The damper device includes an input rotary member, an output rotary member, and a pair of first elastic members. The input rotary member and output rotary member each include a plurality of assembling holes disposed in corresponding positions to the plurality of fixation holes of the flywheel. The plurality of assembling holes are arranged in a circumferential direction such that two pairs of the assembling holes, each pair including two adjacent assembling holes, are each disposed at a larger interval than remaining assembling holes to produce a pair of accommodation spaces. A pair of first accommodation portions, accommodating the pair of first elastic members, is disposed radially outside the pair of accommodation spaces.
POWER TOOL
A power tool includes a motor including a rotation shaft; an output shaft to which a cutting blade is attachable; a belt for transmitting a rotational force of the rotation shaft to the output shaft; an intermediate shaft positioned between the rotation shaft and the output shaft on a transmission path of the rotational force; a plurality of pulleys including a first pulley provided on the rotation shaft and rotatable integrally with the rotation shaft and a second pulley through which the intermediate shaft is inserted and having a diameter greater than that of the first pulley, the first pulley and the second pulley supporting the belt and being rotatable in accordance with rotation of the rotation shaft; and a transmission restricting part provided on a transmission path for transmitting rotation of the second pulley to the cutting blade and configured to interrupt or limit transmission of a rotational force.
Drive train of a wind turbine comprising a torque limiter, wind turbine
Provided is a drive train of a wind turbine. The drive train includes a torque limiter assembly including a torque limiter. The torque limiter includes: a first clamping disk, a friction disk, a second clamping disk, and a preloading means. The clamping disks and the friction disk are configured such that the clamping disks frictionally transmit a torque to the friction disk. The torque limiter assembly further includes a torque shaft and a hub shaft. The torque shaft is connected to a rotor of the wind turbine, and the hub shaft is connected to a generator rotor of a generator. The friction disk is bolted to the hub shaft via interface bolts from a downwind side, such that the torque limiter is detachable from the hub shaft as a whole. Further provided is a wind turbine.

TORQUE TRANSFER AND CONTROL APPARATUS FOR A DRILLING TOOL
There is disclosed a torque transfer apparatus for a mineral drilling tool used in a downhole assembly of a drill string. The drilling tool has a downhole drill bit and one or more uphole drill bits spaced apart from the downhole drill bit, with the torque transfer apparatus being located between them. The apparatus rotationally couples and transfers torque between the first and second members when a torque difference between torque on the downhole drill bit and torque on the uphole drill bit is below a threshold torque value. The apparatus disengages the rotational coupling while the torque difference exceeds the threshold torque value. The flow rate of drilling fluid flowing through the axial bore is altered when the apparatus engages and disengages the coupling.
