Dual-mass flywheel with integrated freewheeling mechanism

A torque transfer device (1) for a drivetrain (2) of a motor vehicle, having a torsional vibration damping unit (3) and a decoupling clutch (6) having at least two clutch elements (4, 5) which can be joined to each other, wherein a first clutch element (4) is permanently connected non-rotatingly to a flange section (7) of the torsional vibration damping unit (3) and a second clutch element (5) is coupled with the flange section (7) via a freewheeling unit (8), wherein at least some sections of the freewheeling unit (8) are positioned in a radial receiving space (9) of the torsional vibration damping unit (3).

Roller for a pendulum mass of a centrifugal force pendulum

A roller (20) for a pendulum mass (4, 5, 6) of a centrifugal force pendulum (1), including a rolling section (42), a first maintaining section (26) and a second maintaining section (27). The maintaining sections have a larger diameter than the rolling section, and the roller (20) has a width (44) which is smaller or the same size as the first depth (9) of the centrifugal force pendulum. Due to roller (20), a centrifugal force pendulum can be constructed for particularly flat couplings. In particular, the total weight of the friction clutch is reduced and the mounting is simplified.

Double clutch mounting assembly

A double clutch mounting assembly for a motor vehicle drive train is provided. The double clutch mounting assembly includes a double clutch; a damper configured for connecting the double clutch to an engine crankshaft; and a clutch actuator for actuating the double clutch fixed to the double clutch. One of the double clutch and the damper includes a pilot configured for insertion into an engine crankshaft to center the double clutch, damper and clutch actuator with respect to the engine crankshaft. A method of forming a double clutch mounting assembly is also provided. The method includes forming a subassembly by axially fixing a dual mass flywheel and a double clutch together and axially fixing a concentric slave cylinder to the double clutch.

Damper apparatus

A damper apparatus includes a damper portion including an elastic member to absorb a torque fluctuation by expansion and contraction of the elastic member in a circumferential direction of the damper portion, and a limiter portion connected to the damper portion to restrict a transmission of a torque which exceeds a predetermined value, the limiter portion including a first member and a second member being rotatable at a rotation center, a friction member sandwiched between the first member and the second member, and a third member connected to the first member, the third member including a spindle portion and a plate spring portion integrally formed with the spindle portion to press the first member and the second member in a state where the friction member is sandwiched between the first member and the second member.
