly. The devices may comprise an adjuster at the second end of a spacer coupling. The adjuster may include an adjuster sleeve. The adjuster sleeve may be a cylindrical sleeve. The adjuster sleeve may be threaded on an internal side. The adjuster sleeve may be spaced from the driven hub so that the adjuster sleeve can rotate around a driven shaft. The adjuster sleeve may threadedly mate and engage with an externally threaded first end of the driven shaft when the adjuster sleeve is rotated. The rotation of the adjuster sleeve may adjust a position of the driven shaft with respect to the driven hub and may thereby adjust a position of an impeller attached to a second end of the driven shaft with respect to a stationary bowl.

FLUIDIC VALVE UNIT AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A FLUIDIC VALVE UNIT

A fluidic valve unit having a plurality of rotary slide valves arranged in series and a servo motor for setting the rotary slide valves, wherein each of the rotary slide valves comprises a rotary slide arranged in a rotary slide housing and drivable via a driveshaft by means of the servo motor. It is provided in this case that each two successive ones of the rotary slide valves are mechanically connected to one another via a driver device for the setting by means of the servo motor, wherein the driver device comprises a driver projection arranged on a first of the two rotary slide valves.

Rotationally stiff key for coupling non-parallel shafts
11879503 · 2024-01-23 · ·

A stiff key provides rigid coupling between a pair of shafts, such as a motor shaft and a rotary position sensor. The key may have a main body and a protrusion from the main body, such as from a middle portion of the main body. One of the protrusion or the main body may engage one part of one of the shafts being coupled together, and the other of the protrusion or the main body may engage a part of the other of the shafts. For example the protrusion may be in a keyway of one shaft and the main body may engage a recess or flat of the other shaft. The key and the coupling may be used in applications where space is at a premium, for example in a missile.

Keyed coupling system for torque transmission

A Woodruff key system includes a rotatable shaft having a keyseat defined therein. The keyseat includes a pocket engaged with the Woodruff key, a first keyseat extension extending in a first axial direction from the Woodruff key relative to the shaft, and a second keyseat extension extending in a second axial direction opposite the first axial direction from the Woodruff key relative to the shaft. Respective depths of the first and second keyseat extensions are less than a depth of the pocket of the keyseat.
