BRAKE FOR VEHICLE AND VEHICLE
The disclosure relates to the technical field of vehicle accessories, and particularly provides a brake for a vehicle and a vehicle. The disclosure aims at solving the problem that existing brakes for a vehicle usually cannot overcome low-frequency stubborn noise generated by a caliper structure in the brake in a braking process. For this purpose, the brake for a vehicle according to the disclosure comprises a first caliper body and a second caliper body, wherein the first caliper body and the second caliper body are provided with a first friction disc and a second friction disc respectively, a brake disc is arranged between the first friction disc and the second friction disc, and the first friction disc and the second friction disc are each further provided with at least one mass block, so as to quickly reduce low-frequency operating noise of the brake, thereby fundamentally eliminating braking noise, and then solving the problem that the existing brakes for a vehicle usually cannot overcome low-frequency stubborn noise generated by a caliper structure in the brake in a braking process.
Brake caliper for a vehicle brake
A brake caliper (1, 1′) for a vehicle brake, in particular a disc brake of a commercial vehicle, includes a pressure piece (110, 110′), a thrust piece (120, 120′) configured to move axially relative to the pressure piece (110, 110′) in a thrust direction (A) to transmit a braking force and a guiding member (130a,b, 130′a,b) configured to limit the movement of the thrust piece (120, 120′) relative to the pressure piece (110, 110′) in at least one direction orthogonal to the thrust direction (A). The brake caliper (1, 1′) may further include a lever (140) pivotally supported between the thrust piece (120, 120′) and the pressure piece (110, 110′), wherein the guiding member (130a,b, 130′a,b) is configured to limit the movement of the lever (140) relative to the pressure piece (110, 110′) and/or the thrust piece (120, 120′) in at least one direction orthogonal to the thrust direction (A).
Disc Brake And Components Thereof
A disc brake and components thereof, in which a caliper or a carrier supporting such caliper and a connecting element being arranged on a wheel axle are in attachment with each other by inclined abutment surfaces.
PAD RETURN SPRING FOR A DISC BRAKE CALIPER BODY
A pad return spring for a caliper body. The caliper body has an elongated element connecting bridge connecting a first elongated wheel-side element to a second elongated wheel-side element and having a middle connecting bridge defining an outer middle bridge side, an inner middle bridge side, a middle bridge disc inlet side, and an opposite middle bridge disc outlet side. The pad return spring has a first and a second pad retraction elements, each defining a middle stretch, a first side stretch influencing the first pad, and an opposite second side stretch influencing the second pad to move the first and second pads away from the first and second braking surfaces at the end of a braking action, and an elongated connecting element connecting the first and second pad retraction elements to each other, and an anchoring device to removably restrain the pad return spring to the middle connecting bridge.
Braking device
A control system and method control release of a braking device from a wheel or disc. Release of the braking device is slowed or stopped based on a speed at which the braking device is released. The braking device may include a return limiting device through which a rod is configured to move. The return limiting device permits the rod to slide within the return limiting device while the brake pad holder releases from the wheel or disc no faster than a designated speed, but engages and restricts movement of the rod within the return limiting device while the brake pad holder releases from the wheel or disc faster than the designated speed.
Disc brake
A disc brake includes: an inner pad and an outer pad respectively located on opposite sides of a rotor; a pressing device that presses the inner pad and the outer pad against the rotor; and a housing holding the pressing device. The pressing device includes: at least one first pressing member movable toward the rotor and at least one second pressing member movable away from the rotor; and a driving member movable relative to the housing in an axial direction parallel with a rotation axis of the rotor and configured to be moved by movement of the at least one second pressing member to press the outer pad against the rotor. The housing is provided with a torque receiver that receives torque acting on the outer pad in operation of the disc brake.
Caliper and support assembly and caliper deformation detection method
A caliper and supporting assembly for a disc brake may have a brake caliper with a caliper body adapted to straddle an associable disc of the disc brake, a supporting element connected to a caliper body, where the caliper body may have a first portion, and the supporting element may have a second portion. During braking action, the caliper body elastically deforms according to at least one predetermined direction, thereby determining a displacement in at least the predetermined direction of the first portion of the caliper body with respect to the second portion of the supporting element. The caliper and supporting assembly may also have at least one detecting device which detects a distance at least along the predetermined direction between the first portion of the caliper body and the second portion of the supporting element.
CALIPER SPECIFIC DECORATIVE BRAKE CALIPER COVER SET
A vehicle caliper cover set includes a plurality of caliper covers. Each caliper cover includes an inner surface sized and configured to be complementary in shape to an outer surface of one of the plurality of calipers. Each caliper cover further includes an outer surface having a medial portion and a lateral portion positioned in opposed relation to the medial portion. The inner and outer surfaces define a thickness therebetween, with the thickness being between 0.015-0.150 inches. Each caliper cover additionally includes a multi-sided opening extending from the inner surface to the outer surface, with the multi-sided opening being positioned between the medial and lateral portions of the outer surface.
CALIPER COVER ASSEMBLY AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
A caliper cover assembly and a production method thereof are provided. The caliper cover assembly includes a first bracket, a second bracket, and buckles; the first bracket and the second bracket are respectively integrally formed with the caliper cover body; the first bracket and the second bracket are symmetrically disposed, and are respectively provided with an installation hole; the buckles are provided in two; the two buckles are symmetrically and separately disposed on the first bracket and the second bracket, and fixedly connected with the first bracket or the second bracket through bolts passing through the installation holes respectively. Therefore, effects of a stable structure, a thermal conductivity, a convenient installation and a safety in use are achieved.
