The caliper body has an elongated element connecting bridge connecting a first elongated wheel-side element to a second elongated wheel-side element and having a middle connecting bridge defining an outer middle bridge side, an inner middle bridge side, a middle bridge disc inlet side, and an opposite middle bridge disc outlet side. The pad return spring has a first and a second pad retraction elements, each defining a middle stretch, a first side stretch influencing the first pad, and an opposite second side stretch influencing the second pad to move the first and second pads away from the first and second braking surfaces at the end of a braking action, and an elongated connecting element connecting the first and second pad retraction elements to each other, and an anchoring device to removably restrain the pad return spring to the middle connecting bridge.
Caliper specific decorative brake caliper cover set
A vehicle caliper cover set includes a plurality of caliper covers. Each caliper cover includes an inner surface sized and configured to be complementary in shape to an outer surface of one of the plurality of calipers. Each caliper cover further includes an outer surface having a medial portion and a lateral portion positioned in opposed relation to the medial portion. The inner and outer surfaces define a thickness therebetween, with the thickness being between 0.015-0.150 inches. Each caliper cover additionally includes a multi-sided opening extending from the inner surface to the outer surface, with the multi-sided opening being positioned between the medial and lateral portions of the outer surface.
Anti-drag structure of automobile brake calipers
The present invention relates to an anti-drag structure of automobile brake calipers, comprising a brake caliper body which is provided with a cylinder bore and a brake claw arranged along the axis of the cylinder bore in an extending mode; and a cylindrical piston bush is pressed in the cylinder bore by interference fit, a step ring groove is formed in the inner wall of the piston bush and composed of a major diameter ring groove and a minor diameter ring groove which have rectangular sections. The present invention can improve the generality of the brake caliper body through the arrangement of the piston bush and improve the standardization of production manufacturing of brake calipers, and can reduce the residual drag moment of the brake caliper and the fuel consumption with the rubber seal ring and the phenolic resin PF ring to achieve the purpose of emission reduction.
BRAKE FOR VEHICLE AND VEHICLE
The disclosure relates to the technical field of vehicle accessories, and in particular to a brake for a vehicle and a vehicle. The disclosure aims at solving the problems present in existing brakes for a vehicle that oil passages are relatively long, an angle at which each oil passage is arranged is relatively large, debris generated in a machining process remains in the oil passages and then causes blockage of the oil passages, and drilling holes in an inner caliper body and an outer caliper body to form the oil passages further reduces mechanical strength of the inner caliper body and the outer caliper body. For this purpose, the brake for a vehicle according to the disclosure comprises a first caliper body and a second caliper body, wherein the first caliper body is fixedly connected to the second caliper body, the first caliper body and the second caliper body are each provided with a piston chamber, a piston is arranged in each piston chamber, the first caliper body is provided with a first oil passage penetrating through the piston chamber in the first caliper body, the second caliper body is provided with a second oil passage penetrating through the piston chamber in the second caliper body, and the first oil passage fluidly connects with the second oil passage by means of a hard oil pipe. The foregoing arrangement can simplify oil passage pathways in the first caliper body and the second caliper body.
BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY, BRAKE AND VEHICLE
The disclosure relates to the technical field of vehicles, and particularly provides a brake caliper assembly, a brake, and a vehicle, aiming to solve the problem of how to increase the maximum deflection that a leaf spring can bear on the premise of ensuring an elastic restoring force of the leaf spring. The brake caliper assembly of the disclosure comprises a leaf spring arranged between a first brake caliper and a second brake caliper. The leaf spring comprises an elastic structure. The elastic structure comprises a bending portion, an extending portion, an outward-expanding portion, and an abutting portion that are connected in sequence; the outward-expanding portion extends to the outside of the leaf spring from the extending portion, the bending portion is bent inwards, and the abutting portion abuts on the first brake caliper and/or the second brake caliper.
