Disc brake, disc brake system, and parking brake system
The invention relates to a disc brake, comprising a brake carrier, a brake caliper, brake shoes, and an actuating piston. The brake carrier has at least one mounting point for mounting on a vehicle. The actuating piston is displaceably accommodated on the brake caliper and is actuatable for carrying out a service brake function of the disc brake. At least one further actuating piston is provided, which in the direction of its longitudinal axis is displaceably accommodated on the brake caliper. For carrying out the service brake function, the at least two actuating pistons are actuatable, and for carrying out a parking brake function, one of the actuating pistons is actuatable. The invention further relates to a disc brake system and a parking brake system.
Brake assembly for a tracked vehicle
A farm implement is provided having a frame and first and second track assemblies. The first track assembly has a first track frame, a first idler wheel, and a first brake assembly. The first idler wheel has an inboard side facing toward and an outboard side facing away from a center the first track frame. The first brake assembly has a first disc coupled to the first idler wheel on the outboard side of the first idler wheel, a first caliper couplable to first and second sides of the first disc, and a first torque arm coupled to the first track frame and a spindle of the first idler wheel. The first caliper is mounted on the first torque arm, and is configured to clamp down on the first and second sides of the first disc in order to slow and/or stop rotation of the first idler wheel.

BRAKE LINING ARRANGEMENT FOR A VEHICLE DISC BRAKE
The present disclosure relates to a brake lining arrangement for a vehicle disc brake, comprising at least one brake lining carrier plate, at least one friction lining, and at least one restoring element. The friction lining is attached to the front surface of the at least one brake lining carrier plate. The at least one restoring element is fastened to the rear surface of the at least one brake lining carrier plate and may be coupled to a brake caliper of the vehicle disc brake. At least one restoring element has at least two spring portions. The at least one restoring element is configured such that the at least two spring portions of the at least one restoring element act on the brake caliper under pretensioning.
BRAKE LINING ARRANGEMENT FOR A VEHICLE DISC BRAKE
The present disclosure relates to a brake lining arrangement for a vehicle disc brake, comprising at least one brake lining carrier plate, at least one friction lining, and at least one restoring element. The friction lining is attached to the front surface of the at least one brake lining carrier plate. The at least one restoring element is fastened to the rear surface of the at least one brake lining carrier plate and may be coupled to a brake caliper of the vehicle disc brake. At least one restoring element has at least two spring portions. The at least one restoring element is configured such that the at least two spring portions of the at least one restoring element act on the brake caliper under pretensioning.
Cold-worked brake piston
The invention relates to a brake piston 1 for a brake caliper 9 of a disk brake, which is produced using working processes from a metallic material, in particular from a flat metal sheet, and is formed in one piece as a unilaterally open pot with a piston longitudinal axis A, with a piston wall 2 and with a piston head 3. There is a need for robust and light as well as alternatively constructed, efficiently producible and well guided brake pistons. The object is achieved firstly in principle on the basis of a cup-shapedly worked brake piston blank 19, in that at least one locally defined, i.e. partially cold-upset or partially ironed, cylindrical piston wall portion is present with a partially deformed piston wall 2 which is configured in adaptively modified manner by plastic material deformation by means of material redistribution (flow) including strain-hardening of its piston wall thickness of sl−x.
CALIPER FOR OPPOSED PISTON TYPE DISC BRAKE
There is provided a caliper for an opposed piston type disc brake including: an inner body including a pair of attachment boss portions; an outer body; and a pair of side bridges connecting, in the axial direction, end portions of the inner body on both outer sides in the circumferential direction and end portions of the outer body on both outer sides in the circumferential direction. At least one of the pair of side bridges includes a concave portion extending in the axial direction and opening to an outer surface of the side bridge, and a first beam portion and a second beam portion disposed so as to sandwich the concave portion from both sides, end portions of the respective first beam portion and the second beam portion on the inner side in the axial direction being connected to the attachment boss portions.
CALIPER FOR OPPOSED PISTON TYPE DISC BRAKE
There is provided a caliper for an opposed piston type disc brake including: an inner body including a pair of attachment boss portions; an outer body; and a pair of side bridges connecting, in the axial direction, end portions of the inner body on both outer sides in the circumferential direction and end portions of the outer body on both outer sides in the circumferential direction. At least one of the pair of side bridges includes a concave portion extending in the axial direction and opening to an outer surface of the side bridge, and a first beam portion and a second beam portion disposed so as to sandwich the concave portion from both sides, end portions of the respective first beam portion and the second beam portion on the inner side in the axial direction being connected to the attachment boss portions.
BRAKE CALIPER
A brake caliper has a fixed seat. The fixed seat has a first brake lining and a second brake lining. The fixed seat further has a first piston and a second piston that can be pushed by hydraulic oil. A movable seat is slidably disposed on the fixed seat. The movable seat has a link portion that can link the first brake lining and a drive unit that can push the second piston mechanically. The first piston and the second piston can be pushed hydraulically to drive the first brake lining and the second brake lining for braking. The drive unit pushes the second piston to drive the second brake lining, and pushes the movable seat to drive the first brake lining for braking.
