WET CLUTCH ASSEMBLIES
A wet clutch assembly can include a clutch pack having a plurality of friction members attached to a first clutch housing and a plurality of separator members attached to a second clutch housing. The friction members and the separator members can be configured to be selectively contacted to each other to engage the first housing member to the second housing member. The clutch pack can be in fluid communication with a lubrication source such that a lubrication flow can flow to the friction members and the separator members to remove heat and/or debris therefrom.

Vehicle clutch
A vehicle clutch, comprising a primary clutch (1). A first drive (2) and a second drive (3) are provided on the other side of the primary clutch (1); the primary clutch (1) is internally provided with a first secondary clutch unit and a second secondary clutch unit; the first drive (2) is in power connection with the first secondary clutch unit; the second drive (3) is in power connection with the second secondary clutch unit; the first secondary clutch unit comprises a first secondary clutch (4) and a friction unit (5) configured to cooperate with the first secondary clutch (4); the second secondary clutch unit comprises a second secondary clutch (6) and a friction unit (5) configured to cooperate with the second secondary clutch (6); a synchronizer (7) is also provided between the first secondary clutch (4) and the second secondary clutch (6); the synchronizer (7) is configured to lock the first secondary clutch (4) and the second secondary clutch (6) as a whole when the first secondary clutch (4) is separated from the second secondary clutch (6). The provision of the two-stage clutch units enables the vehicle clutch to choose whether to use one single clutch or two clutches to bear the torque according to different working conditions.
CLUTCH APPARATUS
A clutch apparatus comprises a first race, a second race arranged coaxial with and rotatable relative to the first race, and an engagement mechanism provided between the first race and the second race for engagement of the first race and said second race. The engagement mechanism comprising a first clutch allowing rotation of the first race in only one direction, and a second clutch arranged axially adjacent to the first clutch, the second clutch comprising a rotary member that is provided on the second race in a rotatable and axially immovable manner and a movable member that is movable in the axial direction, and a cam mechanism disposed between the rotary member and the movable member, and the movable member being engaged with the first race by being moved in the axial direction by the cam mechanism.
Dual clutch
A dual clutch device having an input side, a first output side, and a second output side, which are arranged rotatably about an axis of rotation, and having a first, radially outer friction clutch for producing frictional engagement between the input side and the first output side and a second, radially inner friction clutch for producing frictional engagement between the input side and the second output side. Each friction clutch has a first friction element, which engages in the input side in a torque-transmitting manner, a second friction element, which engages in the associated output side in a torque-transmitting manner, a control element for providing an axially pressing force on the friction elements, and a leaf spring element, which is spirally wound around the axis of rotation and which is arranged axially between the control element and the friction elements.
Multiple-stage ball ramp actuator
A multiple-stage ball ramp actuator includes an axially movable outer ring having at least one outer groove and an outer ball disposed in the outer groove. The multiple-stage ball ramp actuator further includes an axially movable inner ring rotatably fixed relative to the outer ring. The inner ring has at least one inner groove and an inner ball disposed in the inner groove.
Wet dual multi-plate clutch with levers outside the wet chamber
A multi-plate dual clutch for coupling a motor vehicle engine to a drive shaft of a motor vehicle transmission and to an auxiliary power take-off output shaft of the motor vehicle. The dual clutch includes a drive clutch for coupling the motor vehicle engine with the drive shaft, and an auxiliary power take-off clutch for coupling the motor vehicle engine with the auxiliary output shaft. The drive clutch and the auxiliary power take-off clutch can each to be operated independently of one another by a separate lever mechanism. The dual clutch includes a wet chamber housing in which the drive clutch and the auxiliary power take-off clutch are accommodated in fluid-tight relationship, while the respective lever mechanisms for the drive clutch and the auxiliary power take-off clutch are located outside the wet chamber housing.
SPLIT TORQUE DUAL CLUTCH TRANSMISSION FOR CONCENTRIC INPUT SHAFTS
A dual clutch transmission includes a housing, a first clutch configured to selectively couple a first input shaft to a transmission input shaft to transfer torque therebetween, and a second clutch configured to selectively couple a second input shaft to the transmission input shaft to transfer torque therebetween. A clutch connector is movable between a disengaged position and an engaged position. In the disengaged position, the first and second clutches are uncoupled and configured to transfer the torque from the transmission input shaft to their respective first or second input shaft independently of each other. In the engaged position, the first and second clutches are coupled for common rotation to utilize a torque transfer capacity of both first and second clutches by transferring the torque from the transmission input shaft through both first and second clutches to only one of the first and second input shafts.
MULTIPLE-STAGE BALL RAMP ACTUATOR
A multiple-stage ball ramp actuator includes an axially movable outer ring having at least one outer groove and an outer ball disposed in the outer groove. The multiple-stage ball ramp actuator further includes an axially movable inner ring rotatably fixed relative to the outer ring. The inner ring has at least one inner groove and an inner ball disposed in the inner groove.
VARIABLE SPEED MECHANISM
A variable speed mechanism includes at least two clutches provided on a driving shaft to allow for selectively driving, by using different ones of the clutches, transmission wheels having different gear ratios. Each of the clutches includes a clutching assembly and a ball arresting assembly that operates the clutching assembly. The ball arresting assembly includes a driving disc and a driven disc opposite to each other. The driving and driven discs have surface adjacent to each other and respectively formed with two curved guide grooves extending from a deep point to a shallow point. The curved guide grooves are provided with a guide bead arranged therein so that when the driving disc rotates with respect to the driven disc, the driven disc generates a movement of leaving or approaching the driving disc so as to achieve an engagement or disengagement operation of the clutching assembly.
