Release bearing cover and washer seal
A cover comprises a substrate and a grease lid. The substrate comprises a main body comprising a branched grease pathway, a locating side comprising a grease supply port, and a lubricating side comprising a plurality of grease ports. The grease lid constrains the branched grease pathway and is configured so that when grease enters the locating side grease supply port, the grease traverses the branched grease pathway and exits the grease ports.
SELF-ALIGNING CLUTCH RELEASE BEARING
A self-aligning clutch release bearing having a rotating ring 114 and a static ring 112. Static ring 112 is located within a spherical cup 13, which incorporates an inner spherical surface 131, and the static ring 112 engages with the spherical cup 13 through the spherical surface 131. The spherical surface 131 has a radius whose center coincides with a center point 10 defined by intersection of the rotational axis 111 of the bearing and a plane defined by face of the rotating ring 114 that engages with fingers of the clutch. A spherical ring 14 incorporating a spherical end face 141 on its outer diameter is located within an inner diameter of the static ring 112, and engages with a spherical end face 113 on the inner diameter of the static ring. The two spherical end faces have about same radius with their centers coinciding with the center point 10.
SELF CENTRING SLEEVE FOR A DEVICE WITH CLUTCH RELEASE/ENGAGEMENT THRUST BEARING, DEVICE EQUIPPED WITH SUCH A SLEEVE, AND MOTOR VEHICLE EQUIPPED WITH SUCH A DEVICE
A sleeve for a clutch release/engagement thrust bearing device. The sleeve provides a body with a first axial bearing surface configured to work together with a translationally mobile control member, a second axial bearing surface configured to interact with a non-rotating ring of a bearing, and a central bore around a central axis configured to accept a cylindrical guide. The central bore of the sleeve provides a first series of guide portions with cylindrical surfaces, a second series of guide portions with cylindrical surfaces, which are axially at the opposite end to the first series. The guide portions of the first series are offset with respect to the guide portions of the second series in the circumferential direction, and an intermediate bore portion that is recessed with respect to the guide portions. The intermediate bore portion extending axially between the first and second series of the guide portions.
Piston cylinder arrangement, in particular a slave cylinder for a hydraulic clutch actuating device
The invention relates to a piston-cylinder arrangement, in particular a slave cylinder for a hydraulic clutch actuating device, comprising a cylinder housing which is made of a plastic, in which an annular pressure chamber is formed in which a piston is mounted so as to be axially movable for actuation of a clutch release bearing, wherein the inner wall of the pressure chamber forms a guide sleeve. In the case of a piston-cylinder arrangement which stands up to the pressures and temperatures that occur in operation of the clutch actuating device, a stop is situated on the guide sleeve facing the clutch release bearing, the stop being in the form of a threaded connection.
Bearing having a wear ring
The bearing provides a first bearing ring, a second hearing ring and a wear ring attached to the first bearing ring. The wear ring provides at least one hook cooperating with the first bearing ring for the axial retention of the wear ring relative to the first bearing ring. The first hearing ring further provides at least one centering member projecting into and engaging within a complementarily shaped recess of the wear ring, for angular locking of the wear ring relative to the first bearing ring.
